Adolescent happiness is closely related to adolescent development and behavior, and it needs to be treated as important because it continues to have an impact even after adulthood. Therefore, this study tried to investigate the relationship between parents' forced parenting attitude and depression as factors related to happiness. In other words, the purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of depression in the process of coercive parenting attitudes affecting happiness. As a result of the study, it was found that forced parenting attitude had a significant positive effect on depression (t=3.805, p<.001). Also, depression was found to have a significant wealth effect on happiness (t=-10.129, p<.001), and forced parenting attitude was found to have a significant wealth effect on happiness (t=-4.924, p<.001). In the results of bootstrapping to verify the mediating effect, it was found that the coercive parenting attitude had an effect on happiness through depression. Therefore, it was found that depression had a mediating effect in the process of coercive parenting attitudes affecting happiness.

This study identified the effect of parenting attitudes perceived by multicultural adolescents on delinquency and investigated the mediating effect of psychological maladjustment of multicultural adolescents in this relationship. As for the research method, SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used for 1,146 third-grade high school students of the 9th multicultural adolescents panel, and the analysis results are as follows. First, in the case of parental support, it does not directly affect the delinquency of multicultural adolescents, but there was a significantly positive effect of lowering it by significantly lowering psychological maladjustment. Second, supervisionary parenting attitude had a positive effect of directly lowering the delinquency of multicultural adolescents and indirectly lowering the delinquency by lowering psychological maladjustment. Third, the mediating effect of psychological maladjustment of parental support was greater than that of supervisionary parenting attitude, but in the total effect, supervisionary parenting attitude had a more positive effect than parental support. Finally, neglectful parenting attitude did not directly affect delinquency, but it negatively affected the psychological maladjustment of multicultural adolescents, resulting in a negative mediating effect of increasing the level of delinquency. However, the total effect was not significant.

This study was conducted to find the direction of a sex education program that can be applied to delinquent adolescents based on the results of interviewing 7 delinquent adolescents who were discharged from the facility on sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and sex education. The delinquent adolescents did not adapt properly to facility life and had experiences of running away and being exposed to delinquency. Their sexual knowledge and attitude were distorted without an opportunity to access correct information because they were approached through an acquaintance or the Internet. In addition, since sexual knowledge from the perspective of adult rights was not established, sexual problems were occurring even in relationships with friends of the opposite sex, and female research participants were placed in the crime of 'grooming'. Regarding sexual attitudes, it was found that they were lonely rather than having an open attitude due to the right to sexual self-determination, and they were dating because there were other children. Based on this sexual knowledge and attitude, the direction of the sex education program was proposed. First, it is necessary to develop and apply it in consideration of the target audience and environment. Second, the contents should be structured so that sexual values and awareness of adult rights can be cultivated. Third, the experience-oriented sex education program is more suitable for the sex education of delinquent adolescents than the knowledge-oriented sex education program. Fourth, it is necessary to regulate the commercialization of digital sex. Fifth, the problem of unsatisfied deprivation in life in facilities must be resolved.

In the case of early adolescents, it has been reported that if they do not adequately radiate aggression, they are more likely to cause delinquency in the future. In addition, aggression in adolescence can predict not only current maladaptation but also future maladaptation, and is highly likely to continue as adult aggression. In addition to this, many studies claim that aggression is a major factor in adolescent delinquency. Regarding aggression, many scholars argue that self-esteem and social withdrawal are related to aggression. In other words, when self-esteem is high, aggression is low, and when the degree of social withdrawal is high, aggression is high. In this study, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the two, namely, to examine whether social withdrawal has a mediating effect in the process of self-esteem affecting aggression. As a result of the study, self-esteem was found to have a significant effect of wealth on social withdrawal. Also, social withdrawal was found to have a significant positive effect on aggression, and self-esteem was found to have a significant positive effect on aggression. Therefore, it can be seen that social withdrawal has a mediating effect in the process of self-esteem affecting aggression. As a result of bootstrapping to verify the mediating effect, the indirect effect of social withdrawal was significant in the process of self-esteem affecting aggression, indicating that self-esteem affects aggression through social withdrawal.

This study aims to identify the current status of depression and related characteristics of incarcerated women, and to explain factors affecting the depression of incarcerated women in South Korea. For this purpose, this study used a sample of 171 incarcerated women from the dataset of ‘2016 Survey on the Right to Health in Prisons’. As the primary analysis method, a binary logistic model was used. As a result, first, regarding prison environments, long periods of imprisonment, short exercise time, and appropriate eating were significant predictors of female prisoners’ depression. Second, regarding individual and health factors, marital status before detention, number of health problems, and hard day to sleep at night were the significant predictors of female prisoners’ depression. Third, regarding women-related factors, pain experienced with untreated gynecological disease was the significant predictor of female prisoners’ depression. Based on the result, the study emphasized the need to consider the women-related factors to intervene the depression, and provided practical·policy suggestions.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of future studies on the prevention of sexual recidivism by analyzing the trend in research related to the recidivism of sexual crime for the last 20 years. To achieve this purpose, this study analyzed publication trends in research related to the recidivism of sexual crime by utilizing 139 studies published between 2000 and 2021 and conducted a keyword network analysis by using keywords extracted from these studies. The main results are as follows. First, results of publication trend by research area show that research related to the recidivism of sexual crimes was conducted in 11 areas order of 43.9% in law, 23.0% in public administration, and 17.9% in psychological science. Second, results of frequency analysis in keywords appeared in 139 studies show that the frequency was high in the following order; ‘sexual crime’, ‘prevention of recidivism’, ‘electronic monitoring system’, ‘risk of recidivism’, ‘child sex crime’, ‘medication treatment for sexual impulse’, and ‘personal information disclosure of sexual offender’. Third, results of degree centrality analysis using keywords show that the degree centrality was high in the following order; ‘sexual crime’, ‘prevention of recidivism’, ‘electronic monitoring system’, ‘recidivism of sexual crime’, ‘medication treatment for sexual impulse’, ‘risk of recidivism’, and ‘child sex crime’. Fourth, results of CONCOR cluster analysis with keywords show that research related to the recidivism of sexual crime was classified into nine clusters, and a major cluster was ‘study of electronic monitoring system’. Based on these results, this study suggests the directions of future studies on the prevention of recidivism from sexual crime.

Violent crimes by juveniles have been steadily increasing in recent years, which has become a social issue. In particular, the increase in incidental crimes among young people is a big social problem. In other words, there are many cases where a crime is committed immediately and accidentally by impulsivity without considering the consequences of the action. As such, impulsivity can be said to be one of the causes of juvenile delinquency and crime. Therefore, in this study, among various factors affecting impulsivity, community disorder, which can be said to be an environmental factor, and frustration and anger are experienced and accepted as social outcasts. tried to investigate the relevance of social stigma. This study aims to examine the longitudinal role of level of neighborhood violent crime as a local risk factor on adolescents' aggression and their delinquency. Study analyses are based on 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th (hereafter each 'T1', 'T2', 'T3', 'T4) survey data waves from 1,829 (954 males and 875 females) in the Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey 2010 (KCYPS), a national representative adolescents panel survey. We utilized a latent growth model (LGM) of aggression using neighborhood violent crime level at T1 as a predictor and juvenile delinquency at T4 as an outcome predicted by the LGM of aggression. Main results of this study are as follows; First, participants living in high-violent crime neighborhood showed higher aggression from T1 to T4, and delinquency at T4. Second, high-violent crime neighborhood at T1 predicted aggression at T1 which mediated the association between high-violent crime neighborhood at T1 and juvenile delinquency at T4. The results suggest level of neighborhood violent crime may affect baseline of individual aggression and later delinquency indirectly. Policies aiming at dealing and reducing with aggression in early-adolescence are essential strategies to reduce later juvenile delinquency, especially in neighborhood with high levels of violent crime.

As one of the educational penalty in prison, there is religious education penalty through religious correction for inmates. There are non-full-time prison chaplin-prison religious committee- who participate their religious correction as a part-timer as an unpaid private volunteer like in korea and full-time prison chaplin who work full-time like Canada. But, various problems have been pointed out due to essential limitations of prison religious committee because it cannot keep up with this ideology even though the ideology of prison religious correction is carried out as prison religious correction welfare, Various solution to solve the problems was proposed, but it was biased toward the microscopic aspect and was not a fundamental alternative. The necessity of introduction of full-time prison chaplin came from the religious and academic circles from the perspective of its own reform, instead of the current prison religious committee system, like a military chaplin. But, arguments of religious aspect are limited in that religious missionary interests are secretly embedded and academia's arguments were also literature studies, and empirical studies were insufficient. Therefore, although empirical preceding studies on national prison officers have been published in 2021, there is a limitation in that it is a study with a strong bureaucratic and sociological context. I wrote this paper from the perspective that it could bring about an profer agenda for the full time prison chaplin introduction because approach through empirical opinion surveys of private prison staffs as other stake holders enables a balanced approach by supplementing the bureaucratic limitations of research targeting only state prison bureaucrats. Therefore, after examining the ideology and status of prison religious educational penalty and the necessity of full time prison chaplin, I empirically examined the effectiveness of the introduction method of the full time prison chaplin, etc through private prison staff as one of the empirical studies for the introduction of full-time prison chaplin.
