The results of the investigation of nanostructures based on a high-temperature superconductor under nanosecond pulsed influences are presented. It was found that at 20% nanopowder content, the critical temperature Tcof superconducting transition is increased. It is shown that, in contrast to stationary experiments, nanosecond studies can reveal the features of the response of multicomponent systems.

The Function Approximation of the Signal Delay Time in the Anti-Alias Filter of the A/D Interface of the Instrumentation and Control System 仪表与控制系统A/D接口抗混叠滤波器中信号延迟时间的函数逼近

Analytical expressions for the delay times of three types of the low-pass filters (Bessel, Butterworth, Chebyshev filters) as the functions of the filter order are obtained. These filters are a part of the input circuits of the analog-to-digital interface of the instrumentation and control systems (ICSs) and serve to reduce the value of the aliasing error (the anti-alias filters). The signal delay in the filters causes significant dynamic errors in the instrumentation and control systems that reduce the tolerance frequency of the sensor signal sampling. Using the Filter Solution application programs and the NI LabVIEW software environment the analytical expressions for the delay times of three types of filters at linear and polynomial approximation were obtained. The analysis of the obtained results enabled us to turn attention to the significant value of the dynamic errors due to the signal delay of the sensor in the anti-alias filter that makes their use in some instrumentation systems problematic.

Features of Space Charge Relaxation in a Polyimide Printed Circuit Board 聚酰亚胺印刷电路板的空间电荷弛豫特性

Polyimide films are widely used as substrates for printed circuit boards. The process of space charge accumulating in dielectric substrates is not highly desirable, since space charge distorted the parameters of the electrical circuits. This work is devoted to the study of the accumulation and relaxation of charge in films of thermoplastic polyimide R-BAPB with different degrees of crystallinity, in order to reduce the accumulated charge and the time of its relaxation. Relaxation mechanisms are analyzed and methods for reducing the relaxation time of the space charge are determined.

Closed-form Design of Optimal DC-pass FIR Filters 最佳直流通FIR滤波器的闭式设计

A robust closed-form design of optimal DC-pass FIR filters is introduced. These filters are optimal in the Chebyshev sense possessing equiripple magnitude frequency response and linear phase. An exact degree formula is presented. The closed-form design outperforms the standard numerical design also in terms of robustness. Two examples are included.

Bioimpedance Spectroscopy for Characterization of Healthy and Cancerous Tissues 生物阻抗光谱用于健康和癌变组织的表征

Bioimpedance spectroscopy is a technique that can potentially be used to differentiate healthy from sick tissues based on the variation of electrical properties of biological material when submitted to frequency variable electric fields. In this paper, the technique was applied to measure the impedance of five different tissues of a healthy mice and two cancerous infected with the tumor lines UT-SCC-5 (tongue squamous cell carcinoma) and UM-SCC-10A (laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma). Results show that the different tissue types show a significant variation in their impedance values. More interestingly is that the two cancerous tumors have the highest conductivity values, or equivalently the lowest impedance values.

Recovery of Rate Constants from Rank Deficient Kinetic Data: Comparison of MCR Approaches 从缺秩动力学数据中恢复速率常数:MCR方法的比较

Measurement of rate constants of various processes is crucial both for research and for industrial design. It is typically done by fitting kinetic models to experimental data, which are mostly multivariate nowadays. These data often bear ill properties like noise and/or rank deficiency, which may ruin the relevance of the obtained results. In the present work we tested the ability of three well defined multivariate curve resolution approaches (model-free MCR-ALS, model-based MCR-ALS and full-matrix non-linear least square fit) to recover rate constants from simple simulated kinetic data when the spectra of components are almost linearly dependent. Model-free estimation of concentrations produced incorrect estimates. Model-based analysis was possible, but the quality of estimates of rate constants and convergence were strongly degraded by rank deficiency. Full-matrix non-linear least square fit displayed the best results both with respect to accuracy of the estimates and calculation performance. It proved its known value of the method of choice. The quality of the estimates depended strongly on the ratio between the rate constants: cases with highly similar and highly dissimilar rate constants were more problematic. The reasons of poor convergence of ALS algorithms and sources of bias in the estimates of rate constants are discussed.

Detailed Analysis of Raman Spectra for Express Assessment of the Hydroxyapatite Quality 羟基磷灰石质量快速评价的拉曼光谱详细分析

Results of extended spectral analysis of samples of hydroxyapatite powders using Raman spectroscopy were presented. Spectral features for samples prepared at different exposures of demineralization and heat treatment are established. Mathematical methods for improving the resolution of spectral contours and PCA analysis for estimating the organomineral composition of the samples were used. It is shown that the introduced criteria are representative and can be used in the express assessment of the quality of hydroxyapatite.
