In this study EMC Academic Alliance for the first time has applied the new approach to organize the Big Data Analytics study. The Multicenter Study "Third Wave" was presented at the EMC Academic Forum Russia & CIS 2015, at the International Scientific Congress "Globalistics-2015" and at the Russia National Supercomputing Forum 2015. Was implemented the variant of morphological analysis of Text Big Data from the Internet. The Study "Third Wave" is provided by Bill Schmarzo's 6 Steps Approach. Countries are set into positive or negative image's groups, and also into two groups with indication to technological order. The study can be developed to elaborate a new index for countries' rating. Big Data Analytics Study "Third Wave" relates to the new sphere for investigation - determination of Global management metrics.

Testability and its significance have been discussed in the past decade. Software testability insinuates to the ease of the code revealing its faults during testing. This paper proposes to take into account the developer and the development process in the software testability predictions along with other factors. Software testability plays an important role in identifying the acceptable risk and feasibility. Hence, testability analysis is very important today, which requires identifying all the possible factors and phases of software lifecycle that affect testability. This paper introduces 5 new factors, which affect testability of object oriented software and all of them take developer and development process into account. This paper also explains how these factors affect testability.

This paper presents a comprehensive discussion of the Jaya algorithm, a novel approach for the optimization. There exist two broad categories of heuristic algorithms are: evolutionary algorithms and swarm intelligence. These algorithms' performance vastly depends on the parameters used need extensive tuning during the computational experiments to achieve the superior performance. The Jaya algorithm is a new optimization algorithm has been proposed recently is parameter less and therefore parameters tuning is not needed for it. The primary aim of this paper is to discuss the Jaya algorithm based on the rational aspects outlined as: (a) what is Jaya algorithm; (b) How it works and (c) why one should use it. The author believes that this discussion might be useful to explore the potential of the Jaya to the general audience working for the optimization.

Cloud computing is a rising technology that is still unclear to many security issues. The most challenging issue today in cloud servers is to ensure data security and privacy of the users. The proposed schema presents HE-RSA or hybrid encryption RSA along with Advanced Encryption Standard or AES to ensure efficiency, consistency and trustworthiness in cloud servers. The goal of this paper is to use various cryptography concepts during communication along with its application in cloud computing and to enhance the security of ciphertext or encrypted data in cloud servers along with minimizing the consumption of time, cost and memory size during encryption and decryption.

Open source softwares (OSS) are a boon to research and development. Their free access and availability of thousands of projects pushes research into new dimensions. But are these repositories actually helpful in quality research? Heterogeneous and incomplete data, lack of integration between repositories, performance and usability issues and lack of documentation are few factors that affect the quality of research in Open Source. In this paper, we lay down the difficulties experienced while working on extraction and analysis of data from open source repositories for quality research.

In past few years, the cloud computing paradigm is gaining influence on robotics field very rapidly. As the mobile robotics can obtain huge benefits from cloud computing paradigm, many robotic laboratories around the world conduct researches in this area. As a result, new frameworks and tools are emerging. In our early works, we had developed the prototypes for some cloud robotics services. As well, we have our own scripting language for programming (and modeling) robotics behavior - Actions Language. The concepts used in this language are close enough to the cloud computing paradigm. In this paper, we give brief descriptions and state of researches for cloud robotics and special robotic languages. After that, we describe and investigate our approach for programming robotics behavior using cloud services.

Power consumption has become hurdle for recent IC design as technology scale down below 45nm. Aggressive nanoscaling of MOS transistor in process technology has advanced in chip density, but to achieve high performance and lower power consumption by continues scaling results in shorter channel effect and Lowering of Drain Induced Barrier Lowering (DIBL). To overcome from this situation double gate device like FinFET is used which has excellent control over the thin silicon fins with two electrically coupled gate, which mitigate shorter channel effect and exponentially reduces the leakage current. In this research paper we have utilize the property of FinFET technology in SRAM circuit design to lower power consumption. Proposed circuit shows maximum saving of dynamic power up to 76.57% in 4T, maximum leakage power saving up to 53.21% in 6T at 25°C and 45.13% at 110°C. All simulation is performed using HSPICE simulator by using Berkley Productive Technology model (BPTM) at 32nm.
