Covid-19 is a highly contagious virus and spreads very quickly throughout the world. This has a broad impact on all segments of social life, including education. Responding to this, the Indonesian government temporarily eliminates the teaching and learning process in schools and conducts learning from home. Educators are required to be able to provide instruction to students in accordance with this situation and condition faced. Therefore, it is important for teachers to understand the learning styles of their students as an orientation for determining appropriate learning media. This study explores the learning styles of students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Semarang and discovers the most suitable learning media in accordance with the students’ learning styles. The results showed that visual learning style was the most preferred so instructional videos were found as the most appropriate teaching media.

Children are priceless gifts, a great mandate that God entrusts to every parent. Parenting and environments greatly affect emotional-social intelligence and children's character. For working parents, efforts to meet the needs of children certainly have not been done optimally. For this reason, there are alternatives for working parents to continue to be able to provide rights and fulfillment of children's needs, namely by utilizing full daycare services where children are kept for a full day at the TPA (Child Care Park) until the parents have finished working. This study aims to describe the implementation of full daycare in one of the TPAs in Metro City. How is the implementation of the landfill in terms of caring programs, education, nutrition, and health? Moreover, human resources were to be being a problem. The subject of this research is the TPA Pertiwi Metro. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation on the principal, teachers, and parents of students. Data validity is done by triangulation of sources. From this research, it is known that TPA Pertiwi Metro excels in creating healthy, child-friendly, character-based, environmentally-based religious faith and diversity so that children still get a good education even though their parents work.

Mathematics is often regarded as a boring subject, meaningless and less related to daily life. The teacher can use a variety of learning approaches that are interesting and make students more focused on paying attention and understanding the subject matter. The realistic mathematics approach in this study is used as a way to improve students' abilities especially in mathematics. The research method used is quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group. The population in this study were Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri students in Bandung and Madrasa Ibtidaiyah Negeri Sumedang City. The results showed that the ability to think creatively and mathematical connections of students in the experimental class were better than students who obtained conventional mathematics learning. In addition, students' responses to mathematics learning using a realistic mathematical approach were interpreted as good, this is based on the results of a questionnaire that 86.08% of students were in the experimental class.

The need for high-quality crumb rubber in West Sumatra tends to increase. However, the amount and quality of rubber from suppliers belong to weak caused by the bad monitoring systems, the supply cannot be met properly, and there is a lot of shrinkage in rubbers purchased by the company. Therefore this research was carried by implementing the Decision Support System (DSS) which was expected to help facilitate supplier data searches and evaluate the supplier's performance. The first stage in this research was designing DSS included the use of Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram and database design. Next, built an applicable software using Personal Home Page (PHP), My Structured Query Language (MySQL), and Apache. An advantage of DSS designed was to accommodate differences and changes in rubber supplier assessment criteria according to the consideration of each crumb rubber industry in West Sumatra. There were 3 of 11 main crumb rubber criteria assessed. The results of these 3 criteria were obtained highest weight, namely Dryness (0.18), cleanliness (0.15), and consistency of quality (0.10). While the previous performance obtained the lowest weight (0.05). This meant that the criteria of dryness, cleanliness, and consistency of quality, will be the main considerations for companies in ranking and evaluating suppliers who work with companies.

Along with the development of technology, people work together to create convenience in conducting transactions or muamalah, one of them is in term of buying and selling. Today, people can buy goods without coming directly to the seller. This certainly facilitates people for tricking. For these reasons, this research was conducted to understand the difference between Islamic and conventional practice on buying and selling engagements. This descriptive qualitative study employed literature study which obtained the result that even though the rules of all goods may be sold, but in Islam, it must not be contradicted with the quran, hadith, and benefit principle. Whereas, in conventional engagement, all goods can be absolutely sold, as long as there is willingness from both parties.

The study about empowerment of people with disability is often done by government and social organizations. This can be seen from the publication of the regulation on the fulfillment of the rights of Personal with Disability (PwDs) summarized in Law number 8 of 2016. Previously, children with special needs (disable) get their right of education only in special schools, thus it impacts to social interaction with children who have no obstacles. Inclusive education offers an integrated education model. Inclusive education is conducted to train the interaction of all people from various circles in order to build friendship and association naturally. It also to motivate children who have special needs to be more confident. Through this background the writer conducted research on the interaction process of people with disability and accessibility and academic services at State Institution for Islamic Studies (IAIN) of Metro by using qualitative descriptive method. It is explorative or developmental in interpreting and drawing conclusions. The result of this research is the process of social interaction between PwDs and the academic community runs fairly. The academic service and the fulfillment of the right to education at IAIN Metro are excellent. However, architectural accessibility on the campus of IAIN Metro needs the significant shortcomings that require continuous improvement. So that the IAIN Metro environment can become an educational institution that is friendly to the environment and can realize inclusive education.
