Pertanggungjawaban Hukum Rumah Sakit Terhadap Kelalaian Tenaga Medis Yang Mengakibatkan Pasien Cacat Permanen 医院因医务人员过失导致病人永久残疾的法律责任

Article 46 Law no. 44 of 2009 stated that "Hospitals are legally responsible for all losses incurred due to negligence committed by health workers at the Hospital". Hospital responsibilities in providing health care are based on professional, ethical, civil, administrative and criminal aspects. The hospital law provides protection and guarantees for patients and medical personnel involved in health services. And also provide certainty in the hospital to maximize management functions, regulate and control various things that are the responsibility of the hospital so that it can minimize various things that can certainly harm patients. Obstacles are the difficulty in finding evidence related to medical negligence committed by medical personnel against patients which causes harm to patients so that it is difficult for hospitals to prove the existence of medical negligence committed by medical personnel against patients. The solution is for the hospital to form a team to deal with acts of negligence that occur, accredit professional and health workforce resources, evaluate the performance of medical personnel, and improve hospital management. Conduct accreditation of professional and health workforce resources.

Pendidikan Akhlak Dalam Teladan Luqman Al Hakim 卢克曼-哈基姆的德育榜样

Penulisan artikel ini dilatar belakangi oleh beberapa pemikiran diantaranya: 1) Salah satu tujuan pendidikan yang paling utama adalah pembentukan pribadi yang berakhlak mulia; 2) Pendidikan selam ini bertumpu pada pemikiran-pemikiran dan teori barat, sementara dalam agama Islam sendiri memiliki rujukan yang sangat baik; 3) Pendidikan Islam mempunyai rujukan teladan pendidikan yang bersumber pada al-Qur’an, diantaranya adalah teladan pendidikan yang diajarkan oleh Lukman al Hakim kepada anaknya. Teladan pendidikan yang islami ini dianggap sangat cocok untuk diteladani oleh ummat Islam. Adapun tujuan daripada penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui ajaran-ajaran Lukman al Hakim mengenai hubungan antara seorang hamba dengan Tuhannya (hubungan vertikal) dan hubungan antara seorang hamba dengan sesamanya (hubungan horizontal), yang meliputi pendidikan akidah dan pendidikan moral/akhlak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah deskriptif-kualitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian kualitatif diantaranya adalah dengan metode kajian pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Penulis menggunakan metode kepustkaan, yakni menggunakan cara untuk mendapatkan data atau informasi melalui fasilitas atau media yang berada di perpustakaan berupa dokumentasi, buku, dan catatan kisah sejarah. Adapun hasil daripada penulisan ini adalah bahwasanya ajaran-ajaran Lukman al Hakim terbagi menjadi dua, yakni ajaran/pesan hikmah hubungan seorang hamba dengan Tuhannya (hubungan vertikal) dan hubungan seorang hamba dengan antar sesamanya (hubungan horizontal). Hubungan vertikal berkaitan dengan ajaran pendidikan keimanan dan akidah, sedangkan hubungan horizontal berkaitan dengan ajaran pendidikan akhlak/moral.

Test of Escherichia Coli and Total Microbes on Burger Meat Sold in Kedinding and Pogot Villages, Surabaya, East Java 检测东爪哇泗水 Kedinding 和 Pogot 村出售的汉堡肉中的大肠杆菌和微生物总数

A burger is a type of fast food that consists of a bun in the middle that contains a patty (ground beef), vegetables, and some sauce. There are several parameters in determining food quality and safety, one of which is analyzing the content of microbiology such as bacteria, viruses, and protozoa in food. Biological hazards, especially in food, need special attention because they are often the causative agents of food poisoning cases. This study aims to determine Eschericia coli contamination and Total Plate Number (TPC) in burger meat samples sold in Kedinding and Pogot villages, Surabaya, East Java. This research is observational with a cross sectional approach. The inspection method used to determine Escherichia coli contamination and the Total Plate Count (TPC) is the Most Likely Number method to determine E. coli and the Total Plate Count (TPC). The results of this study showed that there was no E. coli in all burger meat samples and there were 6 burger meat samples contaminated with bacteria, namely in Samples A, B, C, G, H and I, which exceeded the contamination limit according to to SNI 8503 (2018).

Artikel ini membahas dampak perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya internet dan media sosial, terhadap partisipasi politik di Indonesia. Era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara masyarakat berinteraksi dengan pemerintahan dan politik. Perkembangan teknologi digital memungkinkan partisipasi politik yang lebih inklusif dan memperkuat suara warga dari berbagai latar belakang. Warga negara dapat dengan mudah berkomunikasi dan berbagi pandangan mengenai isu-isu politik melalui platform media sosial. Selain itu, partisipasi politik melalui teknologi digital juga meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pemerintahan. Warga dapat memantau tindakan pemimpin politik dan memberikan umpan balik langsung melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber yang relevan dan kontemporer. Artikel ini menekankan peran penting media sosial sebagai platform partisipasi politik di era digital, namun juga mengimbau untuk menggunakan media sosial dengan bijaksana guna menghindari polarisasi opini dan pembentukan "filter bubble". Partisipasi politik di era digital memiliki dampak positif dan tantangan yang harus diatasi dengan bijaksana. Kesadaran literasi digital dan kritis menjadi kunci untuk menjaga partisipasi politik yang inklusif dan sehat di era digital yang terus berkembang.

Proses Produksi Egg Roll Jagung Pulut (Zea mays certaina) Sebagai Kombinasi Tepung Terigu 普鲁特玉米(Zea mays certaina)蛋卷与小麦粉的组合生产工艺

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk Mengetahui kualitas fisik, kima dan organoleptik egg roll jagung pulut dengan substitusi tepung terigu dan mengetahui analisa kelayakan usaha egg roll jagung pulut dengan kombinasi tepung terigu. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di laboratorium rekayasa proses fakultas pertanian Universitas Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang mulai bulan mei sampai bula juni. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu proses produksi Egg roll menggunakan jagung pulut sebagai kombinasi tepung terigu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan terbaik pada perlakuan dengan penambahan Tepung Terigu 40% + Tepung Jagung Pulut 60% dengan nilai hasil (NH) sebesar 0,86. Dengan nilai masing-masing parameter yaitu kadar air sebesar 0,15, kadar abu sebesar 0,18, serat kasar sebesar 0,08. Pembuatan Egg Roll dari Tepung Labu Kuning (Cucurbita Muschata Durch) Modifikasi Sebagai Pengganti Tepung Terigu 生产黄南瓜粉(cucurita Muschata Durch)的鸡蛋卷,以代替面粉

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan kombinasi terbaik dari tepung labu kuning modifikasi dan tepung terigu untuk menghasilkan egg roll labu kuning dengan kualitas fisik, kima dan organoleptik terbaik egg roll tepung labu kuning modifikasi dengan kombinasi tepung terigu dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Metode penelitian menggunakan Racagan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu kombinasi tepung terigu dan tepung labu kuning dengan 5 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: P1 ( 70%:30% ); P2 ( 60%:40% ); P3 ( 50%:50% ); P4 ( 40%:60% ); P5 ( 30%:70% ). Dalam pembuatan egg roll didapat perlakuan terbaik dengan kombinasi tepung terigu 40% dan tepung labu kuning 60% dengan nilai masing-masing parameter yang diuji yaitu kadar air 3,00%, kadar abu 1,68%, serat kasar 3,79%. Dan hasil uji organoleptik yaitu uji kesukaan Rasa 4,62 (sangat suka), uji kesukaan warna 4,53 (sangat suka), uji kesukaan aroma 4,53 (sangat suka) dan uji kesukaan tekstur 4,42 (suka). Dan hasil analisis kelayakan usaha HPP sebesar Rp. 13.900 dengan harga jual untuk satu kemasan Rp. 22.240 BEP yang diperoleh 5,341 unit. BEP harga sebesar Rp. 120.819.397 sedangkan RCR sama dengan 1,54 yang berarti usaha egg roll dari tepung labu kuning modifikasi dan kombinasi tepung terigu layak untuk diusahkan karena RCR> dari 1.

Fluctuations in Stock Prices of Companies in Indonesia as an Impact of Organizing Presidential Elections 印尼公司股票价格波动对组织总统选举的影响

The objective of this study was to determine how non-economic events, such as the presidential election affect the Composite Stock Price Index. A descriptive quantitative method was used to collect secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. The data used is a historical data set from 1999 to 2019. The data was taken from the daily closing price of LQ45 on the JCI (Composite Stock Price Index). Analysis techniques using time series analysis. Data analysis used ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) model. The study found that company stock prices changed due to presidential elections in 1999, 2004, 2009, and 2014. Suggestions for further research are to find techniques used as well as to include other elements that further influence investor decisions.

Third generation (3G) mobile network technology has been present for many years and has wide coverage in various regions of the world.3G network quality is often a problem faced by users.Poor network quality can cause interference in making voice calls, sending messages, and using the internet.Ensuring that the Short Voice Call method provides accurate and representative information about 3G network quality using the short voice call method for 1 minute and iterating 5 times.The results of 3G network quality measurements carried out by walk test in Batu Kuwung Room Hotel Le Dian 1st floor are as follows: out of 3 times of attempted calls made, 2 times were successful and 1 time the call was blocked. The measured RSCP has a low value with an average measured power of -110.31 dBm. The average measured Ec/No was -18.42, falling into the poor category. The SQI MOS also falls into the poor category as it has an average value of 1.96.By using the short voice call method, 3G network quality evaluation can be carried out effectively and potential problems can be identified.

Flora Nauli is one of the farms in Pematang Siantar that provides training in honey bee cultivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of participant characteristics, training design, and training environment on increasing the competency of Flora Nauli honey bee cultivation training participants in Simalungun Regency. The number of respondents in this research was 30 farmers. This research variable includes participant characteristics (X1): age, education level, experience, and business scale indicators, the training design (X2) includes: instructor, materials, and methods, the environment variables (X3) include: physical and non-physical environments, and participants' competency level variables (Y) are measured through participants' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Data analysis uses qualitative, quantitative, and multiple linear regression methods, with interviews and questionnaires used for data collection. The results of this research show that participant characteristics, training design, and training environment significantly increase the competency of training participants. Partial participant characteristic variables did not have a significant effect, while design and training environment variables significantly increased participant competency. The participant competency level variable also shows an average score of 3.87, which is a very good category. This research shows that training programs have an important role in improving human resource competence.
