Komparativní studie mezinárodních civilních letišť v České republice 捷克共和国国际民用机场比较研究

The present paper deals with an assessment of the performance of Czech’s 7 international airports in terms of their technical efficiency. This paper aims to assess the efficiency of 7 selected airports in Czech Republic using the DEA method and Malmquist index. The data are collected for years 2015-2018. For the assessment of technical efficiency the data envelopment analysis method is applied with one input and one output. For input was chosen the number of employees, the number of passengers was used as the output. For each airport from the sample as well as for whole sample were calculated the values of the Malmquist index. With help of Malmquist index it was possible to quantify the total factor productivity change and to decompose it to technological change and technical efficiency change. The first part of the paper is devoted to a literature review on the use of the DEA method in assessing the performance of airports and air transport. The second part of the paper describes the methodology of the actual research. In conclusion, the results of the research are discussed. By applying input-oriented BCC model, at least two airports are identified each year as able to efficiently transform the given input into output, because they use best practices and appropriate processes in their operations management.

Regional governments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and communication with the public using social media 捷克共和国和斯洛伐克的地方政府以及使用社交媒体与公众沟通

The two past decades have seen changes in communication between regional government and the public. Namely, the new Y and Z generations are skilled in ICT use and accustomed to immediate access to information using Internet. They also expect not only information but also interactive communication using ICT to be personal and tailored to their specific needs. Governments, including regional governments, have to improve the way they communicate with the public and also include social media in integral marketing communication. Some regional governments put a great deal of emphasis on their social media strategies. On the contrary, some regional governments are not yet able to use social media to communicate with the public. The results of this study show how regional governments from the Czech Republic and Slovakia use social media in 2019. The study is focused on specific aspects of Public Relations and provides ideas for how regional governments can better communicate with their target groups using social media such as Facebook and Youtube.

Size Effects in Drivers of Profitability for Czech adn German Manufacturing Firms 捷克和德国制造业企业盈利能力驱动因素中的规模效应

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) represent the majority of firms within the manufacturing sector in Czechia and Germany; they play a very important role in the economic development and success of both countries. This paper presents a comparative analysis of size-specific profitability values among SMEs and large firms within the Czech and German manufacturing sectors. The data used were extracted from the BACH database of the European Union and cover the latest ten-year cycle (from 2008 to 2017). As with previous research in this field, an analytical model of common financial and accounting ratios is used to derive characteristic effects on profitability of empirically observed driver variables, including taxes, debt financing, asset structures and other aspects of operating profits. Structural differences in these underlying factors are tested for significance and are quantified to measure their impact on profitability. This approach provides valuable insights into the comparative advantages and disadvantages of the different size groups for the two countries. It presents effective starting points for specific benchmarking and the improvement of profitability.

Dopady technologických změn na poptávku po pracovní síle 技术变革对劳动力需求的影响

The technological changes are one of the major factors affecting the labour force demand. The computerization, cybernetization and digitalization will undoubtedly cause changes in the certain professions, the disappearance of certain professions or expanding and the establish of new professions. This paper presents an overview of the possibilities impact on the labour force demand in the context of technological changes in connection with Industry 4.0 and Society 4.0 and the necessary response to expected changes. The paper first introduces job positions and population groups that will be in the endangered category due to technological changes. In connection with the above, there are presented job positions and population groups that will need to be formed into potential new jobs or existing jobs with new requirements for work positions. In this part of the paper are presented strategic documents for the current period with their recommendations. The following part of the paper focuses on new forms of employment, new jobs and new forms of work that can be expected in connection with Industry 4.0 and Society 4.0 and outlines how the company will have to approach the issue. The conclusion summarizes this issue. The paper presents an overview of the research on the impact of technological changes on the labour market.

Podnikatelské subjekty a podpora poskytovaná z fondů EU – případová studie Operačního programu podnikání a inovace (OPPI) 商业实体和欧盟基金的支持——企业与创新运营计划案例研究

Finances are an essential part of entrepreneurial activity without the entrepreneurial subject could not exist. The article focuses on the comparison of entrepreneurs' access to the financial support provided from EU funds, focusing on the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation (OPEI), which was implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The article focuses on an identifying differences in behavior, access and attitudes of small, medium and large enterprises in relation to the provided OPEI support. On the basis of the analysis and testing of the dependencies of the results of the questionnaire survey, it can be stated that the behavior of the beneficiaries varies from one category to another, the behavior of medium-sized enterprises is approaching rather the behavior and characteristics of large enterprises. Based on the answers received in the questionnaire survey, the areas in which the subjects' access differs (eg cluster membership) and areas where access is the same, such as the use of consultancy services, have been identified. The analysis confirmed that smaller businesses do not have the financial capabilities in particular to carry out more projects. The second part of the article aims to find the most appropriate model for identifying entrepreneurial subjects / projects that are potentially at risk of failure to default on project sustainability by assessing the financial health of beneficiaries of OPEI support that can be applied for the current and future programming period. The most suitable model that was identified is Taffler's model. Then the possibility of its application to the current and future programming period, both in the project run / administration phase and in the project application phase, is suggested.

: The paper focuses on outplacement as a concrete form (demonstration) of social responsibility and industrial enterprises sustainable management. The practice shows that businesses often face various problems regarding the lack of professional staff, lack of skills or skills in a particular area, or a surplus of necessary staff. With every situation, the company management needs to cope to ensure the sustainability, competitiveness or the business survival. The research study presented in the paper focused on the current state of need for redundancies, awareness of outplacement options and interest in these programs in case of redundancies. In addressing the issue, age diversity was also taken into consideration with regard to individual generations of employees on the labour market. The outplacement programs provide the enterprise management which has to make redundancies such services or support to redundant employees to enable them to actively seek work. However, the low use of such a form of support for outgoing employees causes low awareness of this possibility, whether by employers or employees themselves. The provision of outplacement services enables the enterprise to demonstrate a sustainable commitment to employee care even in the difficult situations in which the enterprise is set and to maintain the morale of the remaining employees, preserve goodwill and, if necessary, re-engage with former employees. The solved research problem presented in the paper was defined by setting the main research goal and defining research questions. The research results are interpreted through descriptive statistics quantitative methods.
