Studies on the circuit models of piezoelectric ceramics 压电陶瓷电路模型的研究

This paper is aimed to explore the equivalent circuit models of piezoelectric ceramics with the consideration of energy dissipation. Based on the electrical impedance, the equivalent circuit models of piezoelectric ceramics are investigated under unloaded and loaded conditions. The characteristics and physical meanings of the circuit models are discussed by considering the frequency range of interest. The circuit models and discussions in this paper can provide a good understanding on the electrical behaviors of the piezoelectric ceramics when designing and analyzing the piezo-based systems.

An orientation tracking algorithm valid in a hemisphere space based on the gravity field and the earth magnetic field 一种基于重力场和地球磁场的半球空间方向跟踪算法

A novel orientation tracking algorithm is introduced. The algorithm can provide 3DOF orientation information of an object in a hemisphere space. It is based on two-dimensional information about the gravity field and the earth magnetic field. Comparing with the traditional algorithm, it reduced the needed information from three dimensions to two dimensions in operation. It is faster and simpler. The algorithm is validated with a system. The results indicate the algorithm can track the orientation of the object well.

A novel type of micropump for biomedical application 一种新型生物医学微泵

In the medical field and in biotechnology, a new type of micropump that can supply micro liquid flow has urgently been demanded. It is our purpose to develop a type of micropump that has the characteristics of flexibility, driven by a low voltage, good response and safety in body. In this paper, we propose a new prototype model of a micropump using SMA (shape memory alloy) coil actuator as the servo actuator. This paper describes the new structure and the motion mechanism of a micropump using SMA actuator and discusses the possibility of the micropump. This micropump consists of two diffusers (inlet) as one-way valve, a pump chamber made of elastic tube, and a casing. The overall size of this micropump prototype is 16mm in diameter and 74mm in length. Characteristic of the micropump is measured. The experimental results indicate that the micropump has the satisfactory responses, and the proposed micropump is able to make a micro flow and is suitable for the use in medical applications and in biotechnology.

The design of the semi-automated biochemistry analyzer 半自动生化分析仪的设计

The biochemistry analyzer has been widely used to quantitative measuring and analyzing various biologic and chemical elements of human body fluid in clinic. In this paper, a kind of semiautomated biochemistry analyzer based on C8051Fxxx single chip microcomputer is presented. The analyzer employed the photoelectric measurement method and the end-point analyzing method as well as dynamic analyzing method and so on. The measured items are above 40 and more than 1000 results can be stored. Moreover, the analyzer can communicate with the personal computer by RS-232 interface. Compared with the same type other product, this analyzer has the advantages of small volume, high ratio of performance to price and easy operation.

Separation imaging of DNA fragments in poly (dimethylsiloxane) microchip DNA片段在聚二甲基硅氧烷芯片上的分离成像

Poly (dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) had been extensively used as excellent microchip material due to its particular advantages. In this paper, Laser-induced fluorescence detection system for visualizing microchip electrophoresis had been constructed and a series of electrophoresis operation of DNA fragments labeled by SYBR Green I were imaged by charge coupled device (CCD) camera. We investigated the influence of the sieving matrix concentration and the electric field strength on the formation of sample injection plug. PCR markers were well separated in PDMS microchip.

A generalized predictive controller to a thermal process for batch dyeing process 批量染色热过程的广义预测控制器

A generalized predictive control (GPC) is introduced, which is applied to the temperature control of a batch-dyeing machine. GPC has good robust and performance in control domain compared to tradition PID, but it is more complex than PID, which means that it is uneasy to implement and tune the GPC in some controllers having only limited mathematic computation ability. But for the fact that a wide class of industrial processes including dyeing process can be modelled approximately with few parameters, the GPC control law can be directly related to the process parameters with some simple polynomials functions. With this method, GPC can be implemented and tuned in a straightforward manner as simple as the PID and thus more industrial practices including dyeing process would enjoy the good performance of GPC.

A wavelet-based adaptive MSPCA for process signal monitoring & diagnosis 基于小波的自适应MSPCA过程信号监测与诊断

A novelty method of wavelet-based adaptive multiscale principal component analysis (MSPCA) is proposed for process signal acquisition and diagnosis. The wavelet transform is used to decompose the process signals and at the same time analyze the different scales signals based on multiresolution signal analysis, and then the signals are reconstructed in order to denoise and get rid of disturbances. The adaptive PCA algorithm is adopted to monitor and diagnose abnormal situations on the basis of the multiscale wavelet coefficients, analyze the slow and feeble changes of fault signals that can't be acquisition and monitored by conventional PCA. Furthermore, the theoretic framework and practical process of wavelet-based adaptive MSPCA algorithm about online process signals monitoring and diagnosis are also proposed. Experimental simulations and practical application results verify the validity and dependability of the proposed method.

The design of a novel detecting device of consistence of emulsification liquid 一种新型乳化液浓度检测装置的设计

This paper puts forward a new method of detecting consistence of emulsification liquid. This method is based on the mechanism of Verturi meters. The consistence could be deduced from Bernoulli Equation of the liquid. The consistence of emulsification liquid can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of input water and the level of the oil. Based on this method, the hardware and software of the device is presented in this paper. The structure of the device is simple and the device is suitable for using in underground coal mine.

Vibration detection & diagnosis for high-pressure fuel pipe of diesel engineer 柴油机高压燃油管振动检测与诊断

Some information, which is not the same as the traditional cause of vibration of diesel engine's high-pressure fuel pipe is given by the use of modern detection technology. From the information & theory analysis, the real cause of vibration of high-pressure fuel pipe is found. The cause is elastic deformation of the pipe. High-pressure of fuel in the course of fuel injection makes the pipe's cross section get elastic deformation and then the curvature of pipe get elastic deformation. That is to say, the real cause is Bourdon Effect of pipe. In the view of energy, the relations of the energy between pressure energy of fuel, strain energy & elastic energy of pipe are described. So the vibration of the high-pressure pipe is caused mainly by the Bourdon Effect, and is one of the main causes of fuel injection system fault.

High-pressure of fuel in the course of fuel injection makes the pipe's cross section get elastic deformation and then the curvature of pipe get elastic deformation. That is to say, the real cause is Bourdon Effect of pipe. In the view of energy, the relations of the energy between pressure energy of fuel, strain energy & elastic energy of pipe are described. Study on flocculation and algae removal of cooling water for power plant and realization of monitor system 电厂冷却水絮凝除藻研究及监测系统的实现

Flocculating river water and adding CLO/sub 2/ into the inlet and outlet of the cooling water system can effectively raise water quality, lower turbidity, eliminate alga microorganisms in the cooling water and reach the standard of the cooling water for power plants. In the paper, the effects of flocculation and algae removal in the cooling water treatment are studied. In order to get to the optimum treatment effect, the paper puts forward a computer Web monitoring system based on PLC and discusses the system organization, the software and hardware structure and the Web communication model. The realization of the computer monitoring system increases the efficiency and effect of the cooling water treatment.
对河水进行絮凝处理,并在冷却水系统进出口加入CLO/sub 2/,可有效提高水质,降低浊度,消除冷却水中的藻类微生物,达到电厂冷却水标准。本文研究了絮凝和除藻在冷却水处理中的效果。为了达到最佳的处理效果,本文提出了一种基于PLC的计算机Web监控系统,并对系统的组织结构、软硬件结构和Web通信模式进行了讨论。计算机监控系统的实现,提高了冷却水处理的效率和效果。
