Predictions and Magnetic Characterization of M-type Hexaferrites Doped with Two Cations in the Fe3+ Site 在Fe3+位置掺杂两种阳离子的m型六铁体的预测和磁性表征

A theoretical and experimental study of magnetic properties of M-type barium hexaferrites, doped with two cations in the Fe3+ sites: (Co3+, Al3+), (Co2+, Ti4+) and (Co2+, Sn4+) is reported. The theoretical predictions were made using the generalization of a model on the distribution of dopants in the crystallographic sites under study. This approach allows a better interpretation of the kinetics of obtaining the samples from the structural and magnetic characterization. In the reported model, the maximum limit refers to theoretical optimum parameters. With these concepts, were established quantitative relationships between dopant amount per crystallographic site and magnetic properties predicted of these systems. The comparison between the experimental values and the predicted magnitudes showed that, in general, the samples were obtained with parameters obtained close to the theoretical ones for traditional ceramic methods. Such an approach is rarely taken into account in the reported bibliography.

Autonomous Transport Mean Reverse Movement Control by Nodal Points 自主运输指节点逆向运动控制

The study presents an exact formulation of control for the reverse moving a transport mean along a polygonal course consisting of rectilinear segments interconnected by nodal points. Appropriateness of the question is caused by the need to figure out a several of tasks: to secure the transport mean in the occasion of а communication crash by returning along the course already passed, to escape rotation in constrained or unsafe conditions, or partial go back for the following avoid of the hurdle and continuation of the forward motion. The control method of forward motion assumes that the route of movement is predetermined, and the path is elaborated by using landmarks. Video cameras are placed on the transport mean for landmark measurement. They are controlled by the operator through the radio channel. Errors in estimating deviation from the supposed course are detected using the multidimensional correlation investigation instrument based on the dynamics of a lateral deviation mistake and a velocity mistake. Reception algorithm of the information is presented on reference points. The outcome of the test showed a considerable preciseness in determining the position vector that provides the reverse movement relative to the reference course with a reasonably admissible mistake while returning to the start spot.

Music is the expression of one's feelings which are expressed in beautiful tones and poems. Music can be packaged in the form of cassette or Compact Disc (CD), on this millennial era, music can be enjoyed from music sites, as well as in smartphone applications with various musical genres. Music is easy to access now, where people can enjoy music anywhere and anytime through music sites. To build a system for purchasing music online, this study is aim to analyze consumer behavior in purchasing music online in Indonesia by implementing 7P's Marketing Strategy and Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Questionnaire is used to get data from respondents and data obtained from respondents will be processed using the Application of Quality Functions. Data from respondents are to identify consumer needs and for technical requirements. The research methodology begins with gathering user needs and analyze data using QFD. The results of analysts on House of Quality have 6 elements that are prioritized for the development of system that will be built on purchase music online.

Software and systems engineering for aerospace platforms presents many unique challenges. The decision if, and how, to employ software product line architectures is one recurring question. Real options analysis—applying option valuation techniques to budgeting decisions—can be a powerful tool for engineering managers, project leaders, and mission directors. In this paper, we demonstrate a real options valuation approach to explore this question.

Estimation of Longitudinal Aerodynamic Derivatives Using Genetic Algorithm Optimized Method 基于遗传算法优化的纵向气动导数估计

This paper presents the estimation of longitudinal aerodynamic parameters by using Genetic Algorithm (GA) optimized method from simulated and real flight data of ATTAS aircraft. The simulated flight data is deliberately contaminated with 5%, 10%, and 15% of random noise for creating flight data, which bears similarity to real flight data. The proposed methodology utilizes the general notion of output error method, i.e., minimizing the response error between the measured response and estimated response, and the genetic algorithm as the optimization technique for an iterative update of the parameter vector. The longitudinal parameters are estimated by using the proposed method from both simulated data (without and with random noise) and real flight data. The parameter estimates obtained by using the proposed method is compared with the estimates from the Maximum-Likelihood method and data-driven methods viz. Delta method and GPR –Delta method for assessing the efficacy of the methodology. The statistical analysis of the parameter estimates has further cemented the confidence in the estimates obtained by using the proposed method.

Use of Information and Communication Technology ICT in Agriculture to Uplift Small Scale Farmers in Rural Pakistan 在农业中使用信息和通信技术帮助巴基斯坦农村小农

The research was conducted to determine the agricultural information needs of the rural farmers and to provide a solution to access this information in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Pakistan. The research was conducted in Ten (10) Villages of different districts of KPK and a number of 460 respondents were selected for study, the study was conducted through a survey method, Face to Face interviews, focus group discussion and farmer meetings, data was collected and analyzed through descriptive statistics, percentage, frequency tables. The results indicated that most of the respondents (34.78%) fall in age group between 41-50 years, it is also found that the first preferred source of information of the farmers is fellow farmers (37.39%) following by Radio (29.13%), Major barriers to access modern information systems is high illiteracy (39.43%) and non-availability of local information centers (36.08%). During the study, a large of the number of farmers acknowledged that they are not familiar with modern practices of agriculture because they are not facilitated with new technologies to access agricultural information; as a result, they are not using such techniques and relying on traditional ways. The research study also identified that due to the highly localized nature of information and several barriers this is very essential to equip rural farmers with updated information through use of (ICT) to enhance production and improve their livelihood.

Flexible pavement roads in Ethiopia often deteriorate in different ways, because of the harsh climatic conditions, lack of proper design and quality control, sudden increasing of traffic due to the construction of different industries, high loads and inadequate assessment for identifying causes of deteriorate before carrying out Maintenance and Rehabilitation. A possible remedial measures had been organized for every observed failure or deterioration to obtain normal pavement condition of the study area. An investigation was made by using laboratory and field test to determine the adequacy of the underlain material to serve as a subgrade, sub base course and base course for road construction based on project specifications and Ethiopian Road Authority (ERA) Specification. The investigation covered field tests to determine the in-situ condition of the road materials while laboratory tests on representative samples were extracted from site to determine the engineering properties of soil materials and to compare test results with the existing conditions of pavement layers. From the field tests and laboratory tests carried out, it is observed that the causes of flexible pavement deterioration of this road section are mainly due to the inadequacy of existing thickness of the base layer for the current traffic loading, overloading, engineering properties of the pavement layers material, poor method of construction, poor design quality and lack of side drainage. To reduce these causes, use boulder rocks at subbase course, reconstruction the base and providing proper drainage for the deteriorated sections must be required to reduce more damage of the flexible pavement the road section. Raveling, pumping, potholes, edge cracking and rutting are the most dominant type of deteriorations constituting more than 27% of the deterioration densities along Bako-Gedo road section.

A possible remedial measures had been organized for every observed failure or deterioration to obtain normal pavement condition of the study area. An investigation was made by using laboratory and field test to determine the adequacy of the underlain material to serve as a subgrade, sub base course and base course for road construction based on project specifications and Ethiopian Road Authority (ERA) Specification. The investigation covered field tests to determine the in-situ condition of the road materials while laboratory tests on representative samples were extracted from site to determine the engineering properties of soil materials and to compare test results with the existing conditions of pavement layers. From the field tests and laboratory tests carried out, it is observed that the causes of flexible pavement deterioration of this road section are mainly due to the inadequacy of existing thickness of the base layer for the current traffic loading, overloading, engineering properties of the pavement layers material, poor method of construction, poor design quality and lack of side drainage. To reduce these causes, use boulder rocks at subbase course, reconstruction the base and providing proper drainage for the deteriorated sections must be required to reduce more damage of the flexible pavement the road section. The Relationship of the Density and Consumption of Drilling Mud with a Model of Rock Drillability 基于岩石可钻性模型的钻井泥浆密度与消耗关系

In article it is shown the functional connection between the drillability model and the required consumption of drilling mud for cleaning the bottom of a well from destruction products. In particular, it has been shown that when drilling oil-gas wells in uncomplicated conditions, the required consumption of drilling mud is directly proportional to the current drilling speed and increases in quadratic dependence on the diameter of the well. It was found that the increase in the density of drilling mud due to contamination with drill cuttings at the revelation of "weak" formations has the greatest influence, which in certain conditions can cause hydraulic fracturing of the formation. At the revelation of formations with abnormally high pressure, an increase in the density of the contaminated drilling mud has practically not influence on the prevention of kicks.

Innovation of Talents Training Mode of Communication Technology Major Based on College-Enterprise Cooperation 基于校企合作的通信技术专业人才培养模式创新

By taking Gansu Vocational and Technical College of Communications as an example, the innovation of the talent cultivation mode of Communication Technology majors based on college-enterprise cooperation is explored. The extensive cooperation with communication equipment manufacturing enterprises is carried out, and the college-enterprise cooperation mode of “Relying on one enterprise, cooperation with ten and serving one hundren” is developed. The ZTE (Zhongxing Telecommunication Equipment Corporation) Telecom College and the ZTE ICT industry innovation base are established with the college-enterprise cooperation, and the teaching tem of the mixed teachers plus enterprise engineers plus enterprise certification instructors is built up. The research is carried out from the aspects of talent cultivation mode innovation, teachers’ team construction, student management, dual certificates, employment and entrepreneurship, and the good results are achieved.
以甘肃交通职业技术学院为例,探索基于校企合作的通信技术专业人才培养模式创新。开展与通信设备制造企业的广泛合作,形成了“依托一家企业、十家企业合作、服务百家”的校企合作模式。通过校企合作,建立中兴通讯电信学院和中兴通讯ICT产业创新基地,建立了由混合教师+企业工程师+企业认证讲师组成的教学团队。从人才培养模式创新、教师队伍建设、学生管理、双证、就业创业等方面展开研究,取得了较好的效果。
