The rational allocation of educational resources is an essential link in education security. Based on the data of 2013-2014 academic year of China Education tracking survey, this paper uses the data envelopment analysis method to analyze the input-output efficiency of 70 schools in the sample from the perspective of input. The results show that the average value of input-output comprehensive efficiency of the sample is only 0.5825; The average value of input-output pure efficiency is only 0.6871; The average scale efficiency is 0.8370. The inefficiency of educational resource management plays a leading role, which indicates that the allocation of educational resources in the sample is unreasonable or wasteful. In order to avoid the shortage of education resources, this paper gives some suggestions from the aspects of controlling enrollment, unifying standards, training and allocating teachers, so as to achieve the goal of ensuring the balanced allocation of compulsory education resources.

In order to examine the characteristics of outdoor professional personnel training in European and American countries and provide reference for outdoor professional personnel training in China. In this study, the literature method and logical analysis were used to analyze the training programs and practices of outdoor professional talents in 17 universities in 6 countries, including the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom, and explore the characteristics of outdoor professional talents training in European and American countries. The results show that: 1) According to the characteristics and advantages of their own disciplines, each school will include outdoor sports, education, management, tourism and other professional categories; 2) Take social development as the center, pay attention to the cultivation of professional ability, professionalism, professional ethics and environmental literacy; 3) According to the professional quality of talents to develop a scientific curriculum system in line with outdoor characteristics and laws; 4) The establishment of a sound cooperative training mechanism between universities and social outdoor institutions, which provides conditions for improving students' outdoor leadership, environmental awareness and other aspects; 5) Promote students' professional ability and practical experience through various and multi-level vocational qualification training and certification. It has reference significance for optimizing the training system of outdoor professionals in China, improving the quality of training, meeting social needs, and promoting the development of the industry.

The cultivation of compound innovative talents is the basic demand of talent cultivation in universities. In order to understand the employment situation of female presidents in China’s key universities, this paper collected the employment data of 139 universities through various resources such as internet, and sorted out 8 samples of female presidents. Then by coding and analyzing the personal information of their resumes, it is pointed out that this group has many common characteristics in demography, academic background, social part-time job, post duties, etc. The results indicate that the female principals of key universities in China are mainly Communist Party members in their fifties, specialists with doctoral degrees in the science field, and who gain promotion within universities and have various academic part-time jobs.

The purpose is to study the influence of top management team characteristics (i.e., top management team size, education level and average tenure) on enterprise inefficient investment, and the joint effect of top management team characteristics and accounting information quality on inefficient investment. Based on the empirical analysis and test of non-financial listed companies in China from 2010 to 2019, it was concluded that the top management team size, education level and average tenure were all negatively correlated with inefficient investment. Moreover, the interaction between top management background characteristics and accounting information quality had a negative impact on inefficient investment. This work supplemented the influencing factors and ways of enterprise investment efficiency and offered a theoretical basis for Chinese enterprises to select and train senior managers and improve accounting information quality.

Due to the poor connection between the current skill competition and regional posts, the ability to adapt to the post is weak. In view of the disconnection between skill competition and talent training process, it brings disadvantages such as "competition for competition", "top student preparation competition", "assault preparation competition", etc. Accordingly, the comprehensive mechanism of "competitions and post combination" and "competitions and education integration" was explored, and the reform and practice were carried out in the training of mechatronics professionals. Firstly, the skills competition was integrated into regional posts to build school-based competitions, and then integrated into professional skills courses and practice through the "four-dimensional competitions and post combination" mechanism. Subsequently, the skill competition such as "modern electrical control system installation and commissioning" and other skills competition and enterprise practical ability were integrated into the mechatronics professionals curriculum system. The "competitions and education integration" mechanism of "teaching preparation competition", "all staff preparation competition" and "whole process preparation competition" was realized. Finally, the national and provincial competition standards were layered into the curriculum standards, loose-leaf textbooks, teaching process and assessment, thus realizing the class-based skills competition. Practice has proved that mechanical and electrical students' ability to adapt to surrounding large-scale enterprises has been significantly improved, and the breadth and depth of students' benefit from the skills competition has been effectively improved. Also, the students' knowledge system is more comprehensive and solid, and their skills are more practical and stable. Therefore, the quality of mechatronics professionals talent training has been practically improved.

With the rapid development of information technology, wireless mobile communication services have become increasingly fierce. This study uses telecommunications companies as a research case to explore the gaps between service quality and customer expectations. The research object is the current customers of the telecommunications company. This study uses questionnaires as a research tool to collect data, analysis and obtain the results. The measurement indicators of service quality in the questionnaire are based on the SERVQUAL scale in the PZB model. It is an evaluation system proposed in the service industry based on the theory of Total Quality Management (TQM). In this study, combined with the services characteristics of telecommunications companies, the SERVQUAL scale was used to design a questionnaire on the service quality of telecommunications companies. Through the collected questionnaire data, it is found that the company's service quality has the following problems, including less personalized service provision, higher error rate of staff service, poor business ability of staff, lack of professional knowledge of staff, and inability to handle customer complaints in a timely manner, etc. Finally, in response to the service quality problems found in this study, based on the 5gap model, suggestions for improvement and adjustment of service quality are proposed.

Psychological subhealth is a bad psychological status between mental health and psychological illness. Paying attention to the undergraduates’ psychological subhealth is an important direction to carry out mental health education. From the angle of ideological and political education, the paper makes a preliminary study on the sub-health psychology of college students, makes a thorough analysis of the origin of psychological problems, especially the influence of society on students' psychology, expounds on the significance of paying attention to sub-health psychology for mental health education, ideological and political education. The effective implementations of “Scientific Research Nurtures Teaching” to students can benefit the fostering of professional talents from universities. The metabolism of professional knowledge renewing determines that the key role of professional education and the formation of students practical ability in their university life, and also the abundant professional research topics can ensure fruitful teaching materials. With scientific researches on coaxial electrospraying as an example, this paper has explained how to efficaciously implement “Scientific Research Nurtures Teaching” to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Under the wise instructions of “three-all education” spirits, 1) all-process of coaxial electrospraying can be useful materials for nurturing teaching such as the raw materials and experimental conditions, implementation of the coaxial electrospraying processes, analyses of the resulted in nano products, and the writing of patents or research articles; 2) all-staff around the coaxial electrospraying can take an active part in the teaching, such as the supervisors, the instructor, the administrative staff, the academic visitor, and safety officers; 3) all-round education can be carried out for nurturing teaching and fostering the students’ abilities of practical ability, organization and management ability, crisis resolution ability, innovation ability, organization skills, the spirit of unity and cooperation besides professional ability.

The metabolism of professional knowledge renewing determines that the key role of professional education and the formation of students practical ability in their university life, and also the abundant professional research topics can ensure fruitful teaching materials. With scientific researches on coaxial electrospraying as an example, this paper has explained how to efficaciously implement “Scientific Research Nurtures Teaching” to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
