The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence student satisfaction has on the quality of education services, to determine the student satisfaction index on the quality of education services, and to find out which services still have to be improved, paid attention to and maintained. The population in this study are students of Bina Sarana Informatika University and sampling using probability sampling with simple random sampling method. physical evidence, reliability, and assurance variables have a positive and significant effect on the quality of education services. While partially the variables of empathy and responsiveness do not have a positive and significant effect on the quality of educational services. Based on the results of the CSI score, it produces a score of 78%, meaning that students are satisfied with the service. Results with the IPA method, there are still several statements that must be improved. These results cannot be separated from the role of lecturers, administrative staff and sections, facilities and others who are in the Bina Sarana Informatika University environment.

The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between performance-based budgeting and performance accountability of government institutions. Government performance accountability is measured by indicators of program smoothness, budget implementation, performance indicators, financial analysis, evaluation reporting, and program duration. Performance-based budgeting uses measures of accountability and transparency, budget fairness, efficiency, and effectiveness as independent variables. Decisions are made by individuals who have power in the best interests. This research involved 39 department employees, secretaries, section heads, sub-division heads, and work subunits from the Regional Work Unit (SKPD) of the Environment and Forestry Service of Bengkulu Province who helped prepare the government budget. Data was collected through a questionnaire method, and respondents were given one. To analyze the data, the Spearman Rank test and hypothesis testing were used. The results of this research show that the three independent variables-implementation of performance-based budgeting with metrics of budget accountability and transparency, budget discipline, budget fairness, budget efficiency, and budget effectiveness-influence the performance accountability of government institutions

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja pada pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dan populasinya adalah seluruh pegawai Sekretariat DPRD DIY. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu pengambilan kebijakan bagi pemimpin untuk meningkatkan servant leadership di dalam organisasi, sehingga karyawan akan merasa nyaman didalam organisasi memiliki kepuasan dalam bekerja dan mengurangi tingkat turnover intention pada pegawai.Kata Kunci: Servant leadership, Motivasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja, Kepuasan kerja

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dual roles and work motivation on the performance of female employees at the North Labuhan Batu Regency Education Office. This type of research is explanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 20 respondents who were female employees of the North Labuhan Batu Regency Education Office. This research uses quantitative analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis using the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination, significant tests (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that the effect of dual roles (X1 ) on employee performance (Y) from the analysis obtained that the significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between dual roles on employee performance. The effect of work motivation (X2 ) on employee performance (Y) from the analysis obtained that a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance.

This study aimed to determine the effect of transactional leadership style and work motivation to organizational performance with job satisfaction as a moderating at the State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) Ambon. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with non-probability sampling techniques which included saturated sampling and obtained 32 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) by conducting a determination coefficient test, model feasibility test and t test to test the hypothesis. Based on the results showed that transactional leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect on organizational performance. The results also show that job satisfaction is not able to moderate the effect of transactional leadership style on employee performance, nor is job satisfaction able to moderate the effect of work motivation on employee performance

In this day and age you can find many shops selling their products through internet media, one of the many products that are sold online is clothing or fashion products. Along with the rise of online stores circulating on the internet, potential consumers must be more confident in choosing products fashion, not all brands and online stores have a good reputation and are trusted, therefore to avoid a series of risks that can occur in online transactions, consumers will tend to seek as much information as possible about the brands and online stores they will choose before making a purchase. This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image on Purchase Intentions through the online store of potential E-Trust Hoodieku customers. This research is a quantitative research using a descriptive and explanatory research design. The population taken in this study was the Instagram Official Store Hoodieku followers. The samples taken in this study were 205 respondents. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the PLS test show that: (1) There is a positive and significant direct effect of Brand Image on E-Trust; (2) There is a positive and significant direct effect of E-Trust on Purchase Intentions; (3) There is a positive and significant indirect effect of Brand Image on Purchase Intention through E-Trust as a mediating variable.

This study examines the effect of service quality, perceived value, trust, and customer satisfaction on loyalty in Patuna Tour & Travel. The data analysis technique used in this study uses a partial least square. The sample used was 360 individual respondents or ex-pilgrims who had, at least twice, used the services of Patuna Tour & Travel in carrying out the Umrah pilgrimage. The purpose of this study is to prove product innovation, price and product quality influence used car purchasing decisions at The King Cobra Auto Showroom, East Jakarta. This research is included in the survey research method, so this research design is quantitative descriptive research. The population referred to in this study is the population of sales data owned by Showroom The King Cobra Auto East Jakarta for the period June 2022 to March 2023. While the sample is important parts of the population on condition that they have experience and have transacted at The King Cobra Auto Showroom, East Jakarta so that this sampling technique includes purposive sampling with a total of 50 respondents. In research is positive so that it uses a Likert scale and analysis techniques in research using SmartPLS using the outer model and inner model approaches. The results showed that used car product innovation did not affect purchasing decisions. On the other hand, the price and brand image of used cars are still considered by consumers in this study in deciding to buy a used car.

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan ekonomi berbasis kampung wisata. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tinjauan kepustakaan, penlusuran online, survei dan wawancara pada informan dan kajian empiris. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kampung wisata yang ada di RW 8 Kampung Melayu Kelurahan Batu Besar Kecamatan Nongsa Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian bahwa strategi pengembangan ekonomi berbasis kampung wisata melalui peningkatan/perbaikan dan penyediaan fasilitas-fasilitas pedukung di lokasi kampung wisata dan lingkungan sekitar, peningkatan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat setempat untuk melakukan usaha dan diservikasi produk hasil laut, perkebunan dan pertanian. Pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi peningkatan program pemberdayaan masyarakat baik oleh pemerintah maupun masyarakat luas termasuk perguruan tinggi, sehingga berdampak terhadap penghasilan pengelola kampung wisata dan masyarakat setempat secara khsusus dan perekonomian daerah secara umum.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Ekonomi, Kampung Wisata.

This research is aimed to find out how the effect of net profit margin (npm), return on assets (roa), debt to equity ratio (der), and earning per share (eps) has on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the index. indonesian sharia shares (issi). this research uses a quantitative approach, with the type of associative research. using secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the indonesian sharia stock index. the population used is all food and beverage sub-sector companies registered at issi during the 2018-2021 period, namely 29 companies. the sampling method used is purposive sampling. the results showed that partially the npm, roa, and eps variable had a significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies. the der variables has no significant effect on stock prices in food and beverage subsector companies. simultaneously the variables npm, roa, der, and eps together have a significant effect on stock prices
