This paper is intended to analyze the theme of William Blake’s poem The Tyger in the perspective of “evil”. The interpretation comprises of three sections, namely a brief introduction to the author—William Blake, analysis of this poem and comparisons with the other two poems written by Blake, reaching to the conclusion that “evil” is a natural state and an inseparable part of social progress.

The application of network technology, broadening the channels of literary communication, the content and the form of communication of network literature have produced many changes. Network literature has a very rich original content, attracting the attention of a large number of fans. The dissemination process of network literature often contains huge copyright value. The issue of copyright protection in network literature is a prominent problem that modern network communication media needs to face in the development process. It is also a fundamental measure to strengthen the development of network literature norms and promote the interest chain of copyright industry in the modern judicial field. This paper summarizes the theoretical basis of copyright protection of network literature, so as to study the infringement of copyright of online literary works, enumerate the status quo of copyright protection, and combine the specific protection content and form of China to obtain the optimization strategy of network literature copyright protection dilemma.

Paper adopts factor analysis theory, uses the data of Guizhou province from 1978 to 2019. Due to the tax distribution reform in China in 1994, paper takes 1994 as a cut-off point of data analysis. Through empirical research and analysis, found that the third industry share of GDP, urban residents per capita disposable income and rural residents per capita disposable income, urbanization rate, exports as a share of GDP whether before or after 94 years in 94 to tax revenues have positive effect in Guizhou, the first industry share of GDP, the fiscal expenditure proportion tax revenues and extra-budgetary revenue expenditure proportion of either before or after 94 years in 94 to tax revenues in Guizhou has a negative effect. The proportion of the secondary industry in GDP, retail price index and consumer price index had negative effects on the tax revenue of Guizhou province before the tax reform in 1994, and positive effects after the tax reform. The ratio of import to GDP had a positive effect on the tax revenue of Guizhou before the tax reform in 1994, a negative effect after the tax reform. Before the tax reform, the proportion of tertiary industry in GDP has the greatest effect on tax revenue. So far in the tax reform, the per capita disposable income of rural residents has the greatest effect on the tax revenue.

From the perspective of historical evolution, marketing strategy theory has experienced the evolution of 4P, 4C, 4R, and 4V, and the definition of marketing strategy has been continuously enriched and improved. The article mainly analyzes the marketing models of PEST, STP and SWOT, and the content is divided into six parts. The first section summarizes the concept of strategy; the second section mainly analyzes the concept of market strategy; the third section discusses the influencing factors of market strategy; the fourth part analyzes the market model; The fifth section mainly use the method of case study to research the main marketing strategies for landscape tourism; the last section is the conclusion. It is concluded that the marketing strategy must be consistent with the company's goals, not only to be compatible with the company's external environment, but also with the company's internal resources. Meanwhile, strategy is often related to the company's overall actions in the future, and has obvious characteristics such as competitive, sustainability and stability. 1. The Overview of Strategy 1.1. Definition of Strategy Henry Mintzberg from McGill University defined strategy as a pattern in a stream of decisions to contrast with a view of strategy as planning , while Henrik von Scheel defines the essence of strategy as the activities to deliver a unique mix of value – choosing to perform activities differently or to perform different activities than rivals. Eigen-analysis is a quite important tool in signal processing, from which we can analyze the random signal. In this paper, the eigen-analysis of the autocorrelation function and power spectrum density are analyzed using Einstein-Wiener-khintchine relationship, LTI system, AR model, etc. The relationship between the two is illustrated. The eigen-analysis of the autocorrelation function of the random signal and power spectrum density can be derived from each other. We hope that the results of this lecture notes can give some inspiration to students who are studying digital signal processing.

In this paper, the difference-in-difference model is used to study the impact and path of the Belt and Road Initiative on the economic development of participating countries. The result illustrates that joining the Belt and Road Initiative can significantly promoting the country's economic development and this result remains robust after adopting the placebo test and propensity score matching approach to mitigate possible endogeneity issues. In addition, the paper also conducts a subsample regression based on countries’ geographical characteristics and developing level characteristics and the result show that the landlocked countries or upper middle countries have stronger economic development after the Belt and Road Initiative, and the initiative also has a significant positive effect on the development of countries in Europe. Furthermore , the channel analysis indicates that the Belt and Road Initiative promotes the economic development of participating countries through four channels: expanding the scale of trade, providing employment opportunities, promoting the development of science and technology and service industry and manufacturing industry. This finding not only provides evidence for the positive impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on regional economy, but also provides reference bases for developed countries suffering from the problem of "anti-globalization" to join the Belt and Road Initiative.

To solve the problem of inaccurate description of battlefield information changes in the process of joint system operations, this paper constructed a joint operational situation assessment D-GERT network model based on information flow, on the basis of the GERT network. And the calculation method of the threat degree, the increment of battlefield information value and the importance of network nodes were given. Finally, MATLAB was used to simulate and verify the model. The results showed that the method in this paper conforms to objective reality and can provide good method support for the commander's combat decision-making.
