Evaluation of Uncertainty Measurement of Radionuclides Minimum Detectable Activity in Large Plastic Scinllators 大型塑料闪烁体中放射性核素最小可探测活度的不确定度测量评定

This work is devoted to the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty of minimum detectable activity (MDA) for 137Cs on its gamma radiation with large plastic scintillators (PS) used in the portal monitors (PM). The influence of scintillators volume and irradiation geometry on the MDA evaluation of the measurement uncertainty was studied. It is shown that the estimated expanded MDA measurement uncertainty interval on 137Cs is 21—23 per cent. The absolute value of the MDA measurement uncertainty when changing geometry of irradiation increases 10 times. Change in the volumes of the examined PS causes a change of MDA measurement uncertainty within 10 per cent.

Metrological assessment of the indirect method of measuring the concentration of oxygen in the air 间接测量空气中氧浓度方法的计量评定

A method for determining the oxygen concentration in the air based on the meteorological parameters of the environment is considered. Metrological parameters of this method are considered. The extended uncertainty of the method is estimated from the results of Monte-Carlo simulation. Prediction of the volume concentration of oxygen in the air was carried out using an inverse functional relationship established using the discrete Fourier transform.

Influence of Measurements Uncertainty on Uncertainty of Gilbert-Huang Transform Modes 测量不确定度对Gilbert-Huang变换模态不确定度的影响

The approach to simplifying the identification of a system using the input and output non-stationary or stationary processes is proposed in the article. The realizations of the process (input and output signals) are converted to the sum of individual components (modes) based on the Hilbert-Huang transform, and then the corresponding modes of this transformation are used for the virtual subsystem identification. The identification quality depends on the measurement uncertainty of both the signal and its Hilbert-Huang modes. The influence of measurements uncertainty of the signal on the individual modes’ uncertainty, considering important factors, is analyzed in the article. The obtained results extend the conditions for solving the problems of system identification.

Organo-Inorganic Luminescent Hybrid Materials Based on Lead Fluoride and Organic Phosphors 基于氟化铅和有机荧光粉的有机无机发光杂化材料

Hybrid organo-inorganic materials were prepared by solid-phase synthesis and by co-precipitation from aqueous solutions with phosphors — 8-hydroxyquinolates and diketonates of metals with hydrofluoric acid and ammonium fluoride. The photoluminescence spectra of the obtained hybrid materials were analyzed. A comparison was made with the spectral-luminescent properties of previously obtained hybrid materials by the melt technique using low-melting lead oxyfluoride glasses.

Laser Emission of Dye Solutions co-doped with Silver Nanoparticles 纳米银共掺杂染料溶液的激光发射

In this work dependence of laser emission intensity of liquid solutions of laser dyes Rhodamine 6G, Sulforhodamine 101 and their mixtures doped by silver nanoparticles on the concentration of nano-additives was investigated. It was found that with an increase in the concentration of nanoparticles to a value of 4•10−4 mM, the emission energy of nanocomposites increases. It was observed both for nanocomposites containing one dye and for nanocomposites with a mixture of these dyes, between the molecules of which donor-acceptor transfer of excitation energy is possible. It is shown that the increase in emission energy is due to the appearance of strong plasmon-induced optical pumping fields in the vicinity of the nanoparticles. In a nanocomposite with a donor-acceptor mixture of dyes, strong local fields arise not only at the pump radiation frequency but also at the donor emission frequency. This is equivalent to an increase in the efficiency of excitation energy transfer in the donor-acceptor pair of molecules. The effect of an increase in the excitation rate prevails with an increase in the concentration of nanoparticles to a value of 4•10−4 mM. With a greater concentration of nanoparticles, the losses due to nanoparticle scattering and absorption become significant, which leads to a decrease in the lasing energy.

Laser-controlled Interaction of Cytocrome c with Lipids May Not Disrupt Apoptotic Pathway 激光控制的细胞组c与脂质的相互作用可能不会破坏凋亡途径

Association of globular protein cytochrome c with lipids causes structural rearrangement of the former and may lead to apoptosis and cell death via corrupting energy metabolism in mitochondria. Laser light could change the kinetics of protein-lipid complex formation. To get insights into the possibilities of laser triggered photo-inactivation of apoptosis-leading interactions of haemoprotein with lipid membranes we have studied the effect of HeNe laser irradiation of protein solutions and aqueous suspensions of liposomes of different lipid composition on the process of complex formation between cytochrome c and spherical lipid vesicles. It was shown that laser light is not able to decrease the constant of association especially with liposomes containing cardiolipin. Mechanisms of established effect are under consideration. Further experiments with laser-treated mitochondria and different modes of laser application are planned to substantiate the viability of assumed pro-apoptotic treatment.

The mathematical model of the process of heating of biological media by continuous and pulsed laser radiation was created and investigated. The dimensions of the heated area, the time of heating are determined. It is necessary use blue or green laser radiation for creating a local area. The thermal time constant of the process is a few minutes. Therefore, the radiation of the pulse-modulated radiation differs from the constant power only with periodic of pulses more than 1 minute.

The Efficacy of Laser Stimulation and Nutrient Therapy in the Treatment of Accommodative Asthenopia in Students with Autonomic Dysfunction 激光刺激联合营养疗法治疗自主神经功能障碍学生适应性弱视的疗效观察

Vegetative disorders are one of the up-to-date medical topical issues. Up to 90% of adolescents and people of active age suffer from autonomic dysfunction syndrome. The objective of our thesis was to evaluate the efficacy of the course of laser stimulation and nutrient therapy in treatment of accommodative asthenopia, complicated by autonomic dysfunction syndrome in students. Comprehensive examination and treatment of 44 students with asthenia (88 eyes) aged from 18 to 27 years with signs of accommodative asthenopia was performed. After laser stimulation students were recommended to take the Nutrof®Fort vitamin-antioxidant complex 1 capsule once a day within 3 months. Application of Nutrof®Forte vitamin-antioxidant complex within 3 months in students with accommodative asthenopia and autonomic dysfunction normalizes intraocular vessels tone, restores the accommodation reserves in 70.6% of students

The objective of our thesis was to evaluate the efficacy of the course of laser stimulation and nutrient therapy in treatment of accommodative asthenopia, complicated by autonomic dysfunction syndrome in students. Comprehensive examination and treatment of 44 students with asthenia (88 eyes) aged from 18 to 27 years with signs of accommodative asthenopia was performed. After laser stimulation students were recommended to take the Nutrof®Fort vitamin-antioxidant complex 1 capsule once a day within 3 months. The method for solving initial-boundary electromagnetic problems is proposed. It uses the Green’s function method and the Laplace and Meler-Fock integral transforms in a time domain. The model problem of special slotted cone antenna excitation is studied. Integral and series representation of electromagnetic field component are given.

Computed tomography dataset analysis for stereotaxic neurosurgery navigation 立体定位神经外科导航的计算机断层数据集分析

Experience of design methods of image-guided navigation for stereotaxis neurosurgery is described. The above approach allows obtaining high accuracy to identify spatial the position of the reference stereotactic landmarks. Visualization of the contours of the third ventricle gives the ability to calculate the center of intracerebral stereotactic coordinates system. Use of the proposed techniques in the clinic allows significantly (up to 20%) to improve the effectiveness of stereotactic operations in parkinsonism. Methods for computer tomography image processing are proposed and analyzed. Further, increase accuracy stereotactic targeting functional surgery is associated with the development of machine analysis algorithms tomographic data with a view maximum recognition automation intracerebral landmarks taking into account their individual variability and allow to improve systems for surgical planning by using virtual and full-scale simulation modeling of the main stages a surgical intervention.
