Planning as a system that can bring the suitable instruction to take the steps needed in developing tourism area. Through location clustering in one area based on the designation of facilities, amenities and accessibility. The Clustering concept is one of the concept that can be used in selecting and utilizing the location of tourism development in an area. Malino, as an area that has tourist attraction potential become attractiveness for the growth of the tourism business requires the right cluster design. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive exposure system and data collection technique by using Interview, observation and literature study. The analysis technique used were emperical and theoretical descriptive analysis. Furthermore, used clustering analysis to determine the map of Malino Tourism area. The result of this study indicates that, the basis on the formation of Malino tourism area cluster consists of: geographic proximity, connecting road conditions and differentiation of tourist attractions, resulting in the attractiveness cluster of the Malino tourist area consisting of water clusters, natural clusters, artificial clusters and agro tourism clusters.

The spread of Covid-19 directly hit the tourism sector in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). Changes in West Nusa Tenggara tourism conditions require the government to adopt new policy measures to deal with conditions. Local governments in NTB are trying to restore the tourism sector with a social configuration or policy environment. This study explores policy learning in tourism recovery in the West Nusa Tenggara region due to Covid-19. The method used is a literature review with a narrative review approach. The literature analyzed in this study comes entirely from journal articles discussing tourism recovery in NTB due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Policy learning at the micro-level shows that policymakers must absorb the socio-cultural values of the community as a consideration in taking steps to improve tourism. At the meso level, some tourist destinations still find it challenging to get out of the pressure of the pandemic due to limited infrastructure to the preparation of human resources in anticipating the effects of the pandemic. At the macro level, direct intervention from the Ministry of Tourism is needed in three aspects. First, build tourism supporting facilities. Second, various policies are implemented based on Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE). Third, tourism recovery involves multi-stakeholder. This study contributes to making a theoretical contribution to policy learning in restoring the tourism sector due to the pandemic. Practically, this study can be a reference for the government in restoring the conditions of various tourist destinations in NTB.

The resident’s perception of the impact of tourism development is an important factor for the planning, management and development of a tourism destination. A positive perception of the impact of tourism will encourage residents to support and participate in tourism development, on the contrary, a negative perception of the impact of tourism causes residents accusers to be unsupportive and have no desire to participate in tourism development in the region. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the positive and negative perceptions of residents and their influence on the support and participation of sustainable tourism development. Using a qualitative approach, the data is collected by conducting in-depth interviews with residents around Borobudur Temple Tourist Destinations (BTTD) amount of 23. The results showed that residents have a positive perception of tourism development. They are very supportive and have a desire to participate in the development of tourism. The implication for the local government and the manager is to involve the residents more in the planning and development of BTTD. The purpose of this study was to measure passenger acceptance of Technologies for Contactless Process (TFCP) provided by the airport to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by adopting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The study collected 220 questionnaires from passengers using TFCP and the data was analysed using Likert scale techniques by measuring Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. The results of the study significantly that passengers are willing to adapt using TFCP. This research contributes as the basis of a better strategy by airport managers managing TFCP by understanding the passenger experience. Keywords: TAM; TFCP; Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use.

This study aims to optimize the social media performance of the Lebak Regency Culture and Tourism Office through the preparation of a social media marketing strategic plan. The research method uses an exploratory method with a qualitative approach. The data were obtained by conducting interviews with key informants, major informants and supporting informants using criterion sampling technique. Observations, document reviews, and literature studies were also carried out to confirm the validity of the data by triangulation. Data were analyzed using analytical techniques in accordance with the stages of social media marketing planning using the SOSTAC approach with SWOT analysis and social media analysis tools, namely Hootsuit, Socialblade, Facebook Analytic, Instagram Insight, and Youtube Studio (Youtube Analytic). This study produced 15 strategies, 21 tactics, and 24 action plans for social media marketing strategic plan.

This study analyzes efforts to redesign and develop rural tourism products based on digital nomadism in the Tegalmengkeb Village post-COVID-19 pandemic. Data obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with twelve informants selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. This study indicates that rural tourism products-based digital nomadism is feasible to develop in Tegalmengkeb Village, especially Banjar Kelecung Kelod, by providing an adequate internet connection and constructing co-spaces. Social media can also be used as a way to attract user attention and to be able to dig deeper knowledge about Sundanese gastronomy. This study aims to analyze social media accounts containing Sundanese Gastronomy Literacy on Instagram and Youtube. This study wants to analyze and comparing what content is uploaded and how digital literation happen in the process in each social media platform. This study result social media used for promoting and educating about Sundanese Gastronomy. The more interesting the content uploaded, more engaging to follower will result in action whether it is buying, recommending, or coming to the site.

The covid 19 outbreak is not only detrimental in health, but also has an impact on the community's economic sector. Tourism and hospitality are the sector that feels the most impact. They lost domestic tourists, as well as foreign tourists. The accommodation businesses were the ones that experienced the most revenue declines, even 40,000 hotel room cancellations occurred with a total loss of Rp. 1 trillion. Hotel occupancy rates will continue to erode along with the enactment of social restrictions. The hotels work hard in designing the right strategy to adapt to the current conditions, so as to increase the volume of room sales. Marketing management is a strategy for selecting target markets and gaining, retaining and growing customers by creating, delivering and communicating superior customer value. Promotional are one part of the marketing mix that is used to introduce and inform potential guests or consumers about the products and services offered. Implementation can be done in the promotion mix through broadcasting, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations and direct marketing. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the promotion mix on accommodation businesses during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The population are tourists who visit V Hotel & Residence Bandung whilea non-probability random sampling technique used in this study with total sample of 110 respondents. SPSS was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The results showed that advertising as an effective marketing mix was implemented in accommodation businesses during the covid 19 pandemic. Advertising using electronic media and the internet had an impact of 59.6%. Promotional mix through the internet using social media would be best to avoid a promotional mix that uses too large a fee.

The development of urban tourism has an opportunity to eliminate the development gap in urban areas, but in contrary almost always giving close access for the substandard urban community. The substandard urban communities are represented by micro-scale tourism providers. This study examines the opportunities provided by the government on micro-scale tourism providers in Bogor City’s tourism development policies. The analysis of three space production activities was arranged by analyzing policy documents and observation. The study found tourism development policies are not sufficient in overcoming gaps in urban tourism development through opportunities given to micro-scale tourism providers. The study suggests tourism development policy has to insert the micro-scale tourism providers as the focus of city tourism development, provide legal access to the city center area, and include them in tourism propaganda.

Dampak covid-19 telah memberikan perhatian lebih kepada sektor pariwisata. Tingkat ancaman dan resiko dari pandemi Covid-19 secara signifikan mengurangi niat wisatawan untuk menginap di hotel. CHSE merupakan kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah khususnya oleh Kemenparekraf RI dalam mencegah meluasnya pandemic C ovid - 19 di Indonesia . CHSE mengusung bersih, sehat, aman dan lingkungan yang ramah. Tren tamu saat ini adalah memilih tempat yang bersih dan aman dari covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi protokol Kesehatan CHSE di hotel, untuk mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan tamu untuk menginap dan mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi CHSE. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif . Informan dalam Penelitian ini adalah 3 General Manager dari Hotel yang dipilih, 15 t amu dari masing- masing Hotel serta studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif yang dilakukan secara interaktif melalui prosesdata reduction, data display, dan verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi protocol kesehatan CHSE sudah cukup berhasil dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan tamu untuk menginap. Tamu memiliki kepercayaan dengan adanya sertifikat CHSE yang dipajang di hotel dan media promosi lainnya menjadi satu jaminan penularan covid-19 dapat dieliminir. Faktor internal seperti dukungan sarana dan prasarana Kesehatan dan faktor eksternal yaitu adanya kerjasama dan koordinasi antar pihak terkait, kebijakan publik dan kesadaran pelanggan sangat mempengaruhi implementasi protocol Kesehatan CHSE
