A variety of processes are utilized for gas transmission. It is important to optimize the operation conditions of these processes to promote efficiency. The operation efficiency of pipeline systems is combined with the purchase and sale prices of gas, the quantity bought and sold of gas and the management costs. Aimed at the maximum operation efficiency, an operation optimization model of gas pipelines is established with consideration of quantity input (output) constraints of each node, operation pressure constraints of pipelines, compressor constraints, valve constraints and hydraulic constraints of the pipeline system. The model adapts to all kinds of pipeline structures and it is solved by the method of adaptive genetic algorithm because of its non-linear form. Based on this, a computer program is developed to optimize the operation conditions of gas trunk lines, gas gathering and distribution network. Finally, an application example is given.

The applications of shopbots have changed the competitive dynamics in electronic markets, and affect the strategic choices of participants. In this paper, how strategic behaviors are implemented for consumers, retailers and electronic markets providers in shopbots markets is probed into. Analyses show, that even with the help of shopbots, consumer won't view price as the only decision factor fully, and consumers' search heterogeneity and personal preferences require that consumer would take price, brand and service quality into account when making shopping decision. Retailer can implement some strategies such as price discrimination and product differentiation to encounter price competition pressure brought in by shopbots. Finally, differentiation and unique product information presentation interface are the key in guaranteeing a sustainable competitive advantage of shopbots provider.

Intelligent evaluation, as an important branch in the field of artificial intelligence, is a decision-making process of simulating the domain experts to solve complex problems. In this paper, we puts forward a kind of intelligent evaluation method based on improved Apriori, which can be used to mine different levels of association rules and evaluate the teaching quality automatically. Firstly, we do some improvement on traditional Apriori algorithm due to its shortcomings. Secondly, we describe the procedure of the teaching quality evaluation based on such improved algorithm. Finally, we give an example and the results show that this method is feasible and effective.

In order to solve the implementation efficiency problem of the network information system security policy, an improved object-oriented Rete algorithm and network structure model are proposed. The control methods of the nodes and tokens in the matching algorithm with the pattern join order are studied, that core idea is to use the separate matches to construct matching tree dynamically based on content for achieving significantly reduce the computational results. The improved object-oriented Rete optimize network structure based on the extended Rete class structure is proposed. Result shows that the algorithm and network structure can effectively improve the efficiency of system implementation.

As the HF sky-wave ionosphere changing, Its useable frequencies not only ensure the quality and pass rates of the existing communication lines but also an indispensable part of a new design communication line. In the case of scarce practical data and priori knowledge, a complete and concise procedure for calculating the MUF and LUF of HF sky wave propagation is proposed in this paper by using and optimizing the available independent and disperse models reasonably. And the results were compared with the test results, it shows that this method has certain reference value and engineering application value.

A Petri Net is a graphical and mathematical modeling approach used to describe the transition of states for an information system. This paper presents a novel technique to generating test cases using a Colored Petri Net (CPN) model. The state space of a model based on CPN provides a solid basis for test cases generation in a form that can be easily manipulated. This technique is based on three testing coverage criteria according to the state space. The advantage of this approach is that the correctness of the specification based on CPN can be validated by simulation tools and the state space can be also generated by state space tools. The case for vending machine illustrates the effectiveness of this method.

An ANN-based dynamic FQFD method is proposed in order to solve the dynamic and fuzzy nature of QFD, that solves the problem of the dynamic nature by using neural network method, while the introduction of trapezoidal fuzzy number for its ambiguity. Firstly, a combined method with neural networks and FQFD is established, after learning and training, the method can quickly and effectively deliver customer requirements to the products designers. Finally, a case study demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method during the course of new products design.

In view of the characteristics of coal bed methane, equation of state BWRS is used to calculate the thermodynamic parameters. Then based on continuity equation, momentum equation, characteristic equations of non-pipe elements and flow quantity balance equation, the simulation mathematic model of coal bed methane transmission pipeline is built. Considering the slow transient characteristic of gas flowing, the implicit central difference method is used to transform partial differential equations of the model into finite difference equations. Aiming at non-linear characteristics of differential equations, Newton iteration format is constructed and the model's solution method is discussed. Finally, MS Visual C++ is utilized to develop a simulation program of coal bed methane transmission pipeline, and the practical application is carried out. The results show the mathematic model built in the paper and its solving method are both feasible. They provide technical supports for reasonable design and operation of the coal bed methane pipelines.
