This article discusses the problem of the quality of juice products on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union. The main types of juice products and their main differences are considered. The purpose of the article is a commodity evaluation of the quality of apple juice products from different manufacturers of the Taldykorgan market. Tasks are set: analysis of labeling of juice products; organoleptic evaluation of the quality of samples; comparison of the results obtained with the requirements of technical regulations and standards. The rationale for the choice of apple juices and nectars as samples for research is given. As a result, it was determined that the labeling of the studied samples of juice products meets the requirements of TR CU 022/2011 "Food products in terms of its labeling", that the organoleptic indicators of juices are higher than the organoleptic indicators of nectars.

The purpose of the study is to assess the provision of the educational system of the region (on the example of the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass) with financial, human, material resources as a factor in the development and implementation of the strategy of this object. Research methods – economic and statistical analysis of the financial, material, human resources of the educational system, statistical methods for analyzing dynamics. It has been established that in 2011-2022 there was no increase in financing of the educational system in real terms, and in 2015-2017 there has been a significant decline in funding. This is due to the dependence of the budget of the Kemerovo region – Kuzbass on world coal prices. The network of schools and colleges continued to be reduced (except for organizations of additional professional education for children), although, in general, the personnel potential was preserved. Reducing the resource endowment of the educational system does not contribute to the strategic development of the region’s human capital, especially given the need to increase the technological selfsufficiency of the economy. It is especially important to expand the availability of resources for secondary vocational education, where qualified workers are trained for industry, transport, communications, and construction.

The article discusses the effect of pulsed electric current on milk. The effect of current on various pathogenic microorganisms contained there is studied, the effect of pulses on protein denaturation and the amount of lactoglobulins is mentioned. The improvement of the technology by combining electrical processing with other methods is described. It is noted that the inactivation achieved by current can be improved if moderate heating is applied after the current stimulation process, and the effect of nisin, acetic acid on the effectiveness of the method is also described.

The article discusses the system aspects of the implementation of experiments to improve the reliability of software and information technologies. As research methods, system analysis, prototyping of software and information technologies, analysis of business processes, multiversion methodology for developing software tools for information and control systems are used. It is shown that at present, based on open computer networks, it is possible to build reliable systems from universal components. It is noted that the software and information technologies of corporate integrated structures, organized according to this principle, must have an adequate level of fault tolerance within the allocated budgets. Therefore, system experiments in software development are becoming more common in the implementation of such software and information technologies. The basic system aspects and factors that developers and experimenters should take into account when conducting experiments with research prototypes are formulated

A solution for modeling information flows of client information of a transport logistics center based on the apparatus of automatic control theory is presented. A transport and logistics center is presented as a system of automatic control of information flows between departments. Controlling the behavior of the system faces the problem of determining the exact location for the controlling action. The hypothesis that the effectiveness of the control action directly depends on the correct localization of control points in the data infrastructure is tested. A search for control points in the data infrastructure that are localizable to improve the stability of the automatic control system is conducted. The logic of the model is demonstrated by the example of information flows in the execution of the algorithm of "customer-department-delivery" operations. The proposed data infrastructure modeling solution provides a controlled observation of changes by perturbation under a single control action due to the included negative feedback component. The materials of the study can be considered as an illustration of finding the transfer function of a link inside the automatic control system loop.

The article deals with the problem of using crane-boring machines in the construction of communication lines and power transmission lines, the installation of fence posts and road signs, as well as in the construction of reclamation facilities. The data of experimental studies of these machines in the field to determine the rational modes of their operation in thawed soils are given. As a result of the research, it was found that the analysis of previous studies of the drilling modes of thawed soils does not give a clear idea of the existence and location on the response surface of the area of optimum drilling speed, taken as an optimization parameter. The necessity of researches is emphasized from the description of the area of the response surface by the polynomial of the first degree with the subsequent movement along its surface in the direction of the gradient of the linear approximation. The data of the results of experiments when drilling compacted loam with a drilling tool are given. It is concluded that it is more expedient to drill thawed soils at high rotational frequencies of the drilling tool and feed forces in the range of 1200 – 1700 kgf. The increased rotational speed of the drilling tool also provides the best conditions for transporting destroyed soil from the bottom of wells

The article demonstrates the prospects for using a new experimental approach for the detection of the fungus Cercospora Sojina Hara. The main principle underlying the presented method is a combination of two technologies: RPA (Recombinase polymerase amplification) and CRISPR/Cas12a. RPA - is an alternative to classical PCR, with features in the form of a faster reaction rate and its passage under isothermal conditions. Using RPA technology will reduce amplification to 15-30 minutes. Amplified genomic DNA can be detected fluorescently labeled with CRISPR/Cas12a. The difficulties of this method lie in the selection of specific primers and the selection of spacers for the guide RNA within the amplicon. As a result of the work carried out, using the primer3 plugin on the Unipro Ugene platform, it was possible to select a specific pair of primers that would make it possible to identify this particular phytopathogen. The genome spacer was identified in the ChopChop web toolkit. The resulting primer pair and spacer having complementarity exclusively to the CP036215 locus in Cercospora Sojina H.

The article reflects the influence of 2 models of the world (VUCA and BANI) on the development of the tourist and recreational complex of the Russian Federation. The VUCA model that defined development in 2000-2020 – an unstable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world - is now being transformed into a BANI reality – fragile, disturbing, nonlinear, incomprehensible. The article describes the connection of the development of the transport system with other sectors of the economy and the social sphere of the state, during the transition from one reality to another. The article reflects the need to develop principles that combine environmental, technical, technological and economic levers, organizational and managerial and socio-psychological methods, as well as motivation and responsibility systems. The purpose of these measures is to create a transparent and effective innovative business model for the transport provision of tourist agglomerations and federal subjects of the Russian Federation. Innovative principles include modern information, communication and telematics technologies, as well as management technologies. The implementation of these principles will allow travelers to reach their destinations faster, improve safety, optimize the use of transport corridors and road networks, as well as reduce CO2 carbon dioxide emissions per unit of GDP – ton – ruble – unit of equipment.
