Application of Patent Right and Trademark Right in Packaging Design 专利权与商标权在包装设计中的应用

The 3rd issue of Qiushi Journal, published on February 1, 2021, published an important article by Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, entitled "Comprehensively Strengthening the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Stimulating the Vitality of Innovation to Foster a New Development Paradigm", Innovation is the primary driving force behind development, and protecting IPR is equal to protecting innovation, Xi stresses in the article. China is changing from Chinese products to Chinese brands. The article highlights the need to comprehensively strengthen IPR protection from the perspective of national strategy, so as to promote the building of a modernized economy, stimulate the innovation vitality of the whole society, and foster a new development paradigm.From the perspective of intellectual property protection and promotion of innovation, this paper combines many cases of packaging design to illustrate the different forms of innovation in packaging design practice by different categories of intellectual property rights, and the irreplaceable and important role played by intellectual property protection in the subsequent market operation of products. It emphasizes the importance and urgency of creative industries to improve the cognitive level of intellectual property rights and the ability to create, apply and protect intellectual property rights.

Application of Artificial Intelligence in Art Design 人工智能在艺术设计中的应用

With the development of digital and artificial intelligence, how to design comfortable design for users is a difficult problem in the field of design. The outstanding application of artificial intelligence in industry, medical treatment, environment and other fields makes the development of art design also face great opportunities. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the basic concepts of artificial intelligence and art design, and explains the development mode of both. In addition, this paper analyzes the influence and future development trend of artificial intelligence on art design, and provides ideas for further solving the application of artificial intelligence in art design.

Automatic approval method for financial reimbursement of electric power enterprises based on RPA robot 基于RPA机器人的电力企业财务报销自动审批方法

In order to effectively solve the problems of large audit errors and low operation efficiency in current enterprise financial reimbursement audit methods, based on RPA robot, the automatic financial reimbursement audit method is optimized. Combined with numerical probability algorithm, a large number of financial reimbursement data are reasonably classified, and the classified data is transmitted to the financial project configuration module for approval. This paper optimizes the safety evaluation process of financial audit, checks the accuracy of audit processing structure, and achieves the design goal of optimizing the operation effect and accuracy of financial automatic reimbursement audit. The experimental results show that the error rate of financial audit based on RPA robot is significantly lower than that of the traditional method, and the operation efficiency of the method is significantly higher than that of the traditional method.
为了有效解决当前企业财务报销审计方法中审计误差大、操作效率低的问题,基于RPA机器人对财务报销自动审计方法进行了优化。结合数值概率算法,对大量财务报销数据进行合理分类,并将分类后的数据传送给财务项目配置模块审批。优化财务审计安全评价流程,检查审计处理结构的准确性,达到优化财务自动报销审计运行效果和准确性的设计目标。实验结果表明,基于RPA机器人的财务审计错误率明显低于传统方法,该方法的运行效率明显高于传统方法。

Text Classification Based on Naive Bayes with Adjusted Weights via Frequency Ratio of Feature Words 基于特征词频率比调整权值的朴素贝叶斯文本分类

Text Classification has become a study hot spot because of its wide application in daily life. Many methods are proposed for this task, such as those based on various neural network models. However, the structure of neural network model is complex, so it is very troublesome to modify it. For text classification, there is one of the simplest and most classic methods, which is Naive Bayes. The purpose of this study is to adjust the weight of feature words to improve the effect of Naive Bayes, according to the different frequency ratio of feature words in the target category and other categories. Experimental results show that the performance of the modified Naive Bayes method is generally better than that of the original Naive Bayes method. Specifically, the performance of the two methods is similar without considering smoothing. In the case of considering smoothing, the new method is better than the old one.

Now, more and more products are developing towards intelligence or using some intelligent control modules and programming language to carry out simple self-control, which provide us with a more convenient and intelligent life, also indicates that people begin to pursue a more comfortable life. Electric light can be said to be the first household electric appliance invented by human beings. With the development of modern lighting technology and integrated circuit, various lighting lamps and lanterns have appeared, which have been partially intelligent and put into the market. Intelligent lighting is an important part of smart home. With the increasing popularity of iPad, Android mobile phone and tablet, intelligent lighting is getting closer and closer to the home of ordinary consumers. Products from intelligent light bulb to intelligent lamp holder and intelligent control box have been listed, including Philips. The appearance of the hue bulb, for the first time opened the magic veil of ordinary home intelligent lighting scene change. It also opened a new chapter of low energy consumption, environmental protection, dimming, color matching intelligent home lighting. Therefore, the author wants to design a new kind of intelligent home lighting, which is different from the existing intelligent lighting in the market, and it is more humanized. Or it can be called a kind of healthy lighting [1]. It is possible that it can be one of the direction for the development of intelligence in the future.

Innovation and Development Analysis of Visual Communication Design Based on Digital Media Art Context 基于数字媒体艺术语境的视觉传达设计创新与发展分析

With the rapid development of science and technology in China, artificial intelligence technology and information technology have been widely used in all walks of life, which greatly improves the speed of information transmission, enriches the media for people to express their emotions, and gives birth to digital media art. At the same time, the development of digital media art has greatly promoted artistic creation, and has also made great changes to visual communication design, which requires relevant designers to innovate and develop visual communication design reasonably in the context of digital media art, so as to improve its design effect. This paper analyzes the innovation and development of visual communication design in the context of digital media art, introduces the background and current situation of the development of digital media art in China, discusses the characteristics of visual communication design in the digital media era, and puts forward specific innovative countermeasures and development strategies, hoping to provide some reference for relevant staff.

ASIDL : A method for publishing missing data based on decomposition and slicing ASIDL:一种基于分解和切片的缺失数据发布方法

In data release, data mining and analysis technologies can fully tap the value of data and promote the development of related industries. However, maliciously mining data seriously threatens users’ private information. Therefore, the privacy protection data release technology that realizes data security and effectiveness has developed rapidly, and corresponding research results have been obtained. However, the current research directions are mostly related to the general protection needs, and the data release area for special protection needs still needs attention. Aiming at the problem of reconstruction errors that are almost unavoidable in the reconstruction method of missing data, this paper proposes the ASIDL method based on decomposition and slicing. The TBBL (Tuple Bucket Build based on 1-diversity) algorithm clusters the QI attributes and randomly extracts the top 1 Tuples with different sensitive values form buckets, and more tuples formed by permutation and combination are used to protect their identity. At the same time, the TBSL (Tuple Bucket Split based on 1-diversity) algorithm is used to split the existing tuple buckets under the premise of satisfying 1-diversity, so as to achieve smaller buckets and ensure information validity. This paper compares with existing algorithms, and the results show that the method proposed in this paper has lower information loss and higher efficiency.

The combination of intelligent optimization algorithm and neural network is an efficient method for network security situation prediction, but the simple combination method can not dynamically adjust the parameters according to the existing state, which reduces the prediction accuracy. In order to get the prediction results more accurately and quickly, combined with the randomness and stability of cloud model, the global search ability and implicit parallelism of genetic algorithm and the fast learning ability of extreme learning machine, an adaptive Cloud Improved Genetic Algorithm Optimization Extreme Learning Machine (CGA-ELM) prediction model is proposed. Firstly, the crossover rate and mutation rate of genetic algorithm are improved by using the normal distribution characteristics of normal cloud. Secondly, the initial weight and deviation of extreme learning machine are optimized by the improved genetic algorithm. The simulation results show that, compared with the traditional GA-ELM, the prediction accuracy of CGA-ELM is improved by 4.9%, and the convergence speed is accelerated by 64.28%. CGA-ELM has better prediction effect and robustness. (Abstract)
