The debate about domestication and foreignization has been an ongoing focus in the field of translation, which, however, never prevents them from being employed as two main strategies in practice. The translation of Hong Long Meng is a good case in point. This great work has been translated into many different languages ever since its birth, of which, A Dream of Red Mansions by Mr. and Mrs. Yang and The Story of the Stone by David Hawke are the most widely accepted. Data for analysis are selected by comparing and categorizing the selected samples from the original work and the two English versions. The study finds that the Yang’s are foreignization-oriented to show Chinese culture to the readers, whereas Hawkes’ is more of domestication to retell the story to readers. Besides, reasons such as, different cultural backgrounds, different translation purposes and different readers they address to, also account for translators’ different choices of strategies. This thesis concludes that translators should combine the two strategies to make their translation faithful to the original texts and produce a better interpretation to the target-readers.

This paper studies the social responsibility risk of overseas investment of Chinese textile and garment enterprises by using analytic hierarchy process. On the basis of establishing the social responsibility risk assessment system for overseas investment of textile and garment enterprises. According to the data of 70 textile and clothing listed companies, the overall evaluation results show that the control of the risk of overseas investment in social responsibility is still to be strengthened, and the performance of their own social responsibility is still to be improved. In order to effectively improve the overseas investment environment of China’s textile and garment enterprises, reduce the risk of social responsibility, and enhance the overall competitiveness, this paper puts forward the risk avoidance and prevention suggestions from the two levels of government and enterprise.

1975 saw the publication of Bellow’s novel, Humboldt’s Gift. Chicago and New York, which, with their gigantesque outer life contained the whole problem of poetry and the inner life in America, are, for the most part, the scenes of the novel’s action. Starting with his realistic attitude, humanistic care and metaphysical outlook, theming on the thoughts and destinies of two generations’ intellectuals (Von Humboldt Fleisher and Charlie Citrine) living in the cities of New York and Chicago, and using the broad canvas of life as its backdrop, Bellow gives a truthful portrayal of the spiritual crisis of modern society, as well as a vivid description of the oppression and destruction of the spiritual culture by American social environment. Although Humboldt’s Gift involves less contemporary political issues and less unobtrusive historical events than his other works composed in the 1960s, yet the novel is still a panorama of modern American society in depicting the oppression of the spiritual culture by materialism and the various contradictions among the contemporary writers under such oppression.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical aspects of macro-regional economic systems in the space of the state as a mechanism for regulating the national economy. The advantages of the formation of macroregions within the state, their significance, tasks and role for the country's economy are considered. The importance of dividing the country's territory into macroregions and the role of the macroregional system for the development of the state's economy are substantiated. The main approaches to the interpretation of the macroregion category are generalized. The conditions for naming a territory a macroregion, qualitative characteristics of a macroregional socio-economic system are considered. The macroregion is presented as a form of interregional integration that enhances economic growth in the country due to the synergistic effect from the interaction of territorial production and economic complexes. The functional characteristics of the country's macroregions are revealed. The dual effect of the simultaneous influence of territorial integration and differentiation factors on the functioning of the macroregional system is characterized. The category of potential for inter-territorial interaction is considered. The nature of the occurrence, types and positive reactions of the synergistic effect of interregional integration have been investigated. The conditions for effective interaction of socio-economic systems of regions within a macroregion are identified.

With the rapid development of emerging technologies, the conflict between the old solidification concept and the industrial thinking of technology addition makes the exploitation of the sinking market one of the structural difficulties in the development of cultural and creative industries. The gradual improvement of Internet infrastructure lays a realistic foundation for the exploitation of the sinking market. Under the trend that the cultural and creative industry is evolving towards aggregation, the research on the functional relationship between the exploitation of the sinking market, industry clustering and the development of the cultural and creative industry is of great significance. Based on the theoretical analysis of literature, the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2004 to 2018 are selected for empirical analysis using the bidirectional fixed effect model. The research results show that the exploitation of sinking market has a significant positive impact on the development of cultural and creative industries. Further analysis shows that the agglomeration of cultural and creative industries will weaken the role of the sinking market in the development of cultural and creative industries.

Modern management attaches great importance to the important role of motivation. There are many theories of incentive, and various types of incentive theories emphasize the role of incentive from different perspectives. This paper aims to play a role in the practice of our managers through the study of incentive theory, so as to establish a positive organizational culture atmosphere with self-motivation as the main and external motivation as the auxiliary. The rising income level has promoted the upgrading of Chinese residents' consumption level, and the demand for meat protein has an increasing trend. Under the constraint of China's cultivated land resources and environment, the import of feed grain continues to increase, which has an impact on the grain industry security. Combined with the 2016 Dietary Balance Guidelines for Chinese residents, the paper expounds the current situation of excessive supply of grain, livestock, poultry and fish in China. This paper puts forward the importance of guiding balanced diet consumption to food sustainable security. In order to further promote the construction of the party secretary team of teachers in colleges and universities, and enrich the backbone of the dual integration and dual promotion of party building and business in colleges and universities in the new era. From the perspective of organizational behavior, this article explores the connotation and realization of the Lead Goose Effect of teachers in colleges and universities’ party branch secretaries, and summarizes the theoretical basis behind the practice of teachers in colleges and universities’ party branch secretaries. Based on the financial transfer payment data of 21 cities in Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2018, this paper first analyzes the basic financial situation of each region, then constructs a fiscal equalization indicator system and uses the coefficient of variation method to study the effect of the transfer payment system on the fiscal improvement of each region, so as to clarify the effectiveness of various transfer payment channels. Finally, provide a reference basis for optimizing the fiscal transfer payment system.
