This paper considers a method for determining the orientation of the optical axis of a uniaxial crystal by the value of the reflection coefficients difference of the orthogonally linearly polarized light waves. On the example of optical calcite, the applicability of the method for determining the orientation of the optical axis is shown. The results of the determination the orientation of the optical axis of crystal NBT in the proposed reflective method are described

Influence of a Bulk Waveguide on the Propagation of Two-Component Vortices 体波导对双分量涡流传播的影响

Studying the propagation of $3mathbf{D}+1$ pulses with dislocations in a quadratically nonlinear bulk waveguide we demonstrate that the waveguide geometry can make it possible to observe stable vortex light bullets for the extended range of parameters, in particualar, at normal dispersion. The reduction of waveguide geometry strength leads to the stretching of pulses either in spatial or temporal directions.

Investigation of the Phase Composition and Morphology of Silicon Structures by Using the Raman Spectroscopy to Determine the Parameter of Crystallinity 用拉曼光谱测定结晶度参数研究硅结构的相组成和形貌

This work aims to investigate the dependence of the phase composition of thin films of microcrystalline silicon deposition on process parameters. The thin films of microcrystalline silicon were obtained by plasma-chemical deposition method (PECVD). Phase composition and correlation between degree of crystallinity and structure of the obtained layers were analyzed by Raman Spectroscopy. The results show that the control of several technical parameters, e.g. pressure, discharge power and monosilane flow, allows to reach the crystallinity parameter in the range 50–70%. Based on the conducted experiments, the recommendations for the control of the crystallinity parameter, which are planned to be implemented when working with silicon-based porous structures, were proposed.

Synthesis of Signals with a Low-Level of Out-of-Band Emission and Peak-to-Average Power Ratio 低电平带外发射和峰均功率比信号的合成

In this paper new pulse shapes of multicomponent signals are presented to improve spectral efficiency. We propose a solution to an optimization problem for obtaining optimal pulse shapes. The optimization problem is expressed by the restriction of out-of-band emission and the restriction of the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) magnitude. It was shown that using multicomponent signals with optimal pulse shapes allows to improve spectral efficiency.

Optical Method for Evaluation of Articular Surface After Chondroplasty in Rabbits 兔软骨成形术后关节面评价的光学方法

The paper presents the results of studies of samples of the articular surface of rabbits using the method of Raman spectroscopy. It was found that the values of the optical coefficients are characterized by changes in the intensity of the peaks at the wave numbers 956 cm−1 (PO43− (Symmetrical valence oscillations of phosphate)) and 1069 cm−1 (CO32− (C-o planar valence)) and relatively constant values of the coefficients at the wave numbers 1250 cm−1 (Amide III) and 1660 cm−1 (Amide I).

A design approach of a flash analog-to-digital converter with a high effective number of bits has been proposed. As an example the 8-bit flash ADC in 90 nm CMOS has been implemented. Simulation results confirm efficiency of the proposed approach. Effective resolution 6.8 bit has been achieved.

Methods and Algorithms for Numerical Calculations in Dynamic Light Scattering Problems 动态光散射问题的数值计算方法与算法

The paper is concerned with the problem of the ill-conditioned task in dynamic light scattering. We briefly review general inverse methods for particle sizing via dynamic light scattering and select the most promising ones. We suggest algorithms for numerical calculations based on variation methods and demonstrate the possibilities of Tikhonov regularization algorithm by using model experiments. The accuracy of the algorithm proves to be in good agreement with the demands of biomedical experiments.

Design and Analysis of Algorithm for Smooth Stiching of Electronic Navigation Charts 电子海图平滑拼接算法的设计与分析

The article is devoted to a method of geographic maps stitching. Geographic maps are stitched as surfaces are merged. Surfaces are obtained after triangulation of geographic maps. Transition between surfaces must be continuous. This article describes a solving of the problem as an algorithm of adding points to boundaries of maps. Each that point of some map is added with corresponding point that has same coordinates and belongs to anther adjacent map. These points help to get continuous surface after maps triangulation. The algorithm is based on graph construction, which is obtained by map boundaries and intersection polygons between maps. Also in the paper a comparison is made between the algorithm and algorithm that includes checking each points if it belongs to some map polygons. Comparison shows first algorithm has more performance then second algorithm if a total number of points in maps boundaries much more than total number of new points.

Radio-absorbers Based on MnZn-ferrite and Polyaniline 基于锰锌铁氧体和聚苯胺的射频吸收剂

Single-layer radio-absorbers (RAs) with various matching frequency and operating frequency band have been developed on the base of hybrid composites combining the magnetic phase as MnZn-ferrite (MnZn) and polyaniline (PANI) in conducting and non-conductive form, as well as PANI-Ag. It is established that the parameters of RAs can be adjusted by the properties of PANI: morphology, conductivity, interfacial surface energy.

The paper presents preliminary results of studies of the temporal dependence of refractive index, current-voltage characteristics, the dependence of resistance on voltage, and dynamics of resistance variations in time for biomolecular films during dehydration. The experimental results demonstrated the efficiency of the use of refractometry in the regime of total internal reflection for determining optical and physical properties of self-assembled molecular films in biomolecular electronics.
