The purpose of this paper is to describe the exist traditions in Samiran Village and to study how far the people participation of Samiran Village as tradition preservers. A qualitative approach is used in this paper and described descriptively. Conducting literature studies, in-depth interviews, and observations is used in this paper. Assisted by participatory theory to analyze ho far the community participation as tradition preservers. The results show that the people of Samiran Village still carry out the sadranan and baritan traditions. The purpose of this tradition is to honor the ancestors, give thanks for the harvest, ask for blessings and a sense of mutual help. Community participation in tradition activities in Samiran Village consists of 2 types, namely active and passive participation. Direct participation carried on the tradition Sadranan, whereas indirect participation carried on the tradition baritan. With the concept of a community-based tourism, traditional activities can become a cultural tourist attraction. This paper proposes the role of the community as a preserver of tradition so that it is maintained and preserved. This paper also recommends a study on the role of the community as a preserver of other traditions that have not been mentioned by the author.

Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai strategi untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan pasca pandemi Covid-19 di Lombok. Terlepas dari segala sisi negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh virus Covid-19 terhadap sektor pariwisata, masa pandemi ini dirasakan merupakan sebuah momentum yang akan sangat baik apabila dimanfaatkan untuk mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada sebelumnya. Menurunnya wisatawan membuat para pelaku usaha wisata dan pemerintah harus memikirkan bagaimana cara meredam efek pandemi dan kembali menarik wisatawan dengan lebih efektif. Pembangunan sirkuit Mandalika dipercaya merupakan senjata utama dari Lombok pada saat pandemi ini mengingat potensi pemasukan wisatawan yang besar bagi pariwisata Indonesia, khususnya Lombok. Diantara upaya lain ialah dengan meningkatan citra yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara memaksimalkan pengelolaan potensi destinasi wisata halal dan pembangunan infrasturkur berkelanjutan. Dalam melakukan penelitian, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif-deskriptif dengan studi literatur mendalam pada isu-isu yang diangkat melalui konsep nation branding yang secara holistik dapat membangun citra suatu kawasan yang masih berkembang. Dalam banyak hal, upaya branding dapat menaikan citra positif, namun upaya ini akan menjadi sia-sia apabila wisatwan tidak merasa puas akan realita lapangan terutama infrastruktur. Maka dari itu, untuk meningkatkan kunjungan tersebut diperlukan sinergi yang berkelanjutan antara pembangunan infrastruktur yang beriringan dengan promosi melalui branding pariwisata.

Pengembangan wisata yang berada di jalur alternatif pada umumnya mengalami beberapa kendala dikarenakan permasalahan pola ruang terkait aksesibilitas serta tata ruang fisik alam, tata ruang aktivitas dan fasilitas wisata terkait pertimbangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Bumi Perkemahan Tangsi Jaya terletak di jalur alternatif Ciwidey-Cianjur memiliki potensi wisata perkemahan dengan keunikan daya tarik wisata alam hutan, pedesaan, persawahan dan sungai dengan dominasi pengunjung lokal dan domestik. Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengembangan wisata bumi perkemahan melalui pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif pada aspek spasial, pola ruang serta tata ruang aktivitas dan fasilitas wisata berdasarkan konsep Eco Forest Tourism, River Tourism dan tata ruang fisik alam. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan gambar pemetaan pola ruang, serta tata letak aktivitas dan fasilitas wisata bumi perkemahan Tangsi Jaya yang mempertimbangkan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Alat penilaian yang standar di SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan yang digunakan saat praktikum sangat diperlukan. Alat penilaian yang ada saat ini belum mengacu pada SOP Hotel dan kebutuhan dari masing-masing kompetensi keahlian. Urgensi penelitian ini mengembangkan alat penilaian yang berbentuk e-rubric yang dibutuhkan guru SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan: 1) Panduan Pembuatan dan Penggunaan E-rubric Assessment Bidang Akomodasi Perhotelan, 2) E-rubric dengan Pendekatan Competency Based Assessment Pada Bidang Keahlian Akomodasi Perhotelan di SMK. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan Research and Development. Penelitian mencakup studi pendahuluan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap uji validasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik dan guru produktif bidang keahlian akomodasi perhotelan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan uji kompetensi. Analisis data penelitian dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan karakteristik dari temuan data penelitian; untuk data kuantitatif dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan untuk data kualitatif dianalisis secara kualitatif. Alat penilaian kinerja yang biasa digunakan secara manual dapat dikembangkan menjadi e-rubric assessment oleh guru di sekolah maupun pada saat peserta didik sedang melakukan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di hotel. The sharing economy platforms in the accommodation, such as Airbnb, gain more public attention. Several hoteliers in Indonesia have complained about the unequal playing of the field due to the alleged tax violations. Some studies on the impact of Airbnb have been discussed in various countries, but this subject has not been widely conducted in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the impact of Airbnb on the conventional hotel industry in Bali and how the conventional hotel’s response to compete with Airbnb. This research was conducted using qualitative research. Data was collected through interviews and secondary data collection. Interviews were conducted with representatives of hoteliers, Airbnb owners, and hospitality associations in Bali. Using forecasting analysis, this study finds that the presence of Airbnb in Bali has an impact on the occupancy rate of conventional hotels in Bali. However, there doesn't a significant impact from Airbnb regarding the hospitality revenue. Meanwhile, conventional hoteliers generally do not make particular efforts to compete with Airbnb. This research implies for the managerial side of hotels and public programs and policies, especially for the Government of Bali in the future to pay attention to consumer protection to provide equal action between conventional hotel and Airbnb owners.

Dari 807 (delapan ratus tujuh) tweet akun @Kemenparekraf yang diposting sejak Juni s.dDesember 2020, hanya terdapat 3 (tiga) hashtag/kata yang dapat langsung menjelaskan kebijakan., yaitu#banggabuatanindonesia untuk kegiatan Anugerah Bangga Buatan Indonesia (BBI) 2020,#indonesiacare untuk Sertifikasi InDOnesia CARE (I Do Care), dan chse untuk Dukungan CHSE (Cleanliness,Health, Safety, Environment). Penggunaan hashtag/kata dalam tweet masih belum dapat menjelaskankebijakan secara keseluruhan. There were at least 426 people killed and 7,202 injured and 23 people missing due to this incident. One of the areas affected by this disaster is the Special Economic Zone (KEK) of Tanjung Lesung Tourism, which was officially opened in February 2015. With this incident, the Tourism sector in the area needs to be considered starting from the development and post-disaster plans. This research was conducted to be able to map out how the potential of new tourism due to disasters that can be used as a plan to develop tourist attractions in the region. This research was conducted qualitatively by involving various key informants as sources of data needed such as the head of the Local Tourism Office, coastal community leaders affected by the disaster, affected communities, hotel owners around the disaster area. From the results of these data and used as a source of information to be used as a result of research. The results of this study are how a new potential emerges utilizing the areas of the former disaster and the mystery stories of the disaster.

Yogyakarta Batik Museum is one of the tourist destinations where as batik as major attraction. The museum is not only being a place of batik storage collections, but also offer hotels, batik shops and training of classic batik production. This study aims to provide Alternatives on marketing strategies through 7P marketing mix analysis in Yogyakarta Batik Museum. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Primary and secondary data are used in analyzing the 7P marketing mix at the Yogyakarta Batik Museum. The data was obtained that concerns on products, prices, places, promotions, physical evidence, people and processes in implementation the marketing strategy of the Yogyakarta Batik Museum. The results of this study are recommended alternative marketing strategies for the Yogyakarta Batik Museum. These alternative strategies are Strengthening historical and cultural values as the identity of products from batik in Yogyakarta batik museum, Differentiation of ticketing prices for tourists, Optimization of online strength through social media, and Optimization of tasks and jobs in Human Resources.

Brand image (Brand Image) is a representation of the overall perception of the brand and is formed from information and past experience of the brand. The image of a brand is related to attitudes in the form of beliefs and preferences towards a brand. A good brand is a key to success for a company in achieving sales targets. The high level of competition, makes consumers have an attitude towards a brand (brand). Tourist destinations that have a positive image will further convince consumers to make a visit. Sariater Hotel & Resort as one of the very popular tourist destinations in Subang Regency always strives to maintain and improve all important aspects that are important so that tourists will come to visit. The goal is carried out by giving the best service, Sariater Hotel & Resort always makes a good brand image for tourists. In this study, the independent variable (X) used is the brand image which consists of the strength of the brand association, the benefits of the brand association and the uniqueness of the brand association, while the independent variable (Y) used is the decision to visit. This type of research is descriptive verification. The population in this study were all characteristics that visited Sariari Hotel & Resort. The sampling technique used is Nonprobability sampling by incidental sampling so that the sample obtained is 100 tourists visiting Sariater Hotel & Resort. Data analysis and hypothesis testing techniques used are multiple regression methods. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on visiting decisions. The factor that most influences the visit decision is the strength of the brand association. This is supported because the information that enters the consumer's memory is very strong and the information survives as the brand image of the Sariater Hotel & Resort to increase the number of tourist visits.
