Computer Modeling of Temperature Dependent Resistance of Carbon Nanotubes Interconnects 碳纳米管互连温度相关电阻的计算机模拟

In this paper the temperature dependent resistance of carbon-based interconnects is described using parameterized SPICE computer model. The obtained resistance values are then used for carbon nanotube (CNT) a thermally aware model considering the temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). The models have been created for both SWCNT and MWCNT. Parameterized computer SPICE models of higher accuracy for SWCNT bundle and MWCNT interconnects are proposed. Verification has been made to confirm the applicability of the advanced computer models.

Comparison of the Time Mutability and the Correlation-Extremal Methods for Stohastic Objects Drift Velocity Measurements 随机物体漂移速度测量时变性与相关极值法的比较

The correlation-extremal method and the time mutability method for measurement the stochastic fields drift velocity are applied. A procedure for modeling two types of signals, corresponding to the radiometric sounding of moving cloud field is suggested. The first one: one-dimensional signals, describing observation with infrared radiometer of non-homogeneous cloud field moving with constant drift velocity without time evolution. The second one: one-dimensional signals, describing the observation of non-stationary and non-homogeneous objects, constructed accounting for the possibility to present the meteorological field time evolution as a superposition of traveling plane waves. On their basis the possibilities and the accuracy of both methods are compared. Numerical examples, illustrated by graphic material, have been shown.

An Approach for Printing Tissue-mimicking Abnormalities Dedicated to Applications in Breast Imaging 一种用于乳腺成像的组织模拟异常打印方法

The development of new techniques for detection of breast cancer often relies on virtual clinical trials. These trials however require vast number of x-ray images of the breast containing realistically looking pathologies. For this purpose, as many as possible and as realistic as possible physical models of breast lesions are needed. The goal of this study is to create a methodology for manufacturing various breast abnormalities, with a detail description of the stages needed for their development. These models are to be used for development of new breast cancer detection technologies.

New method for two-component soldering in surface mounting 表面安装中双组分焊接的新方法

The report presents experimental results from the development of a new method of soldering of surface mount components. Various soldering pastes were used to form the solder. Footprinting is done by combining screen printing and dispenser, screen printing and Jet printer. Experimental combinations of high-temperature and low-temperature leadfree pastes were used. The footprints are located wholly or partially on contact pads using different topologies. The process is described and the soldering effects are presented.

Robot assembly with flexible automatic control according to INDUSTRY 4.0 符合工业4.0的柔性自动控制机器人组件

This report represents the results of a study of the evaluation of a robotic final assembly complex with three robots in the company UniPOS working together and synchronized, without the involvement of a person in the assembly process and with the introduction of flexible automatic control. The INDUSTRY 4.0 operating principles are used and mainly flexible control with the ability to determine the level of control, as well as the ability to store data, process and use through WEB based. The results of the standard operation of the complex and flexible assembly quality control are examined and compared. Conclusions were made on the effectiveness of the assembly complex using flexible automatic control. Ideas for future development are outlined.

Modeling of the Thermal and Electromagnetic Processes in the Induction Water Heating System 感应水加热系统中热和电磁过程的建模

The article describes a modelling and simulation research for thermal and electromagnetic processes in the system “induction boiler – electronic converter”. The results obtained are useful for the heater physical prototyping. The equivalent electrical parameters of the heater are defined in addition, in order to provide optimal design of the electronic converter. The control system of the device is developed based on microcontroller Arduino with developed program code.

This article describes our experience in using performance-support learning to acquire new knowledge and competences by future and current engineers for heat transfer modeling in electronic components and systems. Within the framework of the project "Engineering Education and Science for the Benefit of Business in the Design of Heat Transfer in Electronic Equipment", funded by Plovdiv University in 2019, we developed together with the business a curriculum, a performance-support e-learning course and multimedia resources for thermal management of electronic systems.

The Influence of Applying High Voltage Pulse on Lithium ion Battery 施加高压脉冲对锂离子电池的影响

Lithium ion batteries (LiB) are widely used in portable devices due to their high storage energy density and high voltage per cell. Furthermore, as the application to electric vehicles is expanding, the battery cost is also decreasing. Therefore, LiB is also expected to be used for power leveling applications. Therefore, when LiB is connected to the grid, it is necessary to consider the possibility of high voltage pulses such as induced lightning being applied to LiB. We clarified that a current of 10000 C or more flows to LiB instantaneously when applying a high voltage pulse for a short time. Furthermore, it was reported that the decrease of the battery capacity did not occur when the pulse was applied for a short time. We reconfirmed the result. The current in LiB was analyzed assuming an equivalent circuit. It was found that when a short time pulse was applied, most of the current flowed to the electric double layer present at the interface between the electrode and the electrolyte, and hardly flowed to the reaction resistance corresponding to the electrochemical reaction. Furthermore, we examined the voltage and pulse width of the pulse which has a high possibility of affecting the battery capacity.

This study aims to answer the main question: “What is the state-of-the-art research studies on ECG sonification?”, presenting a systematic literature review (SLR) in 2 databases (Scopus and Pubmed) on English papers (2007-2019). SLR identified 173 articles. Further analytical screening of titles and abstracts selected 22 articles involved into a qualitative synthesis: 5 papers on the transformation of ECG signals into sound; 7 papers on the wireless transmission of auscultatory streams for heart diagnosis; 13 papers on the synchronization between ECG and cardiac auscultation.
