Cross-modal views in musical compositions have already received a considerable amount of contemporary scholarly attention. Within Science, a cross-modal perception is associated with the term, “Synesthesia”, which indicates a union of human beings’ five major senses including sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. The most common type of synesthetia in musical realms is the sound-color correspondence, in which an individual tone or a specific harmony relates to a certain color, shape, or colorful pattern. Aside from the scientific methods, a great number of studies were contributed by philosophers who interpret the cross-modal interaction as metaphorical expression. This study will investigate the sound-image correlations in human senses from a philosophical point of view with metaphorical aspects utilized in the musical compositions.

Intercultural communication is a process of cultural interaction, in which the culture of the target language and the culture of the native language are equally important. In the learning process of foreign language majors, the lack of native culture often becomes a key factor that hinders the improvement of their intercultural communication competence. To effectively solve the problem of cultural aphasia of native language in the process of intercultural communication competence cultivation is not only related to the establishment of cultural consciousness and cultural confidence, but also related to the inheritance, dissemination and development of excellent native culture.

In combination with the development of the container industry, many warehousing logistics companies currently plan to add container operation areas in the existing warehouse for long-term business development needs. This paper creates a plan for adding container operation areas to the existing warehouse area, using cost-benefit analysis to determine the location of the container operation area, and combining the characteristics of the operation area to carry out the layout of functional areas, and the method of integrating system layout methods and mathematical models. A model with the smallest transportation cost and the largest comprehensive logistics relationship between functional areas is established, and finally a calculation example is analyzed with the CP company as an example.

The establishment of GEM in China has provided new means of absorbing capital for China's newly developing small and medium-sized enterprises and emerging industries, and has also created a new road for the development of China's socialist market. Gem listed companies are ranked below the main board of the second largest stock market in China refers to the Shenzhen GEM. In 2009, Chinext was launched. Its establishment has attracted attention from all sides. Its establishment provides a financing platform for many small-scale enterprises and gives potential enterprises greater development opportunities. At the same time, opportunities and risks coexist. It is still relatively young, and its problems are obvious[1]. The Gem market is different from the main board market. Generally speaking, the probability of financial risk is greater. Financial Crisis is hidden in the key link of the financial operation of enterprises. Once discovered, it will lead to the normal operation of enterprises, to take timely measures to control.

English has been widely used as a lingua franca. More and more Chinese students learn English as a second language and employ English in various contexts. Writing, as an important part to evaluate English proficiency, tends to be least performed by Chinese ESL learners. The research aims to investigate the extent to which Chinese learners of English are influenced by their first language in their English writing. It will focus on the analysis of the mistakes made on sentence structure by university freshmen in their English writings with specific reference to "that" relative clauses, "which" relative clauses, topicalization, and verbs. Sample writings for analysis are produced by a class of freshmen in Wenzhou-Kean University, a Sino-American university that uses English as the main medium of communication in meetings, classes, and assessment. This study defines four most predominant errors made by WKU students, that are, “which” clause problems, “that” clause problems, topicalization, and verb problems. Topicalization is observed to be possibly due to the influence of mother tongue language as Chinese is a topic-prominence language, opposing English which is subject-prominence. The construction of “serial-verb construction” widely used in Chinese might be one reason for predicates problems, while the wrong analogy of a similar parallel-verb structure may also be a reason. Errors in “which” and “that” clauses are likely to be caused by inadequate knowledge in the target language and its original complexity. The research will have a valuable contribution to ESL teaching to Chinese students. It will shed light on the design of ESL curriculum, teaching materials, and learning activities for Chinese ESL students in a university context.

The concept of "a community with a shared future for mankind" is written into the Constitution and becomes a basic national policy of China in 2018. Its construction implies a judgment on the trend of global governance and the international rule of law. Ways to build a community with a shared future for mankind by college legal education are to promote holistic education, to increase the number and quality of international legal talents and to strengthen their national strategic feelings.

The development of First-class University collaborative innovation will be affected by the environment of technology policy, but how the combination of policy works has not yet been fully answered. Based on policy instrument theory, starting from the perspective of policy combination, this research analyzes the collaborative innovation development path of 21 "first-class universities" in 21 provinces of China by using the method of csQCA. The policy integration path is market-driven and government-driven. Among them, it focuses on the unitized design of financial support, talent supply and intellectual property policies.

With the improvement of the position of digital marketing in China's media industry, many Chinese media companies have entered the field of online marketing through M&A and other means. This article mainly analyses the case of Beijing SPEARHEAD Integrated Marketing Consulting Group Co., Ltd.'s cross-border merger and acquisition of German Smaato. First, it gives an overview of the Chinese media industry and the companies on both sides. Second, it analyses the preliminary preparations for the merger and acquisition, and analyses the merger and acquisition process. Finally, it selects typical media companies such as Blue Cursor as comparable companies to compare with SPEARHEAD to analyse the reasons for the failure of the merger.

China is accelerating in stepping into the aging era. Finance is an important aspect of the elderly people’s life. At the age of digitalization, the elderly’s financial life is face with a lot of difficulties, which are prominent in daily consumption settlement, savings and depositing activities and financial investments. The physiological and cognitive features of the elderly people lead to their different needs in terms of financial products as well as financial service, which also expose their lack of financial knowledge. To help them out of this dilemma, financial institutions have to know well about elderly people’s needs, put forward more innovative products fit for them, provide more considerate services, and with other social resources impart more financial knowledge to the elderly people.

The construction of the social security system, which matters the stability of a nation, is the essential issue of people's livelihood and one of the most important social and economic systems of the country. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed to construct a multi-tiered social security system. This paper reviewed the relevance theories and existing literature concerning the construction of the multi-tiered social security system, studied and proposed the basic principles for the construction of China's social security system, on which basis the paper also attempted to propose the key direction for the ways to construct a multi-tiered social security system and overall design as well.
