To improve the teaching effect of ideological and political courses, learning early warning and intervention is the key to it. On the basis of learning analysis, this paper puts forward the process and principle of constructing learner portrait, and design the “BILDES” six-side learner portrait model, which includes six dimensions: basic information, internal characteristics, learning style, learning behavior, emotional attitude and social interaction. Based on the portraits of learners, an accurate early-warning and intervention model of blended learning of ideological and political courses is constructed from the theoretical level. In the earlywarning mode, warnings are given to students through red lights or green lights, emails, digital dashboards and news push. In the intervention mode, systematic automatic intervention and manual intervention are combined. Through accurate identification, effective early warning, accurate and individualized intervention, the learning crisis can be effectively resolved and the quality of ideological and political courses can be improved.

Study of the CPC history of the Communist Party of China can, to a certain extent, help medical students cultivate the correct "Three Views", enhance their national self-confidence and pride, and strengthen their ideals and convictions. However, at present, some medical students are still lack of sufficient and in-depth comprehension of Communist Party’s history, although some achievements have been made in the Party’s history learning and education in medical colleges. Therefore, how to guide medical students to actively study the Party’s history, to increase their interests in Party’s history, and thoroughly to study the history of the Communist Party of China is the focus of this article. By investigating the current situation of medical students’ learning of Party’s history, the research team found that single form of Party’s history learning and education, boring content, outdated offline teaching methods, and less extracurricular practice led to some medical students’ little interest in learning and the low learning efficiency. The authors believe that the current learning situation of the Party’s history can be improved by improving the leadership of college Party committees, integrating existing sources, building efficient classrooms, and carrying out extracurricular practical activities and thus to increase students’ learning interests and to enhance their learning effect: Only in this way can medical students dare to shoulder responsibility, be brave in innovation, and take the initiative to undertake the historical mission of saving the dead and healing the wounded.

The employment quality of college graduates has aroused widespread concern in the society. Based on the literature review, this paper uses the questionnaire survey method, takes the officially contracted college students as the research object, and uses SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the survey results. It is concluded that the general quality characteristics of high-quality employment college students are: good physical quality, certain organizational ability, professional ability and practical ability, as well as good interpersonal skills.

This paper uses the method of cluster analysis to analyze the patent development in Tianjin. Based on the relevant data from 2006 to 2019, this paper analyzes the patent application and patent structure in Tianjin, and analyzes the development trend of the proportion of invention patents, job patents and development subjects in Tianjin. The growth rate of patent licensing in Tianjin is generally higher than the overall growth level of patent licensing in China. The proportion of invention patent applications in Tianjin has been lower than the overall proportion of the country, and is in a continuous decline. The proportion of service invention patent applications in Tianjin also showed steady growth. The results of cluster analysis showed that the patent development of Tianjin ranks fifth in the country, indicating that the overall patent application and technological innovation ability of Tianjin is in a medium position in the country.

Solfeggio, as an essential professional basic course in music teacher education system, has always been carrying the function of solving music auditory cognition and assisting all kinds of music practice. At the present stage, the definition and category, purpose and function, concept and evaluation of the solfeggio course have attracted much attention in the collaborative development of other courses. Based on the characteristics of music education in normal universities and the new pattern of teacher education system, this work re-examined the problem of solfeggio course development through the three orientations of "closely adhering to the nature of the discipline, focusing on aesthetic psychology and concentrating on auditory thinking", expecting to explore new ideas of promoting the development of solfeggio course in normal universities.

This study aims to construct a perfect evaluation index system for the public space vitality in historical blocks and explore the influence of different factors on space vitality. Taking the ancient city wall historical block of Songcheng first road in Zhaoqing as the research object, the temporal and spatial change characteristics of crowd behavior in historical blocks were firstly analyzed by questionnaire and network big data. Then, the vitality evaluation index system in historical blocks was analyzed combined with literature review and survey data, and the weight value of impact factors was calculated by exploratory factor analysis and AHP. Finally, the strategy to improve the historical blocks vitality was put forward based on important factors and research area. The results showed that the block location at the spatial scale level, block safety and greening coverage at the aesthetic attribute level, block sanitation, architectural characteristics and visual effects were the strong correlation factors affecting the block vitality. The research also found that people have subjective intentional cognition on overall situation of the block, and thereby more attention should be paid to maintaining spatial quality and cultural characteristics in the block construction in the future. This study added the corresponding indicators that could reflect the subjective feelings of the population from the perspective of individual psychology, which is of certain value to enrich the research on block space vitality.

With the rapid development of science and technology, the media is constantly updated in the current information age, and it increasingly affects people's daily lives. This paper attempts to explore the impact of media multitasking on employees’ work engagement. Based on the survey of employees in different industries, different age groups and different types of units, 202 valid questionnaires were collected, and the media multitasking index was calculated to study that modern enterprise employees spend on the media every day. According to the ranking of media usage time, the three longest media activities are: replying to instant message, using office software for work or study, and listening to music. The results of empirical research show that media multitasking has a negative impact on work engagement. Therefore, enterprises should take measures to control employees’ media multitasking behavior.

In order to improve the quality and efficiency of college English teaching, this work proposed a new teaching system of task-based college English curriculum. The research took the college English teaching as the research object. Firstly, this work sorts out the problems existing in the current college English teaching system, and then adopts the comparative analysis method to summarize the remarkable characteristics of the task-based teaching system of college English, finally, puts forward the idea of constructing a task-based college English teaching system from the perspective of systematic theory.
