Studies on the circuit models of piezoelectric ceramics 压电陶瓷电路模型的研究

This paper is aimed to explore the equivalent circuit models of piezoelectric ceramics with the consideration of energy dissipation. Based on the electrical impedance, the equivalent circuit models of piezoelectric ceramics are investigated under unloaded and loaded conditions. The characteristics and physical meanings of the circuit models are discussed by considering the frequency range of interest. The circuit models and discussions in this paper can provide a good understanding on the electrical behaviors of the piezoelectric ceramics when designing and analyzing the piezo-based systems.

An orientation tracking algorithm valid in a hemisphere space based on the gravity field and the earth magnetic field 一种基于重力场和地球磁场的半球空间方向跟踪算法

A novel orientation tracking algorithm is introduced. The algorithm can provide 3DOF orientation information of an object in a hemisphere space. It is based on two-dimensional information about the gravity field and the earth magnetic field. Comparing with the traditional algorithm, it reduced the needed information from three dimensions to two dimensions in operation. It is faster and simpler. The algorithm is validated with a system. The results indicate the algorithm can track the orientation of the object well.

A novel type of micropump for biomedical application 一种新型生物医学微泵

In the medical field and in biotechnology, a new type of micropump that can supply micro liquid flow has urgently been demanded. It is our purpose to develop a type of micropump that has the characteristics of flexibility, driven by a low voltage, good response and safety in body. In this paper, we propose a new prototype model of a micropump using SMA (shape memory alloy) coil actuator as the servo actuator. This paper describes the new structure and the motion mechanism of a micropump using SMA actuator and discusses the possibility of the micropump. This micropump consists of two diffusers (inlet) as one-way valve, a pump chamber made of elastic tube, and a casing. The overall size of this micropump prototype is 16mm in diameter and 74mm in length. Characteristic of the micropump is measured. The experimental results indicate that the micropump has the satisfactory responses, and the proposed micropump is able to make a micro flow and is suitable for the use in medical applications and in biotechnology.

Intelligent modeling of contact stiffness of machine joint interfaces 机械关节界面接触刚度的智能建模

In this paper, firstly the influencing factors of contact stiffness of machine joint interfaces and their description method are introduced and discussed. Then a weight smoothing BP algorithm is introduced briefly. It has better generalization performance. Basing on this algorithm, the intelligent modeling method of contact stiffness of machine joint interfaces under multijoint conditions is proposed for the first time. This method is proved feasible by the given modeling example.
本文首先介绍和讨论了机械连接界面接触刚度的影响因素及其描述方法。然后简要介绍了一种加权平滑BP算法。具有较好的泛化性能。在此基础上,首次提出了多关节条件下机械关节界面接触刚度的智能建模方法。通过实例验证了该方法的可行性。

The design of the semi-automated biochemistry analyzer 半自动生化分析仪的设计

The biochemistry analyzer has been widely used to quantitative measuring and analyzing various biologic and chemical elements of human body fluid in clinic. In this paper, a kind of semiautomated biochemistry analyzer based on C8051Fxxx single chip microcomputer is presented. The analyzer employed the photoelectric measurement method and the end-point analyzing method as well as dynamic analyzing method and so on. The measured items are above 40 and more than 1000 results can be stored. Moreover, the analyzer can communicate with the personal computer by RS-232 interface. Compared with the same type other product, this analyzer has the advantages of small volume, high ratio of performance to price and easy operation.

Measurement of resonant microbeam pressure sensors 谐振微束压力传感器的测量

Operation and measurement of an electro-thermally excited resonant pressure sensor are described. An open-loop measuring system with lock-in amplification technology is established to assess the characteristics of the beam resonator and in order to solve the problem of detecting dynamic relationships between various sensors' output frequency and their applied conditions, a close-loop data-acquisition system is developed and the gage factor, temperature sensitivity and frequency stability are measured with the system.

A building of the genetic-neural network for sinter's burning through point 烧结矿熔点遗传神经网络的建立

This paper presents the genetic-neural network for sinter's burning through point since BTP control is the most important, which is tightly coupled with sinter ore quality. In offline, advanced genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the original connection weights and thresholds, and during online, hybrid neural network (HNN) inherited from the principle of backpropagation is used to train the map parameters and improve the system precision in each sampling period. The results obtained from the actual process demonstrate that the performance and capability of the proposed system are superior.

Flocculating river water and adding CLO/sub 2/ into the inlet and outlet of the cooling water system can effectively raise water quality, lower turbidity, eliminate alga microorganisms in the cooling water and reach the standard of the cooling water for power plants. In the paper, the effects of flocculation and algae removal in the cooling water treatment are studied. In order to get to the optimum treatment effect, the paper puts forward a computer Web monitoring system based on PLC and discusses the system organization, the software and hardware structure and the Web communication model. The realization of the computer monitoring system increases the efficiency and effect of the cooling water treatment.

We analyze the transmitting process of ultrasonic in two types of medium that are made of different material in detailed, present several general methods for echo analysis. Aiming at the particularity of the ultrasonic echo in the sheet metal (thickness is from 1 mm to 10 mm) we propose concrete design scheme and method for quantitative measurement.

Fuzzy neural network control of truck backer-upper using hybrid genetic algorithms 基于混合遗传算法的货车后挡板模糊神经网络控制

In this paper, a kind of fuzzy neural network based on hybrid genetic algorithms is proposed. Hybrid genetic algorithm is presented to train the fuzzy neural network. The hybrid genetic algorithm improved normal genetic algorithm. The BP algorithm is added to genetic algorithm. In particularly, the global convergent characteristic of the genetic algorithm is used to find the possible universal optimum, and the great feature of the BP algorithm, that is, error descend in the direction of grads, is used to fast search about the optimum. Thus, the fast learning capability and an accurate approximation ability are obtained. The fuzzy neural network is used to the control problem of truck backer-upper. The simulation results show that it achieves better control effect.

Hybrid genetic algorithm is presented to train the fuzzy neural network. The hybrid genetic algorithm improved normal genetic algorithm. The BP algorithm is added to genetic algorithm. In particularly, the global convergent characteristic of the genetic algorithm is used to find the possible universal optimum, and the great feature of the BP algorithm, that is, error descend in the direction of grads, is used to fast search about the optimum. Thus, the fast learning capability and an accurate approximation ability are obtained. The fuzzy neural network is used to the control problem of truck backer-upper.
