3-Constant size identity based broadcast encryption means identity based broadcast encryption with constant size ciphertext, public key and private key. Identity based broadcast encryption schemes enable senders to efficiently broadcast ciphertexts to a large set of receivers in a way that only non-revoked receivers can decrypt them. Until now, the best broadcast encryption can only achieve $O(n)$-size public key, constant size ciphertext and constant size private key or $O(sqrt{n})$-size public key, $O(sqrt{n})$-size ciphertexts and constant size private key, which proposed by Boneh, Gentry and Waters in Eurocrypt'05. Naturally, we ask this question: can we construct constant size ciphertext, public key and private key broadcast encryption? It seems very difficult to gain this result. However, when we considering identity based broadcast encryption, this result can be gained. In particular, in this paper we show how to construct 3-constant size identity based broadcast encryption based on identity based proxy re-encryption with the help PKG.

A new method for coloring Electronic map based on RGB information subdivision is proposed in this paper, which can output the RGB value for subdivision zones automatically and build the unique relationship between geographic zone and RGB value, and the position and geographic information acquirement can be achieved more easily. This method is faster than traditional GIS system when searching data from database, because it doesn't need search keywords and zone's location message anymore, simplifying the data structure, cutting down the complexity and computer source and improving the efficiency of search. The analysis of this method and experimental results demonstrate that the method is fairly efficient and convenient.

With two groups of internal state variables and their correlative intrinsic time, a new constitutive equation for rheologic characteristics of soil was developed based on thermodynamic theory and endochronic theory. Numerical solution of the constitutive equation under axial symmetry condition was obtained by optimization. The new intrinsic constitutive equation does very well in simulating the essential features of the rheologic behavior of soil.

The reliability and versatility of the traditional fire monitoring system based on single-sensor information is relatively poor. In this paper, a fire monitoring system based on multi-sensor information fusion is discussed, and which adopts the ART2 (adaptive resonance theory model) and the three-layer BP neural network for two-layer fusion processing for temperature, smoke and CO sensors information, and it comprehensively uses a variety of fire parameters, and the real-time monitoring of fire conditions of the measured environment is realized, and its reliability and versatility are higher.

It is of great importance to build a B-learning model for the students of higher vocational education in China in terms of their all-round development at school against the background of information technology and fierce competitiveness in the field of higher education both at home and abroad . This paper intends to construct a B-Learning model for classroom teaching in vocational college by using B-learning theory and information technology, in which principles of the model designing are discussed, some specific problems analyzed, and proper strategies proposed. It is hoped that what is discussed and proposed here will benefit all the teachers who are involved in higher vocational education in China.

Unlike classification problems, there are no well known approaches to combining multiple clusterings which is more difficult than designing classifier ensembles since cluster labels are unknown. A new algorithm is to use Hamming distance as the similarity metric to find the best partition is proposed. Also a scheme for a selective initial cluster centers by Hamming distance is used in the consensus function, which help us to find the most likely different classes of the data. Experiment results show that the algorithm is more stable, higher performance and more efficiently than other compared methods.

Due to highly complexity of ERP systems, human resources, materials, and times are necessary investments in earlier stage, small enterprises are usually hard to implement the ERP system. Moreover, there are many factors related about how to select a useful ERP system and subjective judgment of decision makers result in promoting the difficulty of ERP system implementation. Accordingly, six factors are constructed to evaluate a useful ERP system from different perspectives, those are conditions of enterprises, supplier of software, consultants of ERP software, function of ERP system, characteristics of ERP system and cost of ERP system. Then Fuzzy AHP method is used to measure the related weights between different factors based on pair-wise comparisons. Accordingly, the condition of enterprise, function of ERP system and cost of ERP system are most important factors for ERP system selection. Top management support and financial condition of enterprise are the most important to all criteria. The implications and suggestions will be discussed later.

Potential game and no-regret learning game based on game theory model of cognitive radio have been analyzed. According to these algorithms, the mathematic model of advanced dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm based on potential game has been brought forward. Finally, the simulations of these algorithms have been proved that advanced dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm based on potential game has the best capacity performance. However, how to reduce the allocation cost when allocating spectrum is also a considerable problem.

in the previous work, the authors proposed an efficient method to abstract human skill based on HHARX model, and successfully applied the obtained human skill models in an automatic driving system based on PC. This paper proposes a method to realize the human driving skill models based on embed microcontroller OMAP3530. In the system, Omap3530 realize real time image collection and processing, driving control commands computing using human driving skill models, mobile vehicle real time driving control, and so on. The obtained driving system can drive the small remote vehicle automatically according the human driving skill models.
