Measurement with intelligent measuring system of PCB deformation when separating modules from a panel 采用智能测量系统测量模块与面板分离时的PCB变形

By using an intelligent measuring system, the necessary preparation and measurement of the deformation of the PCB during the separation of the module (board with mounted electronic components) from the panel was performed. An area of critical deformation is defined based on the standards for testing in surface mounting. The results of practical measurements of deformations after separation of modules from panels are presented. A conclusion is made on the basis of the obtained results with conclusions regarding the admissibility of the process according to the standard.
通过使用智能测量系统,在模块(安装电子元件的板)与面板分离期间,对PCB的变形进行了必要的准备和测量。根据表面安装试验标准,确定了临界变形区域。给出了模块与面板分离后的实际变形测量结果。在所得结果的基础上得出结论,并根据标准对该工艺的可采性作出结论。

222Rn Measurement System with Standard Source in Ukraine 222Rn测量系统与乌克兰标准源

The paper analyses radon (222Rn) hazardous industrial facilities and dwellings in Ukraine. The importance of control and monitoring as well as integrity and accuracy of the 222Rn measurements at the radon hazardous facilities are highlighted. Development of the standard source of 222Rn based on the uranium ore is described including research of uranium ore samples, their specific activity and radon emanation rate and optimization of the construction. The developed primary standard source provides stable 222Rn emanation, effectiveness and reliability of operation, safety of environment, available and cost-effective material generating 222Rn. The operation of the standard sources as a part of the State primary standard of 222Rn volumetric activity is described in the paper. Options of the standard source applications for calibration of the measurement tools for 222Rn volumetric activity are also demonstrated including mobile radioecological monitoring stations required for development of effective actions minimizing 222Rn levels in the environment of radon hazardous industrial facilities and living premises.

Analysis and evaluation of data available in a medical laboratory at estimating measurement uncertainty 医学实验室测量不确定度的分析与评估

The paper analyzes an approach for evaluation of measurement uncertainty in medical laboratory recommended by ISO/TS 20914 “Medical laboratories - Practical guide for the estimation of measurement uncertainty”. Special attention is paid to estimation of measurement precision using of internal quality control data as well as of information provided by manufactures of analytical systems including calibrators (with associated uncertainties) and external quality control using certified reference materials.

Actual aspects of flight safety on the basis of measuring electrical indicators 在实际飞行安全方面的基础上测量电气指标

The main purpose of research and development in the field of safe landing of aircraft is to increase the reliability of the assessment of the light signal system. The approach to increase the reliability of the system evaluation by measuring indicators of the light signal picture of airports due to the use of statistical methods is considered. The use of statistical approaches to assess the state of the light signal system of airports makes it possible to optimize the modes of their service and determine the stock of light signal lights. But the problem of reliability of system estimation on measuring indicators of a light signal picture of airports with use of the system approach is not solved at present. In the offered work as an indicator of quality to consider an indicator of brightness of separate components of a light signal system of the airport. Statistical methods were also used to process the measured luminance indicators to decide on the state of the light signal system of airports. The use of statistical approaches to assess the state of the light signal system of airports makes it possible to optimize the modes of their service and determine the stock of light signal lights.

Criterion Assessment of the Probability of Deviation of Objects from the Normal State 物体偏离正常状态概率的准则评估

The article presents the research results in the instruments and experimental techniques field and proposes the criterion-based assessment method of the probability of deviation of various objects from the normal state based on the measuring results of their parameters. The developed criterion can take values in the range from zero to one, the more the criterion numerical value approaches one, the less the object state probability of deviation from the norm. The results of the experimental studies and application of the proposed criteria-based assessment methodology are presented on the example of the occurrence of short-circuited turns in the winding of an asynchronous electric motor. The research results presented in the article can be used to assess the probability of deviation from the normal state of the different types of objects.

Modification of Objective Full Reference Metrics for Image Quality Measurement and Evaluation 图像质量测量与评价中客观全参考度量的改进

This paper presents a modification of objective PSNR metric for image quality measurement and evaluation. In the modified metric the MSE is substituted by 3 different distance measures: MAE, Euclidean distance and Canberra distance. All metrics were tested with 12 different 3-channels, 8-bits images. Every test image was distorted by 10 different values of dispersion of white Gaussian noise with zero mean. The experiments show that the dispersion of the PSNR with Euclidean distance has the lowest standard deviation and thus improved the original PSNR. It is also suggested that due to normality of the data and their deviation, the results has to be accepted with some standard uncertainty.

Optimization of Butterfly Flexures for Angular Positioning 角度定位的蝶形屈曲优化

Different types of angular orientation and micro-positioning systems with flexures are used in different areas of precision mechanical engineering. Depend on the design, they can be assembly of different components or monolithic. The lack of friction gives them an advantage when they are used in different systems, where there is no possibility for maintenance or the environment is heavily polluted, but requires high accuracy and minimal deviation of the axis of rotation. This report presents the results of a study of different types of flexures based on the “butterfly” design. Based on the results an improved flexure design is introduced to reduce the deviation of the axis of rotation and to increase the working range of the micro-positioning elastic modulus.

The report presents the methodology and difficulties in developing a capacitive transducer for angular displacement. Experimental studies of the developed converter are presented, as the measurement of the capacity is performed by two independent methods. Mathematical models are derived giving the relationship between the value of the capacitance and the area of overlap and the distance between the electrodes.

Geometrical arrangement optimization of the photo-detectors was carried out using semi-natural modeling on a laboratory setup. The optimal parameters of the geometric arrangement of the photo-detectors are found, which make it possible to expand the measurement range, increase the sensitivity and simplify the design of the measuring device for the computer system.

Measurement of AC Electric Arc Discharge Acoustic Spectrum 交流电弧放电声谱的测量

In this work measurements of atmospheric AC electric arc discharge acoustic spectrum have been performed. Electric and acoustic parameters of discharge are recorder simultaneously. Correlation of acoustic spectrum to electric voltage, current and power has been estimated. Analysis of harmonic spectrums of electric and acoustic discharge dynamic parameters has been performed. Overlapping of electric and acoustic results is presented in the frequency domain. There is a good agreement between electric power spectrum and acoustic power spectrum of the AC arc discharge.
