The analysis of the property belonging to the municipal property of the city of Saratov is carried out. In the course of the work, there is a lack of a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the Ministry of Defense of the City of Saratov. The assessment of the efficiency of municipal property management of the City of Saratov is calculated using the existing system of evaluating the effectiveness of the City of Arkhangelsk, covering the entire spectrum of municipal property objects. Based on the results of calculations, an indicator that does not correspond to the normative value is identified, and ways to eliminate this problem are proposed. It is proved that the City of Saratov needs to develop its own assessment methodology to improve the activities of municipal authorities in the field of property management, and it is proposed to take some of the indicators from the methodology of the City of Arkhangelsk, since they clearly reflect the economic state of the city. Another method of increasing efficiency is the Concession Agreement, because it is a promising way to eliminate problems and perform tasks.

Analysis of the valence angles of the Si and carbon atoms of the C-S bond in the obtained complexes of CiVg2 c (5Z, 5'Z)-2,2’-(ethane-1,2-diyldisulfanyldiyl)bis(5-(2-pyridylmethylene)-3-allyl-3,5-dihydro-4Нimidazole-4-one) unambiguously indicates the determinant effect of the non-valent interactions of the electron density centroids of the NEP of bromine atoms and sulfur atoms, leading to a change in the plane structure of Cu(II) towards tetrahedral with a likely change in the magnetochemical properties of the copper atom, and the angle of rotation of the planes is almost 900. This interaction is the opposite of what is commonly called a halogen bond. In this case, it is an "anti-halogen" bond.

Hydrothermal-metasomatic formations with Au content from 0.5 to 3.0 g/t, sometimes up to 24-32 g/t, were found in the east of the Siberian platform in the brecciated zones. They form, along ancient faults activated in the Mesozoic, extended narrow formations in terrigenous-carbonate and sandy layers of PZ-MZ age. The comparison of metasomatites with gold-ore metasomatites of the Kuranakh and Tabornoye deposits makes it possible for the first time to predict ore sources formed as a result of hydrothermal-metasomatic processes. Perhaps these sources represent a huge metallogenic potential.

The article deals with the aspects of the formation of cooperation skills in the inventive teams of students in the system of additional technological education. An innovative economy creates a demand for constant updating of knowledge and the formation of flexible skills. Specialists with flexible skills are becoming more and more in demand in the technological sphere of the economy. The directions for the development of a new innovative reality are clearly seen, they are: distance education, telemedicine, security, unmanned vehicles, “smart homes”, robots, ecosystems. All these areas require the education system to train specialists with high creative activity and flexible skills. Within the framework of the studied problem of the formation of cooperation skills in the inventive teams of students in the system of additional technological education, the key role of cooperation in the creation of innovations is observed. Also, the stages of the project on the creation of innovations by the inventive teams of students are shown. The role of a teacher-mentor in the formation of cooperation skills and management of the risks of manifestation of conformism and other destructive manifestations in inventive teams is marked out. Organizational forms and pedagogical technologies that contribute to the formation of cooperation skills in collective inventive activity have been justified. It is concluded that cooperation skills are not given to a person at birth, they are developed in the process of organized activity on certain principles and in a certain form.
