This study aims to identify the quality of service provided by the company, to identify the complaints handling done by the company and to analyze the effect of the service quality of the company on the complaints experienced by the customers of PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor City. The method used in this research is quantitative by means of survey research. This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor City, precisely at No. Siliwangi Street. 121 Bogor 16142, West Java. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling technique by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples by Gay and Diehl (1992) and Kerlinger and Lee (2000). Validity and reliability test was submitted to 30 respondents with Product Moment formula from Pearson and Alpha Cronbach. Quantitative data are presented in the form of frequency tables. The statistical test was performed with SPSS program version 20 with Rank Spearman's correlation test and statistical test of multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of research shows that the service quality of Tirta Pakuan PDAM Kota Bogor is good. This is seen from the results of the distribution of research data showing the attitude of some respondents agree with the services provided by looking at customer complaints data that can be overcome by the company. The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the overall of each of the indicator variables give effect of 19.6% to the level of complaints experienced by customers with the value of r count more than 0.361 with a confidence level of 5% and the value of cronbach alpha greater than 0, 60.

PERAN PENTING PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAANSAMPAH 3R 3R垃圾管理中赋予和裁员的重要作用

Dalam program pengurangan volume sampah melalui  program 3R sangat diperlukan kesadaran dan komitmen semua pihak, juga masyarakat sebagai penghasil sampah dalam mewujudkan system pengelolaan sampah ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Menjadi penting untuk terus mengembangkan pengelolaan sampah dengan konsep berbasis masyarakat yaitu 3R( Reduce/pengurangan volume-Reuse/penggunaan kembali-Recycle/daur ulang). Karena  keberhasilan program 3R ini sangat ditentukan oleh kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat,maka proses pemberdayaan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat menjadi sangat penting. Proses pemberdayaan dilakukan untuk menyiapkan masyarakat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan sampah terpadu dengan metode 3R skala sumber dan kawasan secara mandiri, sedangkan pendampingan dilakukan ketika masyarakat melakukan kegiatan ujicoba pemilahan sampah, pembuatan kompos, daur ulang, pengumpulan sampah dan lain-lain.

BRAND EQUITY STIE SYARI’AH DARUL ULUM PURWAKARTA

Kehadiran Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Syari’ah Darul Ulum Purwakarta sebagai salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Islam Swasta di Kabupaten Purwakarta yang wilayahnya kini tengah berkembang pesat, memberi angin segar baik bagi para pencari ilmunya yakni para pegawai/karyawan/freshgraduate MA/SMA/SMK, juga bagi STIE Syari’ah Darul Ulum Purwakarta sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Penelitian Kualitatif melalui pendekatan Studi Kasus pada STIE Syari’ah Darul Ulum Purwakarta di Kabupaten Purwakarta, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Brand Equity Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Syari’ah Darul Ulum Purwakarta terletak pada 4 langkah dalam membangun merek sesuai dengan prinsip Keller ; 1) Identitas Merek(Who Are You), mahasiswa sebagai konsumen mengetahui brand STIE Syari’ah Darul Ulum Purwakarta melalui sosialisasi di sekolah sekolah, kantor – kantor, supermarket, rumah sakit, wilayah industri, selain itu melalui informasi WOM atau Word Of Mouth (dari mulut ke mulut) rekan kerja, pihak yayasan, para dosen, mahasiswa, tim manajemen dan berbagai media, baik media sosial seperti facebook, instagram, dan BBM, banyaknya media luar ruang seperti spanduk plus mini banner yang dipasang di perempatan jalan strategis maupun tempat umum, media cetak melalui penyebaran brosur yang dilengkapi dengan detail biaya kuliah keseluruhan, media massa yakni melalui spot iklan di radio yang tergabung dalam PRSSNI Jabar, maupun dari merchandise yang dipasang logo dan brand STIE Syari’ah Darul Ulum Purwakarta, 2) Makna Merek(What Are You?), brandSTIE Syari’ah DarulUlum Purwakarta merupakan pilihan di tengah persaingan maraknyaPerguruan Tinggi yang muncul di Purwakarta. PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN PADA BKP5K KABUPATEN BOGOR 培训和教育对茂物区农业推广人员绩效的影响

One way to improve the quality of agricultural extension resource through education and training is implemented out in a planned and systematic. In other words, the importance of education and training within the organization is to improve the performance of agricultural extension that include the knowledge and skill that support, as well as the building of the attitude of each of the extension as desired by organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and education on the performance of agricultural extension workers in the Food Security and Managing Extension Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (BKP5K) Bogor and analyze the indicators that reflect the dominant success of the training and education provided to the agricultural extension. Sampling is based on non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling method of 79 samples from 99 populations of agricultural extension agricultural extension PNS. These results indicate that 1) the influence of training and education on the performance of agricultural extension, the training negatively affect the performance of agricultural extension and education have positive influence on the performance of agricultural extension; and 2) the dominant indicator of the training variables contained in the first indicator, namely the training  suitability of the materials needed with this type of training with the results of 3.28. Dominant indicator of educational variables contained in the second indicator, namely the educational suitability of the current work with the results of 3.28. Dominant indicator of performancel variables contained in the first indicator, namely understand the program with the results of 3.23.

ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN BIAYA PRODUKSI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PADA PENGUSAHA PRODUK LANTING BUMBU KARNING PANCA RASA JATILUHUR 对企业家生产的收入成本的计算分析

Cost Production is costs incurred to process raw materials into finished products ready tosold. The elements of cost production consist of raw material costs, direct labor, and overhead costs. This study aims to determine and analyze the Calculation of Cost Production to Revenue at Product LantingBumbuKarning/ Panca Rasa in Jatiluhur Village. This study used quantitative methods, the preparation using descriptive analysis is a method that aims to get a picture and description of certain symptoms and explain the relationship between variables based on facts by way of collecting and analyzing data in the form of numbers. Calculation of production cost using full costing method that is by summing all element of raw material cost, direct labor and factory overhead cost. While setting the selling price using the concept of total cost. From the analysis result, it is known that the sales of 2016 quarter I amounted to Rp 31,900,000, the second quarter amounted to Rp 84,100,000 or increased 163.64%, the third quarter decreased by 58.62% or became Rp 34.8 million, and the fourth quarter again increased by Rp 92.800.000 or 166.67%. Meanwhile, the production cost for the first quarter amounted to Rp 24,047,500, the second quarter amounted to Rp 56,167,300 (increased 133.57%), the third quarter was Rp 25,887,600 (decreased 53.91%), and the fourth quarter was Rp 61,606,600 ( 135.87% increase). For operational costs in the first quarter I-IV stable that is Rp 3.600.000. From the unstable total production cost, the net income for the first quarter amounted to Rp 4,252,500, the second quarter amounted to Rp 24,332,700 (472.20% increase), the third quarter was Rp 5,312,400 (decreased 78.17%), and the fourth quarter amounted to Rp 27,593,400 (an increase of 419.41%).

This research is knowing effect on employee productivity monitoring the production of PT Sunson Textile Manufacturer, Supervision as an independent variable  (x) and labor productivity as the dependent variable (y), and this study takes the number of respondents  as many as 48 people. Data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested  through statistical  analysis such as a simple regression nalysis,  t-test and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSP version 17. Result show than the results  of  t-test of hypothesis testing.  (5,757 ) (2,013 ). This ni indicates that moitoring signifikan effect on the level of employee productivity. The amount of supervision on employee productivity in the production of PT Sunson textile manufacturer PT sunson Textile manufacturer Thorn is at 41,9 %.

Archives are documents (original text) that are made and received by States Institution and Government/Private/Individual Departrment in various forms, both single and collective for government activity and nation life. The purpose of the researh is to know how the effect of management of the archives of work efficiency in Sub-section of staffing RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen. The problems which are studied including: (1) how the management of archives in Sub-section of staffing RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen, (2) the effect of management archives of work efficiency in Sub-section of staffing RSUDDr. Soedirman Kebumen. This research was conducted at the RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen located in the Lingkar Selatan Muktisari street Kebumen by taking the subject of research, officials or employees in the sub-section of staffing. This type of research is descriptive method and regression and correlation method. While data collection method used is monitoring (observation), interviews,  and questionnaires. From the results of this research, it is known that there is strong positive relationship between the management of the archive of work efficiency in sub-section of staffing  RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen . It is evident from the pearson correlation test results earned value 0,910 and calculation of questionnaires that States 82,8% work efficiency in sub-section of staffing RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen influence by management of archive while 17,2 % influence by another factor. The problem of management of the archive is limitedness of officer to handle the archive. Thus, the need for special officer in managing the archive.

The production of Milk Fish Gita Pindang have not yet a recording of budgeting system data.To recognite the feasibility of investment and in this research was focused to calculation of NPV, IRR and Payback Period.Data collection methods used interview method, observation and documentation. The arranging used was descriptive quantitative methods and based on the carculation of NPV, IRR, and Payback Period.          The result of analysis calculation, NPV, IRR and Payback Period on Milk Fish Production Gita Pindang, obtained result for NPV equal to Rp -3.981.277,00. So for H1 which state if the calculation of NPV is greater than zero or NPV in economic age yields positive value, otherwise H1 is rejected because of negative NPV result. For the carculation of IRR is obtained at 5%, so for H2 which state if the carculation of IRR produces a large discount rate, otherwise H2 is rejected because the result of carculation IRR small than the expected profit. Payback period calculation result, obtained for 4 years 3 months 12 days, then for H3 accepted because the payback period result faster than the economic age.
