This paper presents a new model of M2M traffic of wireless sensor networks. Internet of Things traffic is a significant component of modern networks traffic. Such traffic is used today by modern M2M devices. The peculiarity of M2M traffic consists in its generation by a large number of devices. The number of such devices can be many times greater than the number of regular users. The share of this traffic is more than an order of magnitude less than the video traffic. M2M device traffic is poorly understood and much less predictable. Thus, when developing new technologies, it is necessary to focus a lot on this traffic. The paper contains the results of M2M traffic analysis and develops model of M2M traffic. The 3GPP model was chosen as the base model. The analysis of this model is given, and also its modification is offered. This model allows to simulate the traffic at the unlimited time interval. A feature of this model is the stability characteristics of the devices. It allows to evaluate not only the initial attempts to transmit messages, but also attempts caused by reduced service quality. The mathematical description of the model and simulation results are obtained in the research. It describes the traffic of M2M devices and its impact on quality of service in the network. The obtained results can be used to model the traffic of M2M devices and to select their parameters. In addition, algorithms have been developed to control M2M devices during possible overloads.

An approach to the construction of a code description of DCT transformants, taking into account the structural features of their binary representation, is presented. It is shown that the proposed model for constructing the code has the ability to reduce the initial number of bits, and also allows you to form a code description of the transformant by a set of independent code blocks. This makes it possible to use this coding method in a video bit rate control system.

An information model, which reflects the general procedure for solving the problem of choosing rational variants of design solutions in the design of special information and communication systems is considered. The problem is presented as a problem of multicriteria choice of alternatives. An important aspect of the proposed information model is the customer’s preferences, which are formulated as a set of quantitative and qualitative characteristics and combined in the customer’s profile.

The modern information space, as a collection of heterogeneous information resources, is a rather aggressive environment that has a negative destructive effect on the psyche of users, primarily adolescents. To identify such negative influences, a technique for decoding the phonetic display of the sound space of an information resource is needed to identify destructive modifications. Therefore, it is proposed to improve information technologies to counter threats to information and psychological security of adolescents.

All alkylation processes with sufficient intensity are possible only in the presence of a catalyst. The impact of changing the state of the catalyst is established. A mathematical model has been developed. The use of the optimal system is impractical due to the existing non-predictable perturbations. It was found that in the presence of aluminum chloride there are adverse reactions. As a result, the value of the pre-exponential multiplier and activation energy changes. The synthesis of H∞ regulator is considered.

A production complex design process arises problems of its general condition identification with subsystems parameters values. A large number of subsystems increase a decision-making time significantly, and after obtaining the integral state estimate it is impossible to determine the decisive parameter. The article proposes the method for generating discrete values of a system general state estimation, which allows to single out the controlled parameters values. The comprehensive assessment formation is carried out by combining controlled parameters disjoint subsets states in the set of system states.

In this paper we consider a two-level problem: variational inequality on the set of solutions to the equilibrium problem. Examples of this problem are two-level variational inequality problem and the search of a normal Nash equilibrium. For solving this problem, we propose iterative algorithm which combines ideas of two-stage proximal method, adaptation, and iterative regularization. We obtained the theorem about strong convergence of algorithm for monotone bifunctions of Lipschitz type and strictly monotone Lipschitz operators.

Comparison of floating-point numbers absolute values is implemented by a joint one-step analysis of operands exponents and fractions. Rules for determination of comparison signs for floating-point numbers absolute values, when exponents and fractions are canonically represented, are formulated and mathematically confirmed. An algorithm for a modulo adder usage for initial floating-point values fractions comparison is analytically substantiated. An operation’s implementation with the usage of sign-inverse two’s complementary encoding is proposed for original operands comparison in a scheme of joint adder of exponents and fractions, at the standard outputs of which floating-point numbers absolute values comparison signs are uniquely and consistently formed.
