The method of automatic estimation of segments of aerial photographs on the two-stage concept concerning deciphering informative value is offered. The direction of increase of efficiency of application of such complexes in crisis situations is defined. The methodology of automatic evaluation of aerial photographs segments to find out the presence of deciphering informative value according to the two-stage concept is revealed. The stages of transformation and coding of aerial photograph segments by the technology of selection of key decryption features in the monitoring system are substantiated.

Usage of Fourier transformation theory in machine translation 傅立叶变换理论在机器翻译中的应用

This paper is devoted to the study of machine translation based on Fourier transformation theory. Scientific and technological progress has led to the increase in the volume of scientific and technical information. A translator cannot cope with this flow of information. The use of machine translation is effective because of the high standardization of translation. Statistical machine translation is generated on the basis of statistical models. The task of the statistical machine translation is not to translate the text but to decode it. In this work, we propose to use Fourier transformation technique in statistical machine translation based on the methods of summation of Fourier series given by the set of functions of natural argument as opposed to existing ones. The proposed technique increases the efficiency of the machine translation.

Research on the Formation Level of Methodological Competence of it Disciplines Teachers 信息技术学科教师方法论能力的形成水平研究

In this article we ensure that the quality of education is directly linked to the quality of teaching, especially with methodological/didactic competence. We claim that the quality of formation and development of digital literacy of the population directly depends on the quality of teaching, and therefore on the formation of methodological competence of teachers of IT disciplines. In this study, we consider this issue, analyzing the level of formation of methodological competence of teachers of IT disciplines.

Technology for Protecting Video Information Resources in the Info-Communication Space 信息通信空间中视频信息资源保护技术

Practical aspects of realization of technology of cryptocompression representation of images are presented. The technology is based on a combination of image compression methods and cryptography. Its use provides increased efficiency in the formation of an encrypted code sequence of images with the elimination of redundancy of information without loss of quality during its storage and transmission in info-communication systems for crisis purposes.

Synthesis of the Structure of Multilevel Hierarchical Systems of Increased Survivability Based on a Subjective Probability Model 基于主观概率模型的高生存能力多层分层系统结构综合

The paper is devoted to the synthesis of complex, multilevel hierarchical systems of high survivability, in particular, telecommunication (computer) networks. The computer network is constantly exposed to the destructive effects of the environment in which it operates. Therefore, there is an urgent problem of increasing survivable telecommunication (computer) networks for counteract of such influences, and maintaining the efficiency of such systems.Destructive effects on the network are usually random, but the assessment of such random events, based on classical probability theory, encounters serious difficulties because such events are not systematic and are not massive, which are necessary to assess the frequency of events that determine their classical probabilities.The paper proposes a model for the synthesis of a survivable hierarchical telecommunication (computer) networks. This model is formulated as the problem of nonlinear Boolean programming. The model uses subjective probabilities of efficiency of connection of various devices of a network in the conditions of destructive influences. The network is formed according to the criterion of maximum survivability (subjective probability of network operation under destructive influences).The proposed approach is studied on hierarchical telecommunication (computer) networks. However, the generality of the approach to the construction of survivable hierarchical systems, gives hope for the implementation of the developed approach to the synthesis of survivable multilevel hierarchical systems in other areas, including organizational management, political and economic systems.

The method of improving the signal detection quality by accounting for interference 考虑干扰因素提高信号检测质量的方法

In the process of detecting the radio signal of information transmission in information systems, an urgent issue is to increase noise immunity. The article investigates the peculiarities of using low - pass filters with quadratic and linear dependence of the response on the input signal. It is shown that the principle of operation of filters is that the summation process is performed. In this case, the useful signal is summed coherently, and the interference signal is incoherent, ie the useful signal increases and the interference signal decreases.When influencing the input of linear and square filters, a rectangular pulse that mimics the signal of modern digital radio signals, the necessary parameters for further use of input and output signals are determined: mathematical expectation, correlation coefficient, variance, standard deviation.It is proved that the use of narrow-band low-pass filters in the process of signal processing allows to increase the noise immunity of the system for detection, recognition and localization of radio signals by 11%.Modeling of the process of filtering radio signals at different correlation coefficients is carried out. The simulation results confirmed the results of theoretical calculations.

Evaluation of the Coherence of Ukrainian Texts Using a Transformer Architecture 用变压器结构评价乌克兰语文本的连贯性

The coherence of a text interprets the thematic connection between the different parts of the text. According to the lack of the unified structure of a text and the necessity to estimate the semantic meaning of its parts, different machine learning methods, namely, deep learning techniques should be used to evaluate the coherence of a text. In this paper, different baseline and state-of-the-art methods of the coherence evaluation based on deep learning paradigms have been analyzed in detail. According to the disability of analyzed methods to take into account both word ordering and long-distant relations within a text, a new Transformer-based neural network model has been proposed. The principle of work and advantages of a self-attention mechanism has been considered. The training of the proposed model has been performed on the corpus of Ukrainian news. In order to estimate the accuracy of the model and to take into account the imbalance of classes, corresponding metrics have been calculated with further detection of an appropriate threshold value of an output. The effectiveness of the model has been examined on the document discrimination and insertion tasks. The results obtained may indicate that the proposed model outperforms baseline methods and can be used to estimate the coherence of both Ukrainian texts and foreign language documents.

Secure Based Traffic Engineering Model in Softwarized Networks 软件网络中基于安全的流量工程模型

The paper presents the secure based Traffic Engineering Model in softwarized networks. The proposed mathematical model belongs to the class of flow solutions and is a development of the classic Traffic Engineering model. The novelty of proposed model is the modification of the load balancing conditions in the software-defined network, which in addition to bandwidth (service quality indicator) also takes into account the probability of compromising it (network security indicator). Within the proposed model, the obtained routing solutions are aimed at reducing the load on communication links, which have a high probability of compromise, by redirecting traffic to more reliable ones. The numerical example demonstrates the efficiency of the model and the adequacy of the obtained route solutions.
提出了软件网络中基于安全的流量工程模型。所提出的数学模型属于流解的范畴,是对经典交通工程模型的发展。该模型的新颖之处在于修改了软件定义网络中的负载均衡条件,除了考虑带宽(服务质量指标)之外,还考虑了损害带宽的概率(网络安全指标)。在提出的模型中,得到的路由解决方案旨在通过将流量重定向到更可靠的链路来减少通信链路上的负载,因为通信链路有很高的泄漏概率。数值算例验证了该模型的有效性和得到的路径解的充分性。

Intellectual Fuzzy System Air Pollution Control 智能模糊系统大气污染控制

The paper investigates the problem of using fuzzy logic to build intelligent decision-making systems. The directions of application of fuzzy logic, as well as tools for modeling a fuzzy intelligent system for making decisions about the current state of an object are analyzed. The fuzzy logic is investigated and the corresponding fuzzy inference algorithm is chosen. All possible states of an intelligent system are determined, membership functions are constructed. Based on expert decisions, the system’s rule base was formed. For the practical implementation of an intelligent decision-making system, an air pollution analysis system was developed. This system allows assessing and making decisions about the current state of indoor air pollution.
本文研究了利用模糊逻辑构建智能决策系统的问题。分析了模糊逻辑的应用方向,以及模糊智能系统的建模工具,以对对象的当前状态进行决策。研究了模糊逻辑,选择了相应的模糊推理算法。确定了智能系统的所有可能状态,构造了隶属函数。在专家决策的基础上,形成了系统的规则库。为实现智能决策系统,开发了大气污染分析系统。该系统允许对室内空气污染的现状进行评估和决策。
