Modeling of satisfaction of consumers of educational services 教育服务消费者满意度建模

. This study is an analysis of the impact of service quality, online advertising and innovations in education on the satisfaction of consumers of paid educational services in the Penza region. This study is based on sociological quantitative research conducted in the form of a survey. The number of participants in the survey was 250 people. The results of the study show that the quality of service and innovation in education has the greatest impact on the brand image of educational institutions, while online advertising does not significantly affect the brand image of educational institutions. In addition, it has been found that the quality of service, innovation in education and brand image have a significant impact on customer satisfaction in educational institutions, which online advertising does not.

Development of an automated control system for the process of source gas sulfur removal 气源脱硫过程自动控制系统的研制

Automation of a technological process is a set of methods and means designed to implement a system or systems that allow the management of the technological process itself without the direct participation of a person, or leaving the right of a person to make the most responsible decisions. Improving the quality of management, carried out by the process control system, is ensured through a systematic approach to solving this problem and the use of technical and economic management criteria. The article presents an analysis of the technological process of desulphurization of raw gas as a control object in order to select the optimal control system.
技术过程的自动化是一套方法和手段,旨在实现一个或多个系统,这些系统允许在没有人直接参与的情况下管理技术过程本身,或者留下一个人做出最负责任的决定的权利。通过系统地解决这一问题并运用技术和经济管理准则,通过过程控制系统进行的质量管理的改进得到了保证。本文以原料气脱硫工艺过程为控制对象进行分析,以选择最优控制系统。

On the possibility of regulatory influence of SSRs in Glycine Max (L.) Merr SSRs对Glycine Max (L.)调控作用的可能性稳定

This paper discusses the possibility of regulating gene expression by microsatellites of the non-coding part of DNA. The analysis of known SSRs from the "soybase" database for possible manifestation as enhancers has been carried out, since the determination of mechanisms for increasing the expression of certain genes is an important agricultural task. The SSRs analysis was carried out in the open web resource "iEnchancer 2L". As a result, it was revealed that some microsatellites are theoretically capable of being enhancers, an additional study showed that the sequences identified as enhancers have specific binding sites for transcription factors, which can be considered an indirect confirmation of the results obtained. The conducted studies can help to further work on the search for regulatory DNA sites, as well as advance in understanding the significance of the non-coding part of DNA.
