Background: Children might be affected by speech delay, which is a sort of developmental problem. The tiny one's speech is delayed in this situation. In a nutshell, speech delay occurs when a child's speech abilities do not develop in accordance with their age. Children with this condition require ongoing diagnosis and treatment. Due to limited access and limits on community activities, Covid-19, which affects the rhythm of human existence, also impacts the type, application, and approach of therapy. Methods: This research is a descriptive study. Following the objectives of the study, research subjects used secondary data from the Global Research on Developmental Disabilities Collaborators, who recognized developmental disabilities in 195 nations during the last 26 years, to meet the study's aims (1990-2016) Results: The number of developmental disorders in children under the age of five years in Indonesia declined between 1990 and 2016, with 1,710,437 cases in 1990 and 1,707. 335 cases in 2016. Indonesia has consistently been in the top ten countries in the world for developmental disability causes. Indonesia ranks fifth in the world in terms of congenital epilepsy, vision loss, and autism, ninth in terms of intellectual disability and ADHD, and seventh in terms of hearing loss. In Indonesia, efforts were made to put limits on communal activities, which are frequently abbreviated as PPKM. The number of incidents that occur in each location, which is classified using the risk zoning map, has an impact on the PPKM level Conclusions: The application of limits on community activities should not prevent children with developmental abnormalities (particularly speech delays) from getting motor development therapy. So that continuous treatment efforts are not inhibited, strategies and innovations must be introduced.

Background: The Banyumas Regency Government issued Regional Regulation Number 2, 2020 concerning the prevention and management of diseases in Banyumas Regency, which was implemented on April 21, 2020, especially the obligation to wear masks. However, in Banyumas Regency, community compliance in applying masks when outside the home tends to be low. This study aims to determine the factors that affect compliance with the obligation to use masks in communities outside the home in Banyumas Regency to prevent transmission of COVID-19. Methods: This study used quantitative methods with cross sectional approach. Results: The results showed the level of compliance with wearing masks in the Covid-19 pandemic era had a high level of adherence 60.5%. The factors that influence community compliance with the obligation to use masks outside the house in Banyumas Regency are attitude (p-value 0.001) and personality (p-value 0.003). Meanwhile, environmental factors (p-value 0.003), referral power (p-value 0.003), force encouragement (p-value 0.003) and supervision support (p-value 0.003) have no effect on people's compliance with using masks when outside the home. Conclusion: The government needs to increase repressive / corrective disciplinary measures that are stricter on violations of compliance with wearing masks that are consistent with the Regional Regulation that has been made. Intervention with the community is also needed to increase public understanding of the benefits of preventing the transmission of Covid 19 and how to use mask correctly.

Corona virus diseases 2019 currently a problem in all countries in the world. Knowledge about outbreaks and health protocol rules on adapting normal habits in the community is still very lacking. The method in this research is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The sample of this research is people aged 17-60 years in the Work Area of the Ciamis Health Center, Ciamis Regency for the period January-March 2021. 100 people with proportional random sampling technique. The results showed that most of the public's knowledge about the new normal health protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic was still lacking as many as 55 people (55%) most of the respondents did not comply with the new normal health protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic as many as 63 people (63%) ). So there is a significant relationship between knowledge and public compliance with the new normal health protocol during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Ciamis Health Center Work Area in 2021 because the value of chi square (χ2) count > chi square (χ2) table (54.863 > 5.991) and the value of chi square (χ2) > value (0.05 > 0.001). It is hoped that the public will further increase their understanding of the new normal health protocol during the Covid-19 pandemic by participating in various counseling from health workers.

Background: On 2020, Health Functional Position Competency Test in Banyumas Regency has been rescheduled repeatedly and just happened in November. This makes difficulty on health workers promotion process, because the health workers who will increase their functional position level don't have competency certificate yet. This study aims to evaluate planning and preparation stages on Health Functional Position Competency Test in Banyumas Regency 2020. Methods: This study is a qualitative research with case study design and located in Banyumas Regency with the number of informants as many as 9 people. The informant consists of main informant and supporting informant. Data analysis used content analysis with thematic network approach. Results: Evaluation of planning and preparation stages on Health Functional Position Competency Test explained that the available resources are not fully ready for doing implementation process. The available of human resources don't have a good understanding about technical process in planning and preparation stages. This happened because the guidelines that have been used not explain clearly about technical implementation of Health Functional Position Competency Test. So, it is needed to create SOP and increase socialization activity, so the availability of human resources like organizer team, examiner team and health workers from UPTD/Hospital understand detail information about technical implementation of Health Functional Position Competency Test. Conclusion: In 2020, rescheduling of Health Functional Position Competency Test happened because the turnover of some employees occurred and it's not supported by the availability of SOP as a technical guideline. In addition, COVID-19 pandemic also affected the situation due to limited face to face activity.

One of the strategies to curb the Covid-19 spread was administering the Covid-19 vaccine as it remains the most effective means to achieve control of the pandemic. As mandated by Minister of Health Decree Number 10/2021, Pangandaran District has to conduct Covid-19 vaccination to 341.216 individuals as the target population. Per July 26th, the Covid-19 vaccination coverage is still below 10% of target with Parigi, Sidamulih, and Mangunjaya Subdistricts as subdistricts with the lowest vaccination coverage. Vaccine hesitancy and misinformation present major barriers to achieving community coverage and immunity.
