Creation of Accessories Shape of Buffalo Head with Source of Ideas for Unan-Unan Ceremony Using Waste Techniques 利用废物利用技术为乌南-乌南仪式创作具有创意来源的水牛头配饰造型

Along with the development of the industrial sector, without realizing it, this raises new problems, namely environmental pollution by liquid, solid, gas, and B3 (Toxic and Hazardous Materials) waste.  The purpose of this research is to increase the selling value of waste and manage waste so as not to pollute the environment.  This research uses the Practice-led Research method, which is a scientific work derived from ongoing practice research by creating new works through research and practice carried out On this occasion, the researcher will create an accessory made of styrofoam material and will be published in a Unesa Fashion Creation Title performance in 2023 which carries the big theme of BHUMIBRAMA. The result of this study is an accessory in the shape of a buffalo head with styrofoam as the main material.

Developments in the fashion world continue to experience significant progress, one of which is in the field of fashion. This study aims to formulate the process of creating the source of the idea of offering Unan-unan with a computer embroidery technique using suede fabric on the finished vest, and to find out how the resulting result of the creation of the source of the idea of offering Unan-unan with the computer embroidery technique using suede cloth on the finished vest is relevant based on the Practice-Ied Research method. The result of the creation of the source of the idea of the Unan-unan offering with a computer embroidery technique using suede material in the finished result of this vest is inspired by the head of the buffalo from the traditional ceremony offering of the unan-unan which is considered the highest position animal by the Tengger people because the buffalo is the largest, strongest, and most helpful animal for humans. The application of the buffalo head as an embroidery motif is a form of appreciation and preservation of the original culture of the tengger tribe, namely the unan-unan ceremony in the form of a vest.

Analisis Potensi Equator Park Dalam Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Di Desa Jeruju Besar 赤道公园在改善 Jeruju Besar 村社区福利方面的潜力分析

Equator Park Jeruju Besar is a new educational tourist attraction located in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. This location is located in Karya Bhakti Hamlet, Jeruju Besar Village, Sungai Kakap District, which has great potential in introducing the outside world to tourism, especially about mangrove and mangrove tourism. This area has been established for two years and is still being developed for mangrove and mangrove tourism. The development potential of this place is very large because of its strategic location and not far from the city center. Apart from improving tourism facilities in the Kubu Raya area, improving and improving the quality of existing tourist destinations is also important because this will have an impact on improving the standard of living of the local community. Ecotourism is an environmentally friendly tourism concept that can minimize adverse impacts on the natural, social, cultural and livelihoods of local communities. The concepts of village tourism and ecotourism have similarities in terms of preservation, consolidation and community involvement for the sake of long-term tourism expansion. The Equator Park area in Jeruju Besar Village improves the economic, social and cultural conditions around this tourist community area. The development of the Equator Park area in Jeruju Besar Village was developed with community participation, as an effort to empower and increase human potential, especially young people. The plan to expand the Jeruju Equatorial Park area is in collaboration with Karang Taruna to build paths, gazebos and gates in the Jeruju Equatorial Park area. This area has superior potential for development, such as culinary tourism, historical tourism and accommodation. Tourism potential in Jeruju Besar Village must be developed in a way that is environmentally, socially, culturally and friendly to the lives of local communities. The development of the Equator Park area in Jeruju Besar Village will be one of the choices for tourists visiting Kubu Raya Regency. This research aims to analyze the regional potential of Equator Park Tourism in Jeruju Besar Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach involving field surveys, in-depth interviews, observations and document analysis. Focusing on aspects such as tourist attraction, infrastructure, accessibility and local economic potential, this research groups the factors that influence the development and marketing of these tourist destinations. The results of the analysis provide insight into the potential and challenges faced by Equator Park Jeruju Besar as well as recommendations for increasing the use of tourism potential to support local economic development.

Sistem Sosial dan Ekologi Pantai Batu Pinagut 峇都皮纳古特海滩的社会和生态系统

The interaction of social-ecological systems in coastal villages often causes problems, ranging from decreasing ecological quality to social conflict. This research aims to determine the description of the social interaction system in the coastal area and to determine the description of the ecological system in the coastal area of Kuala Kaidipang Village, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data obtained by direct observation. The research results show that the separation between social and ecosystem management causes a decline in small-scale fisheries production on the coast due to a decline in fish stocks. The decline in fish stocks is caused by overfishing, habitat degradation and pollution. Open access further exacerbates the problem of overfishing. Managers and stakeholders face difficulties in designing and implementing effective management solutions. As for social interaction, it can be seen from 2 aspects, namely close relations between residents, interaction with the natural environment and coastal activities. Meanwhile, the ecological system includes coastal ecological systems including marine biodiversity, mangrove ecosystems, human activities and sustainability.

Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPA Siswa Kelas V Materi Perpindahan Kalor Melalui Model Cooperative Learning Type STAD di SDN Cinere 1 Depok 在 SDN Cinere 1 Depok 通过合作学习型 STAD 模式提高五年级学生对传热材料的科学学习成果

Based on the learning results of class V students in Negeri Cinere 1 Depok, this research concluded that the science learning outcomes about heat transfer were mostly below the 75 KKM threshold. Only six out of 34 female students were able to reach the KKM. Therefore, it is necessary to improve science lessons on Heat and its Transfer using the STAD cooperative learning method. The aim of this research is to improve student learning and achieve the expected results. To improve student learning outcomes in understanding behavior changes, the STAD cooperative learning method is provided. For this reason, this research method uses a system consisting of observation, execution, discussion and reflection. Research findings show that using this method leads to increased student learning comprehension each semester. In practice, only 6 of 34 students (17.6%) met the requirements for the course in KKM 75. In the first sample, there were 18 people (52.94%). In contrast, the number of people in cycle 2 increased to 31 (91.18%). The results of this research can improve learning outcomes. The findings of this research indicate that the STAD collaborative learning method can improve student learning outcomes in class V at SDN Cinere 1 in Depok when it comes to the topic of science material and its transfer.

Based on the results of studying Social Sciences (IPS) class V SDI An Nuriyah Jagakarsa Concerning the Struggle of Warrior Figures During the Dutch and Japanese Colonial Period who still had not reached the specified KKM, namely 70. Of the 35 students, only 11 people (31.42%) were able to This is why research on improving social studies learning was carried out regarding improving social studies learning outcomes regarding the struggle of warrior figures during the Dutch and Japanese colonial period through jigsaw type cooperative learning. The aim of this assessment is to improve students' social studies learning outcomes regarding the struggle of warrior figures in during the Dutch and Japanese colonial period through jigsaw type cooperative learning. This research uses Classroom Action Research with a cycle system consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Based on the research results, it shows that students' learning completeness in each cycle has increased, this is shown in the pre-cycle students whose learning completeness was above KKM 70 was only 31.42%, in cycle 1 it increased to 62.86%, in cycle 2 it increased to 94.28%. Thus it can be concluded that the jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes student.

Picture and picture is a cooperative learning model that supports cooperation by involving image media that are sorted and paired into a logical sequence. The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in Natural Sciences (IPA) learning outcomes regarding the position and shadow of the sun through the picture and picture type cooperative learning model for class II students at SDN Tanjung Barat 09. This research uses a mixed approach, with a Classroom Action Research design consists of pre-cycle, cycle I, cycle II. The participants who took action were the class teacher and class II students at SDN Tanjung Barat 09, totaling 26 students. The implementation procedure refers to the model developed by Kemmis and MC Taggart where the cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection techniques used in this research are: observation, field notes, tests, and documents. This research begins with the pre-cycle stage, where students still experience difficulties in studying science material regarding the position and shadow of the sun with a completion percentage of 42.30%. From the Pre-Cycle results, there were 26 students who took part in the learning. The highest score was 90 and the lowest score was 40. Meanwhile, the results of Cycle 1 can be proven by an increase in the average score of 74.38 in Cycle I, to 78.7 and in the results of Cycle II with a presentation completion reached 80.80% from previously only 65.40%. By using the right learning model, Natural Science (Science) lessons become more enjoyable. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the picture and picture type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class II students and raise students' enthusiasm and motivation in the learning process.

The purpose of the study was to improve student learning outcomes, therefore researchers applied the Direct Instruction model in science education which was applied to grade 1 SDN Kebagusan 05. The problem in this study is the low academic achievement of students in grade 1 of SDN Kebagusan 05 Pasar Minggu District in the Field of Natural Sciences. One of the factors causing low student ability is that the learning model used tends to make students passive and less interested. This research is a classroom action research using a cycle system, where each cycle consists of four stages with a total of 31 students, each cycle consists of intervention planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the results of the first cycle activities, 21 students obtained more than 65 points or 67.7% of 31 students, while 10 students obtained less than 65 points or 32.3% of 31 students. The results of the second cycle operation showed that 29 students or 93.5% of 31 students obtained grades above 65 students, while 2 students obtained grades below 65 points or 6.5% of 31 students. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Direct Instruction model can improve the learning outcomes of grade 1 students of SDN Kebagusan 05. Future Directions in Strategic Brand Management Research Using Bibliometric Analysis: A Decade Review 利用文献计量分析进行战略品牌管理研究的未来方向:十年回顾

This research aim is to examine future directions in strategic brand management research through a bibliometric computational mapping analysis using VOS viewer. Publish or Perish reference manager application is used to retrieve the Google Scholar database in order to fulfill research data. The title and abstract of the article are used to provide guidance on the search process based on the keywords "Strategic Brand Management". The results showed 997 relevant articles. The search for publication data used as study material was carried out in the last ten years (2013-2023). The results also showed that there are two larger circles comparing others, namely “brand loyalty” and “business strategy”. The term “brand loyalty” is associated with 15 links, 33 total link strength, and 30 occurrences, while the term “business strategy” is associated with 10 links, 33 total link strength, and 31 occurrences. The results of strategic brand management research in the last ten years show a declining trend, from 104 publications to 61 publications. There were only increase a little bit in 2015, from 104 publications to 115 publications, and increase in 20203, from 80 publications to 93 publications. Based on a downward trend, publications on strategic brand management in the last ten years were dominated by 2015 (115 publications). The results of this study are expected to inspire and develop the articles of related terms in the future.

Publish or Perish reference manager application is used to retrieve the Google Scholar database in order to fulfill research data. The title and abstract of the article are used to provide guidance on the search process based on the keywords \"Strategic Brand Management\". The results showed 997 relevant articles. The search for publication data used as study material was carried out in the last ten years (2013-2023). The results also showed that there are two larger circles comparing others, namely “brand loyalty” and “business strategy”. The term “brand loyalty” is associated with 15 links, 33 total link strength, and 30 occurrences, while the term “business strategy” is associated with 10 links, 33 total link strength, and 31 occurrences. The results of strategic brand management research in the last ten years show a declining trend, from 104 publications to 61 publications. There were only increase a little bit in 2015, from 104 publications to 115 publications, and increase in 20203, from 80 publications to 93 publications. Based on a downward trend, publications on strategic brand management in the last ten years were dominated by 2015 (115 publications).
