ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur pengaruh Good Coporate Governance (GCG) dan struktur kepemilikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ada 46 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar dii bursa efek Indonesia, menggunakan metode kuntitatif, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling didapatkan sebanyak 15 perusahaan BUMS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan analisis koefisien determinasi yang menunjukkan nilai R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,100 atau 10%, artinya variabel Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan struktur kepemilikan hanya mampu memberikan nilai sumbang untuk kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan sebesar 10%. Adapun koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai R (koefisien korelasi) sebesar 0,316 atau 31,6%, artinya variabel Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dan struktur kepemilikan memiliki hubungan yang rendah/lemah terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan. Sedangkan nilai F signifikan sebesar 0,035<0,05 artinya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan perusahaan perbankan. While th significant F value of 0.035<0.05 means that simultaneously there is a significant influence on the financial performance of banking companies. Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran 7P Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Pra, Masa, dan Pasca Covid-19

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran pemasaran 7P terhadap keputusan pembelian Pada Pra, Masa, dan Pasca COVID-19.  Subjek penelitian ini adalah toko Lezza Frozen Food Desa Bandar Setia. Pada penelitian ini, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 50 orang yang merupakan konsumen Toko Lezza Frozen Food. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diambil menggunakan skala Likert dan juga pertanyaan-pertanyaan seputar bauran pemasaran yang dapat dijawab sesuai dengan opini responden terhadap usaha tersebut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji t dan uji f. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, orang, proses dan bukti fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Lezza Frozen Food baik dari aspek pra, masa, dan pasca COVID-19. Konsumen Toko Lezza Frozen Food sangat memperhatikan kualitas dan kuantitas produk sebelum melakukan pembelian. Tidak hanya itu, konsumen juga membandingkan harga produk dari harga toko lain, memilih berbelanja ke toko tersebut karena lokasi toko yang mudah dijangkau, bersih dan nyaman untuk berbelanja. Serta memperhatikan pelayanan dan proses transaksi yang dilakukan oleh Toko Lezza Frozen Food. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Keputusan Pembelian, Makanan Beku, COVID-19. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix on purchasing decisions in Pre, Period, and Post COVID-19. The subject of this research is the Lezza Frozen Food store in Bandar Setia Village. In this study, the sample used was 50 people who were consumers of Lezza Frozen Food Stores. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data was collected using a Likert scale and also questions about the marketing mix which can be answered according to the respondents' opinion of the business. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, as well as the t test and f test. The results of this study are that the product, price, location, promotion, people, process and physical evidence variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Lezza Frozen Food Stores both from pre, period and post COVID-19 aspects. Consumers at Lezza Frozen Food Shop are very concerned about product quality and quantity before making a purchase. Not only that, consumers also compare product prices from other store prices, choosing to shop at these stores because the store locations are easy to reach, clean and comfortable for shopping. As well as paying attention to the services and transaction processes carried out by the Lezza Frozen Food Store. Keywords : Marketing Mix, Purchase Decision, Frozen Food, COVID-19.

Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Peran Budaya Organisasi dan Komitmen Organisasi di Universitas PGRI Palembang 通过PGRI Palembang大学组织文化和组织承诺的组织表现

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas PGRI Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi yang ada di Universitas PGRI Palembang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak stratifikasi proporsional, dengan sampel berjumlah 79 orang sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas PGRI Palembang. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai  ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of Palembang PGRI University employees. Analisis Pengaruh Co-Brandinguniqlo Dan One Piecefilm Red Terhadap Minat Beli Fans One Piece (Nakama)

ABSTRAK Perusahaan harus membuat dan melaksanakan promosi yang menarik dalam lingkungan persaingan yang lebih ketat untuk memastikan bahwa target pasar mereka mendapatkan sinyal yang tepat waktu dan akurat dari iklan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kerjasama antara UNIQLO dan One Piece Film: Red mempengaruhi preferensi pembelian para penggemar One Piece atau yang dikenal dengan Nakama. Penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metodologi kuantitatif merupakan teknik pilihan. Dalam penelitian ini, 100 responden dijadikan sebagai sampel dan populasi. Teknik sampling jenuhmerupakan metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel dikarenkan jumlah populasi sebanyak 100 orang. Menurut temuan pengujian hipotesis, UNIQLO dan One Piece Film: RedCo-Branding berdampak pada minat beli penggemar One Piece (Nakama), dan Co-Branding secara bersamaan berdampak besar pada minat tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kolaborasi, Minat Beli  ABSTRACT The company should create and implement attractive promotions in a more competitive environment to ensure that their target market receives timely and accurate signals from their advertisements. The objective of this research is to determine whether the collaboration between UNIQLO and One Piece Film: Red influences the purchasing preferences of One Piece fans, also known as Nakama. An associative research approach using quantitative methodology is the preferred technique. In this study, 100 respondents were selected as the sample from the population. The saturated sampling technique was employed due to the population size of 100 individuals. ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan Intelektual dan Kemampuan fisik terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan PT Japfa kecamatan Gelumbang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Japfa kecamatan Gelumbang yang berjumlah 85 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sampling jenuh (sensus), karena populasi survey inii kurang dari 100. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, analisis Korelasi, keputusan, uji t, uji f Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasih SPSS versi 22 for windows. Perhitungan koefisien korelasi mnghasilkan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,681 yang berarti berada diantara 0,60 sampai dengan 0,799. Hal ini menunjukkan korelasi sedang antara kemampuan Inteletual (X1) dan kemampuan Fisik (X2) terhadap kualitas kerja (Y). Hasil analisis memberikan nilai R-Squere (R2) sebesar 0,586 atau 58,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi kemampuan intelektual (X1) dan kemampuan Fisik (X2) terhadap kualitas kerja (Y) sebesar 0,586 selebihnya (100%-58,6%)=41,4% dipengaruhi oleh factor diluar. Hasil uji F antara  variabel kemampuan Intelektual (X1) dan kemampuan Fisik  (X2)  kualitas kerja (Y) secara simultan atau bersama-sama mencapai nilai 0,734. ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui produk (X1), harga karet (X2) yang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan masyarakat (Y) variabel terikat. Populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Raman sebanayk 200 orang sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel probabilitas sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin tingkat kesalahan e = 5% diperoleh sampel nya 134 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Dengan cara menyebar angket dan bertanya secara secara langsung masyarakt di Desa Tanjung Raman Prabumulih Selatan. Pengujian Instrumen yaitu uji validitas instrumen, uji reliabilitas. Metode analisis yaitu uji normalitas data, uji model terdiri uji heteroskedastisitas. uji multikolinieritas, Model Analisis yaitu analisis jalur yang dihitung dengan dua persamaan struktural yaitu persamaan regresi yang menunjukkan hubungan yang dihipotesiskan, uji koefisien untuk melihat tingkat signifikansi masing-masing koefisien regresi menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua faktor mempengaruhi pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Raman Prabumulih Selatan. Kata kunci: Produk, Harga dan Pendapatan Masayarakat.   ABSTRACT   Rubber is a plantation that is very helpful and is develoved by the community, especially in Tanjung Raman Village. However, the current proble is that the price of rubber is less stable and tends to decrease, causing many people to suffer from the decline in the price of latex. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of rubber farmers, income in the new normal era South Prabumulih in terms of rubber products and prices. In this study using quantitative descrptive research. The researcher understands that this research is only limitedto examining the sources studied in further research. The result of the discussion in this study consist of looking at the current condition of South Sumatra Rubber farmers, especially in South Prabumulih City. The farmers are currently experiencing a very difficult time with the decline in the price of rubber sap.. This impact is because rubber latex in Indonesia, especialy Sumatera, has a quality peiod that is considered below average. So to improve this quality, farmers increase their rubber latex products and avoid cheating taht harms other rubber farmers. Meanwhile, another discussion is the analysisi of the income of rubber farmersduring the new normal period in South Prabumulih, namely that generally people who rely on rubber sap as a support for their lives are stating to experience difficulties and declining economic pressure.Rubber plantations develoved by farmers are generally not privately owned, but only work for people who do own the rubber plantations. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan jalan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan media google form. Sebanyak 42 karyawan menjadi sampel penelitian. Jenis pengambilan sampel tergolong pada non probability sampling teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit. Temuan penelitian diperoleh bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai sig. 0,000< 0,05. Sedangkan kompensasi memperoleh nilai sig. 0,01 < 0,05 sehingga dinyatakan ada berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung23,533>Ftabel 3,232 artinya pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan variabel pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja sebesesar 54,7% dan sisanya 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel yang tidak diteliti. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Kinerja  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and compensation parasially and simultaneously on employee performance at BMT NU Jawa Timur. ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Pada Pegawai Kantor Cama Kalidoni Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini cara kuantitatif, untuk mencari pengaruh antar variabel bebas dan terikat. Dengan jumlah sampel yang diteliti seluruh pegawai kantor camat dikalidoni Palembang sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya dengan sampel jenuh (sensus). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket (kuesioner) kepada responden.  Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t dengan menggunakan program software spss 22 for windows. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja () secara signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel semangat kerja () berpengaruh signifikan variabel semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Dari hasil uji f secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa berpengaruh secara signifikan kepuasan kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Pada Pegawai Kantor Cama Kalidoni Palembang.   Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja. The method used in this study is quantitative, to find the influence of the independent and dependent variables. With the number of samples studied, all employees of the Kalidoni sub-district office in Palembang were 35 people. The sampling technique is a saturated sample (census). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, F test and t test using the SPSS 22 software program for windows. Based on the results of the t test research, it shows that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction (X_1) on employee work productivity. While the morale variable (X_2) has a significant effect on the employee work productivity variable. From the results of the f test simultaneously, a significant value of 0.000 is obtained, less than 0.05, meaning that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of job satisfaction and work enthusiasm on work productivity in Kalidoni Cama Office Employees Palembang.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja serta pemberian insentif berpengaruh kepada kinerja karyawan dengan Motivasi Kerja sebagai variabel perantara Pada PT. Global Office Makara Engineering Site Sungai Lilin. Sampel Penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kuesioner penelitian diberikan kepada karyawan Global Makara Engineering Office Sungai Lilin. Data penelitian diestimasi dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan statistika inferensial dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) berdasarkan Varian Base Structural Equation Modeling dan media estimasi data menggunakan Aplikasi SmartPLS Statistics Versi 3.2.9. Hipotesis Alternatif yang pertama, variabel Insentif karyawan secara signifikan mempengaruhi Motivasi karyawan. Hipotesis Alternatif yang kedua, variabel motivasi karyawan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis Alternatif yang ketiga, variabel Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengujian pengaruh tidak langsung Pemberian Insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Dari hasil estimasi data menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif secara tidak langsung melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keryawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemberian Insentif relitif mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan melalui Motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Pemberian Insentif, Kinerja Karyawan.  ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine whether work motivation and incentives affect employee performance with work motivation as an intermediary variable at PT. Populasi pada kajian ini ialah konsumen thriftshop @kenagan.mantann yang tinggal dikota Kendal dengan total sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang memakai pakaian preloved di thriftshop @kenangan.mantann. Penggumpulan informasi pada risrt ini memakai kuesioner dengan media Google Form. Kajian ini menerapkan metode analisa Regresi linier berganda. Riset ini bisa disimpulkan: Brand Image, Persepsi Harga dan Lifestyle mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada keputusan Pembelian. Dampak paling besar pada keputusan pembelian ada pada variabel brand image dibandingkan dengan persepsi harga dan Lifestyle. Kata kunci : Brand Image, Persepsi Harga, Lifestyle, Keputusan Pembelian   ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the impact of Brand Image, Perceived Price, and Lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Thriftshop @Kenangan.mantann. The population in this study are thriftshop @kenagan.mantann consumers who live in the city of Kendal with a total sample of 100 respondents who wear preloved clothes at thriftshop @kenangan.mantann. The collection of information in this research uses a questionnaire with the media Google Form. This research utilizes the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. This research can be concluded: Brand Image, Perceived Price and Lifestyle have a positive and significant impact on Purchase Decision. The biggest impact on purchasing decisions is on brand image variables compared to price perceptions and Lifestyle. Keywords: Brand Image, Perceived Price, Lifestyle, Purchase Decision
