The article includes the characteristics of increme ntal forming of the sheet using the following two methods: Single Point Incremental For ming and Two Point Incremental Forming. The factors influencing the possibi lity of method application and the phenomena that limit the use of incremental for ming of the sheet are presented. Based on the conducted experimental test, the disadv antages and advantages of single point incremental forming are specified. Possib ilities for the use of the presented incremental forming technique for manufacturing ele ments in the aircraft industry are also included.

Remote manual control of unmanned aerial vehicle is used more often during takeof and landing phases. Depends on UAV take-off mass and speed (total energy) the potential crash can be very dangerous for an airplane and environment. So, handling qualities of UAV is important from the user point of view. In many cases the dynamic properties of remote controlling UAV are not suitable for obtaining the desired properties of the handling qualities from operator's point of view. In this case, the control augmentation system (CAS) should be applied. The method of UAV handling qualities shaping is presented in this paper. The main idea of this method is that UAV reaction on the operator steering signals should be similar almost the same – as the reaction of the „ideal” remote control aircraft. The model of following method was used for controller parameters calculations. The numerical example concerns the medium size UAV MP-02A Czajka applied as an aerial observer system.

An upper bound solution for compression of viscous material between rotating plates is proposed. For many conventional constitutive equations its form has been given by Hill. In the case of viscous materials the main difficulty with the application of the upper bound theorem is that conventional friction laws are not compatible with the conditions used to prove it. A reduced version of the upper bound theorem that accounts for specific viscous constitutive equations and boundary conditions is adopted. In such a form, in contrast to the general case, the theorem determines an upper bound on the load required to deform the material. The dependence of the upper bound force based on a simple kinematically admissible velocity field on material and process parameters is illustrated. The solution is reduced to numerical integration and minimization of a function of one variable.
