Analysis of Four CommunityBased Entrepreneurships in Rural Water Supply in Bogor 茂物农村供水的四种社区创业分析

Local water supply based on community development were built by using funding from Local government. Accountability of this funding for local community entrepreneurship is debatable. This paper will explain how local water community entrepreneurship in Bogor can be determined in four community-based: aspect of infrastructure, training of human resources, revenue collection, and post  onstruction support. The rural water supply in Bogor were studied by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. The study provides evidence on the need todesign policies and programs that provide sustainable services in Community-BasedEntrepreneurship.

Cooperation, Collaboration, and Co-creation: A Review of Existing Literature and Applications 合作、协作与共同创造:现有文献与应用综述

Innovation is a mechanism for entrepreneurs to create a product or service in accordance with company’s target market. While creating innovation, the company may not have some of the information or skills that are owned by the other parties or vice versa.As a solution, various approaches of cooperation, collaboration, or co-creation are chosen as the strategy to develop innovation. The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of cooperation, collaboration, and co-creation as an entrepreneurial strategy. The method used is exploratory analysis by analysing the theory of Drucker (1993). The result of this research is a definitive differentiation of innovation for the four strategies. To conclude, the paper suggests the company to analyse their own ability and condition in order to create an innovation that will increase the productivity.
创新是企业家根据公司的目标市场创造产品或服务的一种机制。在进行创新时,公司可能没有其他方拥有的一些信息或技能,反之亦然。作为解决方案,选择合作、协作或共同创造的各种方法作为发展创新的策略。本研究的目的是检视合作、协作与共同创造作为创业策略的执行情况。采用的方法是通过分析德鲁克(1993)的理论进行探索性分析。本研究的结果是明确区分创新的四种战略。综上所述,本文建议公司分析自己的能力和条件,以创造一个创新,将提高生产力。

Moderating Impact of Ownership Structure on Relationship of Equity Market Timing with Capital Structure on Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 印尼证券交易所上市公司股权结构对股票市场时机与资本结构关系的调节作用

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of market to book ratio on leverage change with ownership structure as moderating variable. The research sample is 41 companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange which conducted IPO in 2005 - 2010. The analysis period is five years after an IPO. The independent variable is market to book ratio, the dependent variable is leverage change and control variable is tangibility, profit and size. The moderating variables are managerial and institutional ownerships which included as ownership structure. This research is using data panel regression. The results show that companies in Indonesia pursued the equity market timing strategy because there is a positive effect of market to book ratio into equity issue and negative effect of market to book ratio into leverage change. The results also show that institutional ownership structure moderating the equity market timing. However, managerial ownership does not moderating the equity market timing.
本研究以股权结构为调节变量,探讨市净率对杠杆变动的影响。研究样本为2005 - 2010年在印尼证券交易所进行首次公开募股的41家公司。分析期为IPO后5年。自变量是市净率,因变量是杠杆变化,控制变量是有形资产、利润和规模。调节变量是包括所有权结构在内的管理层和机构所有权。本研究采用数据面板回归。结果表明,印尼公司之所以采取股票市场择时策略,是因为市净率对股票发行有正向影响,而市净率对杠杆变动有负向影响。结果还表明,机构股权结构对股票市场时机有调节作用。然而,管理层所有权并没有调节股市时机。

otivation and Retention of Teachers in a Family Business in Education A Case Study from South Asia 南亚家族企业教育中教师的激励与留任研究

The case describes the professionalization, especially, the motivation and the commitment issues faced by Pioneers` School & College, a private family-run business in an emerging Asian economy of Pakistan. The case sheds light on the initiatives taken by the School’s Principal in this regard which resulted in the development of a unique teacher training program named, Teacher Nurturing Program (TNP). At the core, the case focused on the training and development aspect of human resource management to motivate and retain the good teachers and improve quality of teaching standards. The case provides an opportunity for students to reflect upon the need for schools like Pioneers` to competitively act and introduce employee training and learning programs to maintain teachers’ motivation and commitment issues as well as to improve the school image through higher quality standards.

The Business Family as the Business Model of Our Time 商业家族是我们这个时代的商业模式

The information technology has reduced the cost of business transactions large managerial corporations are giving way to small family business firms. It is good change because family businesses could not only aim to sustain the family economically but also could aim nurturing children. The role of ethics in family business is has not been studied systematically. This paper has argued that family firms are more socially responsible that non-family firms because family firms are breeding ground for core family values. This paper also argues that business literature should lay emphasis on virtues and character based business in place of value and culture based business. To manage for organizational virtue and character is to treat ethics as an end in itself. To manage by values and characters is to treat ethics as means for some ulterior motive. If employees are told that they should be honest because it pays then profit may trump in case of a conflict. The combination of family virtues and business can make the family busines as moral model  or moral leadership for all types of business in this era of high demands for accountability.

Vendor Selection using Analytical Network Process (ANP) in Heavy Equipment Company 基于分析网络过程(ANP)的重型装备企业供应商选择

Using qualitative interviews to understand the mindset of family business leaders in succession, this Supply Chain Management is important in industry. Vendor is the key component in the supply chain flow. A company abbreviated as UTPE is one of the biggest manufacturing companies in Indonesia that produces heavy equipment. The main materials are plates and spare parts that have been supplied by eight vendors. The current system of vendor selection is based on tardiness of delivery time, but every vendor has different frequency of delivery so that it cannot be compared. Therefore, the appropriate criteria and sub criteria are required to create a new system of vendor selection. The criteria and sub criteria are determined based on the previous research and interview with an expert in the company. There are 5 criteria and 17 sub criteria that are approriate for vendor selection. ANP is the development of Analytical Heuristic Process (AHP) by considering dependency between elements of hierarchy. By using ANP, the interdependency between criteria, sub criteria and their weight can be defined. Data collection is done by using observation, interview and questionnaire. Sub criteria long term relationship has the highest weight and vendor abbreviated as GH is the best vendor with score 3.057 of 5.
