The review describes key branches of medicine of the XXI century. The authors describe the main direction to provide progress in current medicine: the transition from classical clinical diagnosis to personalized one (1); testing human predisposition to various diseases at the genomic level (2); and selection of individual drugs and treatment regimens, its monitoring, through the use of biomarkers (3). The mechanisms of action of various directions of multidimensional biology in specialized medicine are considered.

The study presents the results of defining some physico-chemical properties (viscosity and sliding friction coefficient) and four biochemical indices of oral fluid in 146 patients after installation of fixed dentures relying on intraosseous implants. On the basis of clinical examination, the prosthetic patients were divided in two clinical groups with different risk of poor or uncompleted adaptation to fixed dentures. Forty-eight peoples being practical health, made up a comparison group. As a result, we conclude, that the inclusion of used methods in the diagnostic complex to control osseointegration and adaptation of prosthetic patients allows more accurate predict the risk of late complications after dental implantation. These changes are in correlation with the classical signs of inflammatory processes in peri-implant tissues in the X-ray examination, including determination of bone density around implants.

The urgency of solving the problem of heat losses on heating mains and сentral boiler houses in poultry houses is important, since the efforts of poultry farms are focused on improving the devices and heating systems in the poultry houses themselves. One of the directions of the solution of this problem is the use of exclusive qualities of infrared heating in the variant where its specific advantages of selective heating of a given object are revealed as much as possible, excluding intermediate heat carriers. Thus, the calculation of the relationship of dark infrУared heating systems in addition to traditional microclimatic systems in poultry farms from different regions of the Russian Federation has shown high efficiency in the operation of this design.

Currently, modern poultry farms are located in regions with different climatic conditions. On this basis, the component of the electric power is great in power engineering, the combined heating and ventilating systems, lighting and local heating of poultry farms in the territory of the Russian Federation are based on these constructions. Analysis of energy costs of poultry farms showed that, of the estimated options to reduce the cost of electricity for poultry farms, one of the most effective can be an alternative source such as the generation of its own electricity. Naturally, for biological production with a continuous technological cycle, such as poultry farming, we are not talking about 100 % replacement of power grids - they remain to cover 45-55 % of the needs of the factory and serve as a reserve for the rest.

Representatives of sulfate-reducing bacteria are among the oldest microorganisms on Earth and play a key role in the global biogeochemical cycles of carbon and sulfur, especially in marine ecosystems. Using the modern molecular biological methods based on the analysis of genes 16S rRNA and dsrAB the heterogeneous phylogenetic composition of different communities of sulfate-reducing bacteria in the water column and sediments of the Barents, Baltic and Black seas was studied. In particular, we have found representatives of the genera Desulfovibrio,Desulfomicrobium, Desulfotomaculum, Desulfococcus, Desulfosarcina, Desulfobacter. For the first time, pure cultures were obtained and the psychrophilic black sea sulfate-reducing bacteria from the water column and bottom sediments of the Black sea were fully characterized. In particular, we described as a new species of Desulfofrigus euxinos, which has a wider range of used donors and electron acceptors than a typical strain.

The paper attempts to use an indicator of the number of fleas of different species in the natural focus of the plague to assess the intensity of epizootics. The correlation between the number of fleas of seven species and the number of isolated strains of plague microbe is established. It is shown for small species to be more often involved in epizootics during their intensive course, which corresponded to the first period of the focus activity. In the second period characterized the tendency to decrease the share of small species in the epizootic process. The third period demonstrated a significant difference with the first two previous ones. The detection insamples of field material of infected secondary carriers of these species or random carriers was indirect evidence of intense epizootics.

In the framework of the study, the degree of defragmentation of DNA by the DNA-comet method is evaluated when exposed to the cell culture of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and an in vitro model is developed to evaluate the antioxidant activity of new pharmacological agents. The results of working with cell lines show that the percentage of damage to the genetic material of cells of intact samples does not greatly vary from the method of removing the cellular monolayer from the culture plastic. Concerning the effect of H2O2 as an inducer of oxidative stress on DNA cell damage, the optimal level of DNA defragmentation has been modeled for subsequent studies of the protective action of antioxidants.

The state policy in Russian Federation in the field of nutrition is aimed at the development of advanced food technologies and the development of food-enriching systems of functional orientation. Rheological properties of model systems with different moisture content on the basis of wheat germ cake as a by-product of flour and oil extraction production were studied. In this paper we investigate a model food system based on wheat wheat germ oil cake of various degrees of hydration with a moisture content in the range of 59-68 %. Rheological properties of food systems were controlled with the help of informationmeasuring system including the device “structure Meter ST-2”. Calculation of normal stress showed that with the increase in the mass of water in food systems in the extrusion mass through a die, the mechanical stresses were reduced.

The article summarizes foreign and own research on the development of photometric methods for the diagnosis of nitrogen nutrition of plants. Previous own research has shown that ground and aerospace surveys can be successfully used to diagnose nitrogen nutrition of plants. However, despite significant advantages over traditional chemical diagnostics, both terrestrial and space indications of the availability of agricultural crops with nitrogen have certain limitations: terrestrial - by the scale of coverage, aerospace - by time parameters. At the same time, it was shown that the use of low-flying aircraft, in particular helicopters, is most suitable for photometric inspection of crops, although its application has a significant limitation - at the cost of diagnostic work In this regard, the most promising for the rapid diagnosis of nitrogen nutrition of plants is the use of unmanned aerial vehicles - UAV, equipped with appropriate photometric equipment. Testing the effectiveness of remote, using unmanned aerial vehicles, diagnosis of nitrogen nutrition test culture - winter wheat in the field experiment with increasing doses of nitrogen fertilizers showed a close dependence of the UAV instrument readings, namely the vegetative index (NDVI), with the supply of plants with nitrogen. Efficiency and technological simplicity, as well as the economic component of the use of unmanned aerial vehicles for monitoring crops of crops, essentially open a new page in solving the problem of nitrogen nutrient nutrition in plants.
