Abnormal event detection based on SVM in video surveillance 基于支持向量机的视频监控异常事件检测

In order to increase the accuracy of abnormal event detection in crowd video surveillance, this paper proposes a novel hybrid optimization of feature selection and support vector machine (SVM) training model based on genetic algorithm. For reducing dimensions of multi-feature, we propose an adaptive genetic simulated annealing algorithm (ASAGA) feature selection method. The ASAGA takes advantage of the local search ability of simulated annealing algorithm (SA) to solve the slow convergence and high complexity drawbacks of genetic algorithm (GA). And also improve the SVM training model performance based on genetic algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid optimization based on genetic algorithms can quickly obtain the optimal feature subset and SVM parameters. Therefore the proposed scheme reduces time and improves the accuracy of surveillance video anomaly detection.
为了提高人群视频监控中异常事件检测的准确率,提出了一种基于遗传算法的特征选择与支持向量机(SVM)训练混合优化模型。针对多特征降维问题,提出了一种自适应遗传模拟退火算法(ASAGA)特征选择方法。ASAGA利用模拟退火算法(SA)的局部搜索能力,解决了遗传算法(GA)收敛速度慢、复杂度高的缺点。并在遗传算法的基础上提高了SVM训练模型的性能。实验结果表明,基于遗传算法的混合优化能够快速获得最优的特征子集和支持向量机参数。因此,该方案减少了监控视频异常检测的时间,提高了检测的准确性。

Strength analysis and optimization of small steel railway bridge based on ANSYS 基于ANSYS的铁路小钢桥梁强度分析与优化

In this paper, by using ANSYS software under the working condition of the most unfavorable load small railway steel Bridges the strength of the initial model is used for calculation, by calculating the initial model satisfies the requirement of strength and stiffness; Second, the initial model for the optimization design, and select reasonable according to the results of the optimization design theory of i-steel to replace all beams in the initial model; In the final analysis to calculate the optimization model of strength, stiffness and weight of steel, the optimization model in meet the design requirements at the same time than the initial model saves 23.98% of the conclusion of h-beam steel.
本文利用ANSYS软件对最不利荷载工况下的小型铁路钢桥进行强度初始模型的计算,通过计算得到初始模型满足强度和刚度要求;其次,对初始模型进行优化设计,并根据优化设计理论的结果选择合理的工字钢来替换初始模型中的所有梁;在最后的分析中计算出了优化模型的强度、刚度和重量,优化模型在满足设计要求的同时比初始模型节约了23.98%的h型钢结论。

The research of LED intelligent lighting system based on the fractional order controller 基于分数阶控制器的LED智能照明系统的研究

Currently light intelligent control systems are not efficiently used in the classroom. In order to improve the system, based on the theory of the light control and current methods of how to keep controlling, propose the method of developing intelligent classroom light control system on the basis of MCU. The system can satisfy the following functions, such as controlling the circuit of illumination, testing and processing daylight signal, testing and processing the signal of human body that illuminates the back track exists, reporting to the warning devices, etc. In order to satisfy these functions, the system adopted the homologues methods respectively, and to the gearing the system, analyzing how to install, test and run the system.
目前,照明智能控制系统在教室中的应用还不够有效。为了对系统进行改进,在分析了光控制理论和现有控制方法的基础上,提出了基于单片机的智能教室光控制系统的开发方法。该系统可实现照明电路的控制、日光信号的检测与处理、人体光照轨迹存在信号的检测与处理、报警装置上报等功能。为了满足这些功能,系统分别采用了相应的方法,并对系统的安装、测试和运行进行了分析。

Balancing cost analysis of large-scale integrated wind power 大型集成风电平衡成本分析

Due to the fluctuation and intermittency of wind power, it is necessary for power systems to provide flexible power to ensure the power balance of supply and demand. Meanwhile, as the increasing installed capacity of wind power, more flexible power is required, and the amount would be significant and the balancing cost would be more expensive. In this paper, the balancing cost is calculated from the viewpoint of economic dispatch, which is the difference between the total power system costs with and without wind power. For the case without wind power, an energy proxy is proposed to replace it, which does not need other resources to balance. The result shows that the balancing cost is increasing with the increase of penetration and volatility of wind power.

The relationship study of social capital, knowledge management and performance in logistics enterprises based on SEM 基于SEM的物流企业社会资本、知识管理与绩效关系研究

Knowledge management as an intermediary force to study the relationship of social capital, knowledge management and performance in logistics companies. Construct theoretical model and select 157 samples for an empirical study. Structural equation analysis showed that cognitive and relational social capital have no significant positive impact on knowledge creation, and knowledge sharing has no significant positive impact on firm performance, then others have significant positive impact. Overall, knowledge management plays an intermediary role between social capital and performance.
以知识管理为中介力量,研究社会资本、知识管理与物流企业绩效的关系。构建理论模型,选取157个样本进行实证研究。结构方程分析表明,认知社会资本和关系社会资本对知识创造没有显著的正向影响,知识共享对企业绩效没有显著的正向影响,其他资本对企业绩效有显著的正向影响。总体而言,知识管理在社会资本与绩效之间起中介作用。

Research on multifunction electric power platform for heavy equipment based on ultracapacitor technology 基于超级电容器技术的重型装备多功能电力平台研究

Aiming at solving starting-up failure and simple maintenance for heavy equipment in extreme condition, a multifunction electric power platform based on ultracapacitor technology was developed. In this paper, firstly, the characteristics of ultracapacitor were introduced and starting-up faults of heavy equipment in extreme condition are analyzed. Then, the function, principle and system scheme of multifunction electric power platform were designed. At last, the starting-up tests for heavy equipment were carried out, the results of which validate that the power and current of multifunction electric power platform could meet the requirement of heavy equipment.

Hospital digital library based on cloud computing 基于云计算的医院数字图书馆

Cloud computing has been applied in domestic and foreign digital library research. This paper analyzed the disadvantage of hospital digital library construction in our county. A better construction mode of hospital digital library based on cloud computing is proposed; we design an architecture of hospital digital library based on cloud computing, the steps of system implementation are introduced. The prototype shows that the cloud computing can realize the resource sharing and reduce the construction cost, meanwhile, it can satisfy the needs of medical staff in most small and middle-sized hospital for digital library.
云计算已在国内外数字图书馆研究中得到应用。本文分析了我国医院数字图书馆建设存在的不足。提出了一种基于云计算的医院数字图书馆建设模式;设计了一种基于云计算的医院数字图书馆体系结构,介绍了系统实现的步骤。原型表明,云计算可以实现资源共享,降低建设成本,同时可以满足大多数中小型医院医务人员对数字图书馆的需求。

Discovery of topic based on mass incidents and research of user roles 基于群体性事件的主题发现与用户角色研究

Based on the analysis of user behavior in social network, knowledge is introduced into social subject's behavior and explores the online social network public opinion research in the related method. First of all, based on the multi-dimensional social relationship between the users participating subject discussion, two-layer overlay network model of topic keywords with the user based on implicit link is put forward targeting at the problem of short text and semantic sparse in a new generation of online social network represented by Weibo system. The model takes the user as the center, the keyword as the basic unit, and applies the clustering method. The model can be used on the real data sets to show that all kinds of important users and user groups of the hot topics, and discuss different users and user group of the topics of concern in the form of a keyword to. It is found that the same role in different groups of users have different motives in the real social network. These findings have important practical significance for discovery and control of public opinion in the social network systems.

Effect of different reflective surface and unequal receiving antenna height on channel characteristics of hexapolarized MIMO system 不同反射面和不同接收天线高度对六极化MIMO系统信道特性的影响

In this paper, the effect of different reflective surface and unequal transmitter and receiver antenna height on channel characteristics of the hexapolarized multiple input multiple output (HMIMO) system are investigated, by establishing HMIMO communication channel model. In a simplified reflected channel, we select three different reflected surfaces and compute their channel eigenvalues and channel capacity, respectively. Computation results show that the relative dielectric constant of reflected surface is a main factor which impacts the channel capacity of HMIMO system, as the relative dielectric constant becomes big, the channel capacity becomes small. In perfect electric conducting (PEC) ground reflected channel, the different receiver antenna height is studied. It suggests that the channel capacity will increase with the increase of the receiver antenna height.

Design of 4-channel analog front-ends for neural signal acquisition 用于神经信号采集的四通道模拟前端设计

A 4-channel analog front-ends designed for neural signal acquisition is demonstrated in this paper. Each channel consists of a high input impedance, high gain, low noise and high linearity amplifier and a high precision Σ-Δ analog to digital convertor (ADC). The amplifier is realized with a capacitive feedback closed loop op-amp. Fabricated in 180nm CMOS process, the 4-channel system occupies 2.34mm2 while achieving a resolution of 0.9μV and the equivalent input-referred noise of 3.06μV according to the chip test results.
