Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendidikan di Gugus Melati Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang memiliki makna mendeskripsikan suatu penelitian yang sedang dilaksanakan. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah PAUD di Gugus Melati Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma sebanyak 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan penekananya pada usaha menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian melalui cara berfikir formal argumentatif. Simpuan penelitian bahwa manajemen pengelolaan sarana prasarana pendidikan di Gugus Melati Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma telah dilaksanakan mulai dari perencanaan, pengadaan, pemeliharaan dan penginventarisan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik namun belum maksimal secara rutin dan berkesinambungan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kerjasama guru dan orangtua dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak kelompok A. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa masih ada beberapa anak yang kurang optimal dengan kedisiplinan baik dari anak maupun dari orangtua, maka dari itu guru sebagai pendidik yang berperan dalam hal pembelajaran memberikan konsep disiplin yang akan ditanamkan oleh guru, selain ini menanamkan kedisiplinan pada anak tentu disini perlu juga peran orang tua. Maka dari itu guru dan orang tua sangat penting untuk bekerja sama agar apa yang sudah diterapkan disekolah akan dilaksanakan juga dirumah. Karakter disiplin yang diharapkan untuk dimilki anak dapai dicapai melalui kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari. Subjek penelitian adalah guru di PAUD Nabilah Bengkulu Tengah yang berjumlah 4 orang guru. Dengan menggunakan analisis data tersebut maka peneliti mengemukakan hasil penelitian bahwa peran kerjasama guru dan orang tua dalam bekerjasama meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak bernilai sangat baik. Berdasarkanhasil analisis dan pembahasan sebelumnya, maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa peran kerjasama guru dan orangtua dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan anak melalui 10 indikator diharapkan menjadi perantara dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan anak usia dini sehingga pendidikan yang akan diberikan kepada anak bisa lebih optimal.

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ( PTK) yang difokuskan pada situasi kelas atau lazim dikenal dengan classroom action research prosedur yang digunakan berbentuk siklus. Subjek utama dalam penelitian ini adalah anak PAUD AL-KAROMAH desa Kampung Dalam Kabupaten Lebong pada kelompok B berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif dengan penekanannya digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan proses yang dinyatakan dalam sebuah predikat, sedangkan analisis kuantitaif digunakan untuk menentukan peningkatan hasil dengan menggunakan persentase. Simpulan penelitian bahwa dengan menggunakan permainan goncang kaleng dapat meningkatkan motorik kasar pada anak di PAUD AL-KAROMAH desa kampung Dalam Kabupaten Lebong terbukti pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan signifikan, hasil persentase pencapaian mencapai 94 % dengan kriteria berkembang sangat baik.

Early childhood is a very sensitive age range in the development of a child. Growth and development are very important aspects that parents pay attention to their children. This study aims to describe the gross motor physical development of children through games in Padma Mandiri Kindergarten. This research is a research using descriptive qualitative method. Sources of research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The researcher obtained primary data from interviews with school principals and B1 class teachers at Padma Mandiri Kindergarten as well as observations of children's gross motor physical development. Secondary data was obtained from the results of documentation in the form of photographs of children's physical motor development at Padma Mandiri Kindergarten. The data obtained is then collected, reduced, described, tested for the validity of the data and concluded. The results showed that the physical motor developmentof children in Padma Mandiri Kindergarten was very effective because it was given a stimulus in the gross motor development of children by using the playing method, there were twelve children who developed very well fulfilling the four existing indicators, the children developed very well in jumping, running, throwing, tiptoeing, and one child was found who had not developed because it did not meet the four existing indicators, the child had not yet developed in jumping, running, throwing, and tiptoe

Language development is the most important aspect of development. This aspect of development must be achieved from an early age. One of them is the development of expressive language. To achieve optimal expressive language development, all potential can be stimulated by the teacher. This study aims to describe the efforts of teachers in stimulating the development of expressive language in early childhood at the Smart Toddler House Kindergarten, Tanjung Bintang District. This research is a research using descriptive qualitative approach method. Sources of research data obtained from primary data and secondary data. The researcher obtained primary data from the results of interviews with class B teachers at the Smart Toddler House Kindergarten and observations of teachers and children regarding the development of children's expressive language. Secondary data obtained from the results of documentation in the form of photos. The data obtained is then collected, reduced, described, tested for the validity of the data and concluded.The results of the study indicated that the efforts of the teacher at the Smart Toddler House Kindergarten, Tanjung Bintang District, had developed the expressive language skills of grade B early childhood through the storytelling method using finger puppet media which was carried out optimally.

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of children's cognitive development through the media of cardboard number cards in PAUD CERIA, Pagar Agung Village, Seluma Barat District, Seluma Regency, to find out whether the use of used cardboard number card media can improve children's cognitive development in PAUD CERIA, Pagar Agung Village. Seluma Barat District, Seluma Regency. Classroom Action Research (CAR), which focuses on classroom situations, or commonly known as classroom action research, the procedure used is in the form of a cycle. The main subjects in this study were children of PAUD CERIA Desa Pagar Agung Kec. West Seluma Kab. Seluma group B numbered 16 people. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation methods. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive qualitative-quantitative manner with the emphasis being used to determine the improvement in the process expressed in a predicate, while quantitative data analysis was used to determine the increase in yield using a percentage. The research concludes that the cognitive development of children through the media of card numbers from used cardboard in PAUD Ceria Pagar Agung Village, Seluma Barat District, Seluma Regency is well developed.

The method used was PTK with data sources, namely 15 students of Paud AIZA Kepahiang Regency. The results obtained were the development of children's art developed very well with a score of 84.3%. The development of children's art is supported by the media used, namely Smart Hafiz media which has a lot of interesting content so that children's learning activities are not monotonous and the development of children's art is increased.

This study aims to increase the concentration of children through the experimental method of making volcanic lava in HARAPAN BUNDA PAUD, Karang Tinggi Village, Karang Tinggi District, Central Bengkulu. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The subjects in this study were all children aged 5-6 years old, consisting of 24 children. Data collection techniques are done using observation, documentation. The results of the research after the implementation of playing activities to make Mount Merapi lava using experimental methods to increase children's concentration with the theme of the universe of the mountain sub-theme, the sub-themes of Mount Merapi in pre-cycle only reached 35.75% and in the first cycle, the first meeting reached 55.75%. the second meeting reached 64.25%. In the second cycle, the first meeting reached 83.75% and in the second syllable, the second meeting reached 86.75%, each indicator of creativity increased to 83.3%, which increased to 20 children from 24 children. This change is because in the first cycle the child does not get a direct approach, and the child is less interested in the game being carried out, while in the second cycle the child gets a direct approach and the child is interested in the game.

This research was conducted in RA Babul Jannah Bengkulu City. This study conducted a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The purpose of this study is to develop science for early childhood by using herbarium media at 5-6 years old in RA Babul Jannah Bengkulu City. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that early childhood science through herbarium media in RA Babul Jannah Bengkulu City increased, with categories starting to develop (MB) there were 3 children with a percentage rate of 25%, the category developed according to expectations (BSH) there were 3 children with a percentage rate of 25%, including the category of developing very well (BSB) there are 9 children with a percentage rate of 50%.
