In the big data environment, data stream processing requires high real-time performance, and data calculation requires persistence and high reliability. Distributed Data Stream Processing System (DDSPS) can solve the problem of data stream processing in the big data environment. In addition to the advantages of scalability and fault tolerance of distributed systems, it also has high real-time processing capabilities. This article introduces three open source distributed streaming data processing systems, and compares and analyzes these three streaming frameworks. The research content can provide technical reference for the theoretical research and application technology development of data stream processing in the big data environment.

Aiming at the research progress of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) in edible oil adulteration detection in infrared spectroscopy, this paper uses FTIR combined with Backpropagation Neural Network (BPNN) to establish a tea oil blending Classification model for false detection. After performing convolution smoothing (Savitzky-Golay, SG) pretreatment on tea oil and adulterated oil mixed with soybean oil and corn oil in the spectral range of 4000-400cm-l, that is, the infrared spectra of 105 samples Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and random forest (RF) feature extraction were performed on the spectrum, and two camellia oil adulteration detection models, SG-PCA-BPNN and SG-RF-BPNN, were established. Comparing the classification accuracy of the two models in the test set samples, the analysis shows that the SG-RF-BPNN tea oil adulteration detection model achieves the best accuracy of 0.93, which meets the detection classification requirements and is a fast and easy detection of adulterated tea for the market oil provides a technical reference.

In terms of nature, the internal combustion engine is a kind of power machinery. Through the analysis of the maintenance operation flow of diesel locomotives and combined with the control principle of diesel locomotives, the key cost waste points in the experimental process of diesel locomotives are determined and optimize the experimental process and reduce the cost waste in the maintenance process. Based on the cam-roller mechanism of an internal combustion engine, the corresponding numerical model of elastohydrodynamic lubrication of the contact pair is established, and the complete lubrication state of the motion pair in the cam rotation cycle is obtained. The effects of roller crown, lubricating oil viscosity and skidding between cam and roller are analyzed. The results show that the lubrication state of the cam-roller contact pair can be divided into the fluctuation period and the stationary period, which corresponds to the changing law of the cam lift. The slipping phenomenon between cam and roller will reduce the film thickness in the contact zone, especially on the temperature rise and friction coefficient of lubricating oil.

Virtual reality technology based on edge computing is bound to become a key element to promote its development. The virtual environment established by virtual reality technology deeply interacts with the perception of the dissemination audience, and its barrier-type audio and video content brings a new immersive experience to the dissemination audience. Through the mutual penetration and integration of virtual and reality, the future news dissemination industry will be more closely linked with information technology. To address the problem of how to identify musician changemakers, this paper proposes a comprehensive determination model based on musician influence and inverse influence depth. Among them, for musician influence, we introduce six sets of data describing music influence in different dimensions after establishing the influence network among musicians, using the Combination Weighting Algorithm to calculate music influence. For the inverse influence depth of musicians, we use the correlation between different musicians’ works and introduce the Mutation-Depth Discriminating Algorithm to jointly score with musicians’ influence. Finally, we get the musician changemakers and use them for practical testing.
