Currently, information systems are used in all areas of human society. The main criterion for the optimal operation of an enterprise's information system is full automation. In this regard, the implementation of automated control systems is extremely necessary. They significantly increase efficiency in all spheres of production and improve work productivity of employees. In this case it is necessary to pay special attention not only to the creation of a unified information environment, but also to the possibility of assessing the workload and functionality of its individual components. Such a possibility is provided by the application of the basics of building functional models of subsystems.

Morphological changes occur in the leaves of trees under the influence of various air pollutants. Recording and assessing these changes reflects the state of the environment. The aim of the study was to assess the level of air pollution in the city of Kineshma, Ivanovo region, using the bioindication method. The technique of morphometry of pedunculate oak leaves and calculation of the index of fluctuating asymmetry were used. In all points of the city, a high asymmetry of oak leaf blades was noted, which indicates a critical level of atmospheric pollution. Ecotoxicants contained in emissions from enterprises and vehicles significantly violate the bilateral symmetry of oak leaf blades.

A significant obstacle to the formation and development of small enterprises is the issues of production and technological and innovation-technological support of small enterprises at all stages of their life cycle. With limited resources, the solution of this issue is possible only if the potential available at the regional and municipal levels is used to the maximum. The author introduces the concept of "strategic entrepreneurial potential" into scientific circulation.

The one of the main tasks in modern education system is the development of child's personality. In the context of preschool education, the development of a child's personality is carried out during the organization of children's visual activities. It helps to develop preschoolers’ artistic education and becomes one of the most essential conditions for the implementation of state standards. Supplementary education in preschool institutions plays an important role in the artistic and aesthetic development. It gives an opportunity to identify and develop the children’s creative abilities.

Evaluation of new breeding samples of early maturing hybrids of the in FSBSI ARRSI of corn 2020 was carried out on an experimental plot with gray forest heavy loamy soils. Meteorological conditions were characterized by an extremely uneven supply of heat and precipitation during the growing season. Of the earliest hybrids, RM 77/18 was isolated with the speed of recoil of moisture by the grain during ripening of 0.88% per day versus 0.64% for the Kubansky 101 standard, as a source of a valuable economic trait. The universal hybrid RM 139/18 surpassed the Nur standard in grain productivity by 10.6%, moisture-yielding speed (1.12% versus 1.02% per day for Nur) and starch content in the grain (57.7% versus 54.6% for Nur). Among the mid-early samples for silage, RM 151/18 stood out: it surpassed the Nur standard in dry matter productivity by 10.8%, output per hectare of crude protein by 35%, sugars - by 15% and metabolizable energy - by 10.6%. Both hybrids are recommended for transfer to State Variety Trials. Analyzed and noted the unreliability of the generally accepted criteria for the preliminary assessment of the early maturity of new maize hybrids in the northern zone of the Middle Volga region.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems of parenthood and childhood in family and labor law. The author considers the need for public and legal assistance to youth employment as one of the main tasks of the state. The problems of raising children and ensuring their safe life are also considered. The conclusion is argued that the responsibility of parents lies not only in the obligation to create the necessary home conditions, but also to protect the interests of the minor, his legal rights. It is proposed to introduce and consider at the legal level the concept of "social responsibility".

Indonesia is located on the archipelago, which consists of more than 17800 islands. This fact largely determined a structure of the transport system of the country. The Indonesian Central government's spending on transport has increased significantly in recent years (before 2020). This allowed the country to expand its transport network and improve access to remote areas of the archipelago. Maritime navigation provides a link between different parts of the country. On some islands, where there are no good roads, the main transport connection is via large rivers. The most important direction of the country's transport policy is the development of high-speed cargo and passenger sea connections with the most remote and inaccessible regions of the country, primarily with the Eastern part of Indonesia. A variety of vehicles are used on the roads of Indonesia. Bus routes are laid in all areas that have access to the road network. Since 2004, the TransJakarta rapid bus system has been operating in the country. Most of Indonesia's Railways are located in Java and are used for both passenger and freight transport. In March 2019, the Jakarta metro started operating. Indonesia's air transport is the most important means of communication between thousands of Islands throughout the archipelago and other countries. Many residents of the country have switched from land and sea transport to faster and more comfortable air transportation. Indonesia like other countries was severely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020-2021. Further development of transport depends on how quickly the country recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic and how effectively the authorities deal with its consequences.

The processes of interaction of destroyed geomaterials within the working chamber and the degree of compaction of the filling material are investigated depending on the design parameters of the filling array. It was found that the value of the compaction coefficient of the rock filling at different points of the vertical section of the chamber is not the same and changes with an increase in the height of the filling array, the width of the treatment space and the angle of incidence, while the influence of the angle of incidence and the width of the working space is, respectively, 2.8 and 4.2 times lower. than the height of the filling array

The article is devoted to the analysis of the dramatic patterns in the early quartets of D. Shostakovich. The features of the content and form formation in the quartets are determined. The purpose of the study is to determine the specificity of thematic development, which determines the laws of musical drama. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the study of the peculiarities of the organization of the integral structure in quartets on the basis of the intonational unity of the parts, as a manifestation of the essence of D. Shostakovich's chamber style. As a result, it was revealed that the figurative and emotional structure of music in quartets is aimed at embodying a multifaceted image in its development, reflecting the wealth and unity of its internal opposites.
