Development of a Solar MPPT Controller with AI for Control SEPIC Converter 应用AI控制SEPIC变流器的太阳能MPPT控制器的研制

To control the battery charge from a solar panel, the DC / DC converters controlled by the MPPT controller are often used to lower DC power. The major problem that is solved in most researches is to quickly determine the power point of the panel. This article proposes developing a more functionality controller and maintaining battery power even in cloudy weather. Calculations are made for a given function in different modes of the solar panel. Values are recorded and so we have a number of functions that are subsequently called for the particular mode. Two PID controllers are implemented in the current limitation mode. Calculate the first power derivative and keep the result to be zero.

Development of in-house optical system dedicated to validation of processes in x-ray imaging 开发专用于x射线成像过程验证的内部光学系统

Phase-contrast imaging is an imaging technique, which provides an advantage over the traditional x-ray imaging by improving the contours of the tissues, thus providing higher contrast between tissues. To advance in this filed, the researchers from the Laboratory of Computer Simulations in Medicine are building a custom optical setup to generate diffraction pattern corresponding to the phase contrast data, but in the optical range. This paper reports on the current state of the optical system prototype and its initial validation and use.

Automated Regression Testing of a GCC Toolchain used on Embedded CPU Programs 用于嵌入式CPU程序的GCC工具链的自动回归测试

Because of increased external disturbances, embedded systems are prone to, amongst others, control flow errors. In order to increase their reliability, multiple software-implemented countermeasures have been proposed. To ease their implementation, we have developed a GCC plugin which can automatically implement a variety of existing counter-measures. This plugin is being developed incrementally, continuously adding support for new techniques. However, when developing software incrementally, there is a need for regression testing. This assures previously supported case studies are still operating as expected. This paper presents our approach to automated regression testing for our GCC toolchain.

Test results of the SAMPA-based Front End Cards with Readout Chambers for the NICA TPC NICA TPC的带有读出室的sampa前端卡的测试结果

The Time Projection Chamber (TPC) is the main tracking detector of the NICA Multi-Purpose Detector (MPD). It is a well-known detector for 3-dimensional tracking and particle identification of high multiplicity events. Readout Chamber (ROC) is multiwire proportional chamber with cathode pads. Front end electronics is one of the important element of the TPC. The system contains 95232 channels. Front End Card (FEC) design is based on SAMPA ASIC. Some test results of the FECs with ROC chamber are presented.

Telemetry of Hospitalized High-Risk Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases 住院高危心血管疾病患者的遥测

The paper presents an ECG telemetry monitoring system including: (i) portable analyzers of the heart activity; (ii) hybrid network architecture with wireless (bluetooth) and wired (RS485 interface) parts; and (iii) central unit. The system is applied on 85 cardio-vascular patients in the Cardiology unit of the Department of propedeutics of internal medicine in the University hospital “Alexandrovska” – Sofia. It has helped for the registration of rhythm and/or conduction disturbances in 89.4 % of the patients which has allowed the application of a timely therapeutic treatment. Serious technical failures have not been reported during the follow-up period of the ECG telemetry monitoring system.

Experimental studies of a method of simultaneous contactless transmission of energy and information signals through a common inductive link 一种通过公共感应链路同时传输能量和信息信号的非接触方法的实验研究

Wireless power transfer and two-way transfer of information and control signals by using the same inductive link is a hot topic of research in recent years. Depending on the required transmitted power and the speed of the transmitted information and control signals, several methods have been outlined: a sequential energy and data transfer method, a simultaneous energy and data transfer method, using a change of the frequency inverter and the load resistance, and a simultaneous power and data transfer via frequency multiplexing method. The main focus in the present work is dedicated to the frequency multiplexing method. A mockup was developed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the method and to perform experimental research.

The study of the underwater marine environment in order to apply the results in underwater archeology, seabed research, the construction of military security barriers and others provides a new opportunity for the development of innovative underwater equipment. The experience gained gave us insight of using this technology for developing new measuring systems and systems for identification in marine and underwater environment.

Study of p-type FinFETs’ Parameter Variability Depending on Wafer Location p型finfet参数随晶圆位置变化的研究

In this paper we study the variability of measured drain current, output characteristics and threshold voltage for 14-nm ${p}$-type FinFETs depending on their location on the silicon wafer-three positions on the wafer are considered. The results showed that the technology is steady with weak parameter variability depending on wafer position.

This paper examines the properties and benefits of two types of control drivers for SiC MOSFET transistors. A comparative study of the drivers has been done with regard to turn-on and turn-off times of different types of transistors and also with regard to the quantity of the losses in the drivers at different frequencies.

Measurement of atmospheric pollutants based on electrochemical sensors and digital signal processing 基于电化学传感器和数字信号处理的大气污染物测量

The current paper discusses the design of the pollution and communication system which is capable to measure the H2S levels in very low concentrations in ppb range. The system also reads the temperature and humidity values from the analog output values and send the measured values to the remote server via GSM/GPRS connection, which are stored in MySQL table for further analysis and visualization. This part represents the methods and algorithms to obtain the values of the analog inputs using digital signal processing of the data, measured by integrated 10-bit SAR ADC.
