Quantifying risk for determining optimal joint fires in defence planning 在防御规划中确定最佳联合火力的量化风险

As the first step for a NATO System Analysis Study task on Methods to Support Decision Making in Joint Fires, this paper identifies the critical element of this task and develops a method for quantifying the risk of Collateral Damage. As a supplement to the current NATO Collateral Damage Estimation, this quantification methodology recognizes that the risk of Collateral Damage may vary with usage of different weapon and ammunition combinations even though the target is the same. Therefore, the weapon and ammunition characteristic properties were considered for this Collateral Damage quantification. This risk quantification methodology will help inform decision making on selecting optimal Joint Fires in Defence Planning.

Mechanism of shaoyao gancao decoction on anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects by molecular docking 少药甘草汤抗炎镇痛作用机制的分子对接研究

According to the components absorbed into blood of Shaoyao Gancao decoction, we chose COX-2 which is responsible for the elevated production of prostaglandins during inflammation as the target for molecular docking. The mode of action between small molecules and the targets were presented visually, which provided an in-depth interpretation about the pharmacodynamic material basis. The results reveal treatment mechanism and pharmacodynamic material basis of Shaoyao Gancao decoction for antiinflammatory and analgesic effects. Using pattern recognition technology to analyze the interaction between these components and the target provides a theoretical basis for the further development of related drugs.

Design and implementation of student management system of educational management system 教务管理系统中学生管理系统的设计与实现

The universities educational management System is a typical information management system, including the establishment and maintenance of backstage database and the development of frontstage application program. For the former, it requires a database of data consistency and integrity to build strong, full and good, and for the latter procedure, it requires full-functioned and easy to use and so on. This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of students educational management system. After research and analysis, the system uses the C # and SQL Server 2000 to develop, with a three-tier, including the system development environment and technical support, the design of system, the implementation of system and concluded. The main function is for all students, providing them with a teaching management platform to facilitate the management of personal information and cooperate a variety of the teaching mission of schools.

NO2 gas sensor based on polyvinylpyrrolidone/reduced graphene oxide nanocomposite 基于聚乙烯吡咯烷酮/还原氧化石墨烯纳米复合材料的NO2气体传感器

Pure polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) film, reduced graphene oxide (RGO) film and PVP/RGO composite film were coated on quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) for nitrogen oxide (NO2) sensing at room temperature. These films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. Because only a few RGO were deposited on QCM, the sensor based on RGO almost had no response to NO2. In addition, compared with the response of pure PVP film, an increase in the response of PVP/RGO composite film may be caused by the more absorption area for NO2 molecule adsorption.

Modelling and design of wind power forecast error estimation system 风电预测误差估计系统建模与设计

The error estimation of wind power forecast is of great importance to the dispatch and control, security and defense, etc. of power systems. In this paper, a system used to estimate the wind power forecast error is designed from the viewpoint of decoupling principle. Firstly, the paper refines the decoupling process of estimating wind power forecast error based on numerical feature extraction. Secondly, the database was divided into historical database and real-time database based on the times of reading and writing and how much of the data we use. Then, Man-Machine Interface, System Query, Data Management and Transfer are developed combined with the database. Finally, the paper develops the system that can estimate the wind power forecast error using Qt Creator based on the smart grid scheduling technology support system “D5000”. The designed system has been applied in a provincial power grid in northwestern China. All the demonstrated results indicate the feasibility and practicality of the designed system.

Design of signal processing circuit of giant magneto-impedance sensor in target detection 巨磁阻抗传感器在目标检测中的信号处理电路设计

In order to adapt to the high measurement precision and wide range in the field of target detecting in military, an improved signal processing circuit is proposed. To keep the secondary information of GMI (giant magneto-impedance) sensor's output signals, a two-order frequency mixing circuit is introduced, so except fundamental frequency features, the secondary frequency features and the wavelet coefficient features can also be detected, which is good to improve GMI sensor's measurement precision. Finally, the designed circuit is simulated to verify its rationality. Results show that when the target moves along a straight line, the prediction precision can be kept within ±3.67 %.

Synchronized detection is one of the major areas of photon counting applications, e.g., the quantum key distribution (QKD). With single photon avalanche diodes (SPADs), gated-mode operation has the advantage of reduced dark count probability thanks to the limited detection windows. On the other hand, passive quenching with active reset (PQAR) circuits can confine the afterpulsing probability with reduced charge, which enables high bit rate operation. To take the benefits of both, a gated-PQAR circuit is designed, which is also demonstrated with 10X reduction in afterpulsing probability compared to the gated quenching circuit with similar dark count probability under the same photon detection efficiency.
