The international opening of countries and their impacts on the creative economy - China "an outlier" 各国对外开放及其对创意经济的影响——中国的“异类”

O presente artigo tem como principal objetivo analisar a hipotese de que a liberdade economica de uma nacao pode, de certa maneira, influenciar no potencial criativo desta nacao. Observando-se o alerta da ONU de que as nacoes mais criativas sao aquelas que vem agregando maior valor a sua economia (em termos de produto interno bruto), ao mesmo tempo em que experimentam menores indices de desemprego e se preparam para os impactos das novas tecnologias, que substituem antigas profissoes e causam ociosidade da forca de trabalho e, adicionalmente, a crenca e indicios pre-existentes na literatura de que nacoes “livres” sao ambientes mais propicios a criatividade, o que esta aqui sendo proposto e estudado, e a hipotese de que uma nacao aberta produz uma maior diversidade de pensamento e que esta diversidade constitui materia prima a criatividade e a producao intelectual nos negocios criativos.  Adotando-se o criterio explicitado no relatorio ONU/ UNTACD de Economia Criativa e os diferentes pilares/ variaveis que compoem o Heritage Economic Freedom Index , buscou-se evidenciar, a luz da teoria institucional (IBV), que uma nacao aberta produz e exporta mais produtos oriundos da nova economia - criativa, compartilhada, sustentavel, ciclica, digital - e que envolve setores como moda, design, games, tecnologia da informacao, automacao, cinema, e producao visual, entre outros, quando comparada aos paises mais fechados economicamente. Os resultados foram obtidos ao comparar dados de 100 nacoes, que contavam tanto com indices de liberdade economica, quanto com dados de PIB (em US$) oriundos da Economia Criativa, conhecidos e divulgados atraves de relatorios publicos. Dada descoberta de indicios claros que nos fazem nao rejeitar a hipotese central formulada, e que, portanto, minimamente esta faz algum sentido, novas hipoteses fomentam uma 2a fase do projeto, que busca investigar a partir de dados secundarios, evidencias de que peculiaridades, tais como: tamanho e cultura, producao especifica relacionada a temas de tecnologia, incentivos a producao criativa nacional que acabam funcionando como barreiras a “economia criatividade estrangeira”, etc.,  fazem da China um gigante unico e que foge a regra observada no estudo principal. Dai, podemos afirmar que China, como um ponto fora da curva e revelando-se um outlier “razoavelmente fechado e consideravelmente criativo”, torna-se um case a ser explorado.

Borderless Career and Protean Career: The Role of The Attitudes of the Maturity in the Career of University Students 无界职业生涯与多变职业生涯:成熟态度在大学生职业生涯中的作用

Considering the requirements for professional qualification, attributing to the own individual the responsibility for the management of his career, this study aimed to understand how the attitudes of career maturity of this individual are associated to the contemporary conceptions of the borderless career and protean career. For this purpose, it was performed a survey with university students from two private universities, located in the cities of São Paulo – SP and Salvador – BA. Data were statistically analyzed through multivariate tests, using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) software version 15.0, and the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with structural equation modeling (SEM), through Smart software PLS 2.0 M3. The results from this study highlighted that, the more the person matures in relation to his career, having attitudes of planning and exploitation of career, more attitudes related to conceptions of protean career and borderless career may be adopted by them. Besides the theoretical contribution for better clarification of contemporary concepts of protean and borderless career, this study encouraged the development of career orientation programs.

Este material foi elaborado a partir da experiencia academica e tecnica dos membros que compoem o GEF - Grupo de Excelencia em Franquias, no Centro de Conhecimento do Conselho Regional de Administracao de Sao Paulo, a pedido desta instituicao, que trabalha em prol do administrador brasileiro e de suas atividades profissionais. Com o objetivo de gerar e disseminar as terminologias utilizadas nos mais variados segmentos de franquias no Brasil, como alimentacao, vestuario, entretenimento, perfumaria, construcao, servico e tantas outras, decidiu-se promover pioneiramente a reuniao destes termos, ainda que sem o intuito de esgotar o vocabulario, mas com a forte missao de colaborar para tal iniciativa e, no minimo, servir de referencia para novas empreitadas. Julga-se imprescindivel a realizacao deste material, levando-se em conta o grande numero de Administradores que ocupam cargos nos mais variados niveis ligados a este setor, alem da notoria ascensao das franquias brasileiras na presente decada, mesmo diante dos entraves politicos e economicos. Para tanto, usaram-se como base de pesquisa artigos cientificos brasileiros e internacionais, bem como sites profissionais especializados no setor de franquias.

Mayrit on: Un nuevi turismo cultural-religioso 一种新的文化-宗教旅游

En este caso hemos elegido por su potencialidad, el turismo en Madrid. Segun el Instituto Nacional de Estadistica (INE, enero-julio 2016): “La Comunidad de Madrid recibio 42,4 millones de turistas internacionales, lo que supone un incremento del 11,1% respecto al mismo periodo de 2015...”. Estos datos avalan nuestro interes por la microsegmentacion institucional hacia turistas, hasta ahora considerados minoritarios (por ejemplo turismo de lujo, ecologico, gay, religioso, etc.). Creemos que Madrid tiene posibilidad de convertirse en una ciudad alternativa para un turismo diferente. Este trabajo trata de analizar el turismo cultural religioso a traves de las nuevas tecnologias, considerando a un ciudadano/visitante que busca decidir, compartir, disenar y en definitiva vivir una ciudad on: el turista Halal.

The contribution of the Senai Institutes of Innovation in the business innovation environment: a case study of the institutes of the State of São Paulo Senai创新研究所在商业创新环境中的贡献:以<s:1>圣保罗州研究所为例

This article studies the contribution of the Senai Institutes of Innovation in the Brazilian innovative scenario, highlighting the change of position of the Senai, from its origin as an institution for industrial learning until it becomes provider and diffuser of technological knowledge. The proposal is to try to align this recent expansion, which resulted in the development of the institutes, with the Scientific and Technological Policy of the period. In order to carry out the work, it was necessary to analyze a series of indicators of innovation impact in the Senai Institutes of Innovation of the State of Sao Paulo. The results show that these model are still in the embryonic stage within the Brazilian Innovation System, but it has great opportunities ahead and a decisive role in stimulating R&D in companies.

Creating a Platform Based Business Model In Dental Industry 创建基于平台的牙科行业商业模式

Abstract Purpose: The article considers one of the possible approaches to building a fundamentally new business model for dental industry with a concept of a self-organizing industry management system based on blockchain platform, crypto currency and reward for consumer target behavior.Design/methodology/approach: The theoretical design based on literature review, the content analysis and practical experience of business model transformation in digital platform economy and innovative blockchain technology, while the authors develop, describe and implement a new concept of a new business model in dentistry. The factual basis was the materials of an experiment conducted in the Netherlands to create a platform community Dentacoin based on blockchain platform.Findings: The developed concept of the business model in dentistry shows the main mechanisms that make the model attractive to the consumer services: obtaining objective information about services and producers; formation of a contract on the basis of independent diagnostics and its insurance; financial and logistical support of the service.Research/practical implications: The results of theoretical and practical research confirmed the possibility and expediency of the business model innovation of dental industry. The analysis of the current stage of Dentacoin Project implementation shows that business model works.Originality / significance. The proposed concept of business model based on blockchain technology is fundamentally new for the dental industry. It is the first time describe and systemize a new management mechanism of value creation together with utilizing the blockchain advantages. The creation and implementation of the first blockchain-based platform in dentistry allows achieving transformative change of a whole industry and will greatly enrich both the theory and practice of transformational phenomena.JEL Codes: 014, 033, M13

This article aims to examine the effect of environmental cost to financial performances, measured by profitability and firm value in Japanese chemical industry during 2012-2015.  Examining about this matter in Japan case is suitable since the government has settled guidelines that assist the companies to record and report their activities in environmental preservation. This study focuses on chemical industry in Japan because the industry has been potential to create hazardous wastes along with its daily businesses. In Japan, the companies are involved in Japan Chemical Industry Association (JCIA) that initiates international environmental programs called Responsible Care.

Seven Churches Of The Revelation Visited In Route Tourism In Turkey 土耳其旅游路线游览七座启示教堂

Turkey has many historical and cultural riches beloging to Judaism, Christianity and Islam, as well as "Gobeklitepe", the oldest religious center of the world 11,500 years ago. There are many places in Turkey that are mentioned in the Bible. The most mysterious of these places are the Seven Churches (Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, Laodicea). Today it is observed that there is an current demand especially by Christianity groups who came from Europe, America and the other countries for Seven Churches. The aim of this study is to evaluate the route of Seven Churches in religious tourism in Turkey. In this study, a 6-step content analysis model was used. There are 24 travel agencies that organize The Tour of Seven Churches in Turkey. However, there are no logos, emblems and motto of the Seven Churches. In the study present implications to distinguish, promote and contribute to the creation of an effective image of the Seven Churches from other cultural assets in Turkey.

Emergency Simulation: model for evacuation in large public places 应急模拟:大型公共场所疏散模型

This study aims to create a model focused on reducing evacuation time in emergency situations. The situations of queues and human agglomerations are due to a large part of the population swelling occurred in the last decades, therefore, the analysis of the general trends of behavior in the pedestrian circulation contributes to the identification of the possible displacement flows in situations of crowd evacuations. In this case, the creation of a model that simulates real conditions of panic leakage can generate results with practical application in everyday situations, thus contributing to the correct design of entertainment facilities such as movie theaters and theater. Reducing exposure time is a key factor in minimizing major damage and loss in emergency situations.

Evaluation of Factors Affecting Implementation of Green Public Procurement Governments in Laikipia County Government, Kenya. 肯尼亚莱基皮亚县政府实施绿色公共采购的影响因素评价

Green Public Procurement has been used as a tool to achieve environmental objectives by some countries especially in Europe. Public procurement in Kenya is estimated to account for between 70 and 80 percent of the national budget.  This gives the government purchasing power to influence manufacturing and supply of green products for sustainable development. County governments in Kenya are allocated between 15 and 45 percent of the total country’s income.  Despite all these finances Counties possess, many of them do not fully use their purchasing power to achieve environmental objectives. Laikipia County for example, did very well on procurement activities to be ranked the best performing entity in public procurement in Kenya in 2014, yet it did not have a similar identity on Green Public Procurement. It is this research gap that this study sought to fill. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors affecting implementation of Green Public Procurement in Laikipia County government. The study was guided by knowledge gap and buyers’ perception on green products as independent variables and implementation of Green Public Procurement as the dependant variable. Descriptive research design was applied in this study.  The study targeted County governments in Kenya. The study population was 45 employees from Laikipia County government drawn from procurement and finance department. Primary data was collected by use of a semi structured questionnaire.  The questionnaire was self administered. Descriptive statistics and statistical model of multiple regression were used in analysis of data .The study established that knowledge gap (0.561) and buyer’s perception on GPP (0.143) had a positive effect on GPP implementation with knowledge gap as the major one. The study recommends County governments to organize for compulsory training of its staff on GPP. They should conduct lifecycle costing of all products procured by the County governments so as to create the right perception on these products.
