Agriculture plays a vital role in the economic development of Davao Del Sur, Philippines. However, traditional farming methods often limit productivity and sustainability. As the sector faces numerous challenges, such as climate change, resource scarcity, and changing market demands, innovative solutions are essential to enhance farm management practices. In recent years, agricultural engineering innovations have gained attention as a means to address these challenges. Further, analysing how innovations benefit women farmers can maximize their positive impact. However, some innovations that enhance efficiency may not adequately address women's unique needs. The literature review evaluated current relevant literature and shed light specifically on the existing agricultural engineering innovations employed by one of the agricultural provinces in the Philippines, Davao Del Sur, and highlighted local government units' attention to employing a top-down approach to a more grassroots-oriented approach and provide significance of collaboration to create public value understanding that innovations will be cascaded down to where it matters, and also learn from the feedback of specific areas as to what their needs are specifically women farmers. The aim of this research is to investigate the extent to which Greek primary school teachers plan the L1 (first language) lesson, the teaching approaches they use as well as the teachers’ opinions regarding ways to strengthen the students’ interest in the lesson. For this purpose, an individual questionnaire was created and distributed to teachers at primary schools in order to research the way in which they plan the L1 lesson and the criteria they use for the selection of the teaching objectives and teaching content. The analysis of the data obtained shows that teachers plan their lessons based on the everyday life and the needs of their students and, to a lesser extent, on the teaching objectives of the Curriculum. The inclusion of both their teaching identities and those of their students is considered an important factor in lesson planning. Digital literacy, constructive collaboration, interdisciplinarity and experiential learning emerge as crucial aspects that contribute to strengthening the students’ involvement in language learning. The Treatise on Music by Eugenios Voulgaris is a short work of 28 pages that presents his views on the power, virtue, and use of music. The treatise reflects the spirit of the European Enlightenment. Rousseau and ancient Greek philosophers, such as Plato and Aristotle, are the basic sources for Voulgaris' Treatise. His views concern the importance of music on all living organisms, on all aspects of human life, on the praise of God, on education, on work, on intellectual entertainment, on therapy, and on social harmony. Music can also be an indicator of the spiritual and physical state of man. Furthermore, the Treatise on Music highlights the interest that existed at that time among enlightened people in art issues.

This study investigates the impact of pastors' family well-being on pastoral ministry within the ADEPR Nyamasheke Local Church. Recognizing the integral role pastors play in the spiritual guidance and growth of congregations, the research explores the reciprocal relationship between pastors' family well-being and the effectiveness of pastoral ministry. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study involves surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions with pastors, their families, and congregants. The research aims to quantify and qualitatively assess various dimensions of pastors' family well-being, including economic stability, emotional health, and familial relationships. Additionally, the study examines the perceived impact of pastors' family well-being on key indicators of pastoral ministry effectiveness, such as congregational growth, community impact, and pastoral satisfaction. The findings of this research chart provide a comprehensive analysis of the Church's leadership effectiveness, revealing strengths and weaknesses through expressed percentages. While an overall frequency suggests a perception of weak leadership, a minority of respondents express satisfaction in certain areas. Pastors, Mothers' Union members, and choir group leaders particularly commend aspects like the leadership system, individuals with gifts, and effective management. However, the item indicating 18.48% reveals a shortage of qualified staff, a concern elaborated in a previous table. Additionally, the 21.12% representing management underscores perceived challenges in organizational effectiveness. This nuanced examination unveils a complex narrative, portraying both positive and concerning aspects of leadership within the Church. Contribute valuable insights to the understanding of the interconnected dynamics between pastors' family well-being and the overall success of pastoral ministry within the unique context of the ADEPR Nyamasheke Local Church. The implications of the study may inform pastoral training programs, church policies, and community engagement strategies to enhance the holistic well-being of pastors and, consequently, the vibrancy of pastoral ministry. Climate change and environmental degradation are significant threats to the survival of humanity. However, existing research focuses on the nexus between climate change and environmental degradation, highlighting the causes that strengthen the relationship. Despite experts expressing strong sentiments about the two phenomena being risks to global security, the assertions have drawn inadequate attention from scholars and practitioners, who prioritize illustrating the causes and impacts of climate change and environmental degradation instead. This narrative review aims to fill the gap by presenting evidence that affirms the theory about climate change and environmental degradation being primary security concerns for contemporary society. Climate change and environmental degradation cause security concerns through threats to military infrastructure and installations, depletion of resources leading to conflicts over disputed claims, and displacement of people, causing migration and refugees. Therefore, mitigating the causes of climate change is the most plausible strategy for reducing the threat to national and global security. Article visualizations:

High-quality education is considered as a crucial issue for every organised society since it prepares the next-to-come generation of active citizens. The assessment of the quality of education comprises the research object for a large number of researchers and members of the educational community, since through it the content and results of the assessment itself are examined. A structural feature of quality in education is the curriculum, inside which the very purpose of Kindergarten is reflected, which is no other than the wholesome development of toddlers. The objective of the present study was to investigate the views of general and special education teachers concerning the assessment of content as well as the operation of the curriculum proposed for the educational rank of Kindergarten. The study was conducted during the 2022-23 academic year, with the participation of 1204 educationalists (N: 864 general education Kindergarten teachers, N: 337 special education Kindergarten teachers) from all over Greece. The results of the research showed that the assessment of the pupils’ advancement relates to the type of education, whether, that is, the educationalists are employed within general education facilities or in special education ones, as well as to the number of pupils who attend each class. More on this, it surfaced that the dimension “Learning domains”, in which the content of the curriculum is being described, is affected by the number of pupils in each contextual class. In law enforcement and correctional agencies, sexual orientation and gender identity-based harassment and employment discrimination remained persistent until today. Moreover, there is stereotyping involved in the issue of being closeted in the law enforcement agency. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the experiences, challenges, and struggles faced by closeted officers in law enforcement organizations. The study’s participants are closeted police officers, who were chosen through snowball sampling, while data were collected via interview guide questionnaires. The study employs a qualitative phenomenological research approach, focusing on what people experience concerning certain significant life events and how they perceive those occurring. Thematic analysis was employed as the chosen qualitative data analysis approach. The study revealed that closeted gay police officers needed to adjust and adapt themselves to the workplace dynamics to fit in while balancing their values to stay true to themselves. The participants also experienced discrimination, stereotypes, and bullying. The significance of this study is to understand better the experiences, challenges, and struggles of closeted police officers; specifically, to explore their lived experiences in law enforcement organizations, document the difficulties the respondents have faced and the coping techniques they used to overcome the significant challenges in their professions and document how the closeted police officers project themselves during police operations. This study aimed to investigate the likelihood of cheating in a romantic relationship using predictive modeling techniques. The researchers collected data from 500 respondents who completed the Hendrick and Hendrick's Theory of Love survey questionnaire. The results indicated that friendship love received the highest mean score, while possessive love received the lowest. Sex, religion, and education are significantly associated with cheating. The researchers utilized the age and types of love as predictors in an empirical analysis of cheating in a romantic relationship. The model demonstrated a good fit and accurately represented the data. Age and altruistic love were significant predictors of cheating, while passionate and friendship love reduced the likelihood of cheating. Altruistic love contributed the most to cheating among the types of love. The findings suggest that individuals who are older and have a stronger inclination towards altruistic love are more likely to cheat in a romantic relationship. Conversely, those with a greater degree of friendship and passionate love are less likely to engage in cheating. These results underscore the importance of understanding the different types of love in predicting infidelity in a romantic relationship. Article visualizations:

Social Νetwork Αnalysis (SNA) is an important methodological approach but also a valuable instrument for research in social sciences and social issues, including Diversity, Social Capital, and the Trust Crisis. More precisely, a network consists of sets of nodes, ties, and sometimes attributes. Nodes refer to elements of the researcher's project and ties are based on the researcher's interests. In a network, the vital components are the connections and patterns. In the past, the scientific community merely associated social network analysis (SNA) with the quantitative methodological approach. However, this approach has begun to be revised in recent years because the quantitative approach can only solve specific cases that arise in society. On the contrary, qualitative SNA can generate and examine data on numerous social issues. The qualitative SNA is an in-depth approach focusing on the social subject and its connections with other social subjects, institutions, or organizations. This study highlights the importance of a qualitative SNA and offers a distinctive approach to qualitative SNA in the research field. Article visualizations:

The exposure of children to different types of violence in the family environment has harmful consequences for their development. It is essential to analyze the consequences of interparental violence on children who are exposed to it. The objective of this study, initially, is to analyze the life stories of adolescents exposed to interparental violence, as well as the characteristics of the domestic violence to which they were exposed, more specifically, the participants, the context, types, and their frequency. Secondly, we intend to analyze the reactions of these adolescents to this violence, such as emotional, behavioral, attribution of blame, coping strategies, consequences, and future perspectives. We opted for the qualitative methodology, the case study, with multiple cases (three), using the semi-structured interview as the evaluation instrument. The sample is non-probabilistic and by convenience, consisting of three adolescents aged between 13 and 15 exposed to domestic violence between their parents.
