The article provides an overview of the research approaches of various scientific areas dealing with the analysis of the features and problems of regulation and control over the spread of disinformation and fake news in the Internet space. The author formulates conclusions that at present the works that study the legal aspects of regulation of this area prevail. The development of research in other areas and using of an interdisciplinary approach in analysis will allow to form a complex understanding of the main features and problems in this area.

In the global energy sector, there is a steady trend towards an increase in the production and consumption of energy. As the analysis of the technology has shown, mini-Thermal Power Plants (TPP) are one of the key solutions to the problem. The construction, as well as the reconstruction of existing boiler houses in the mini-TPP will not only ensure more efficient use of fuel through the combined production of electric and thermal energy, but also improve the reliability of power supply to settlements and industrial enterprises

COMBINATORIAL RECONSTRUCTION OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL WORDS IN THE HYPOTHESIS SHIFT 1 假设移位条件下二维词的组合重构

The article considers the formulation of the problem of reconstruction of two-dimensional words by a given multiset of subwords, under the hypothesis that this subset is generated by the displacement of a two-dimensional window of fixed size by an unknown two-dimensional word with a shift 1. A variant of the combinatorial solution of this reconstruction problem is proposed, based on a two-fold application of the one-dimensional word reconstruction method using the search for Eulerian paths or cycles in the de Bruyne multiorgraph. The efficiency of the method is discussed under the conditions of a square two-dimensional shift window one having a large linear size.

The present-day noitons about possible directions of non-traditional use of coals are considered, the choice of the optimal complex of material-genetic parameters and indices of coals quality at the stages of search and estimation works is substantiated, for their evaluation as a raw material for production of synthetic liquid fuel, wax, coal-humic preparations of various destination, coal-alkaline reagents, pigments, filtering materials, silica carbide, sulphocoals, thermoanthracite on the base of analysis and generalization of the laboratory research and modeling of treatment processes has been made.

The article focuses on the problems of using innovative renewable energy technologies, since these areas are the most promising in the structure of solving the issue of energy efficiency of buildings and structures. The growth in primary energy consumption, limited reserves of hydrocarbons (oil and natural gas), coupled with the growing anthropogenic pressure on the environment due to the use of coal as the main type of fuel, forced the world community to reconsider approaches to the energy security of their countries.

The article provides an overview of the essence and concept of a financial strategy for attracting financial resources of an enterprise. The article reflects the goals and objectives of developing a strategy for attracting financial resources. A financial strategy can be defined as an economic category that is subject to the laws of the market. The financial strategy is used as a lever for the economic growth of the company. Improving the efficiency of the organization's financial resources lies in modern ways of their formation and use. The formation of financial resources depends on the production activity of the entire enterprise as a whole, which is why it is important to competently develop a financial strategy that will be aimed at optimizing production and, as a result, increasing profits from sales. The financial strategy is developed taking into account inflation, the risk of non-payments and other force majeure circumstances.
