Development of a Classifier for the System of Automatic Document Processing with Limited Sampling 有限采样自动文档处理系统分类器的开发

the work is aimed at solving the current problem of automatic recognition and processing of scan/photo of documents. To solve this problem, the work uses approaches to artificial intelligence, namely artificial neural networks. The main difference between this work and the existing ones today is the solution of the described problem in conditions of limited sampling. The approaches of neural networks pre-learning using the well-known structure of the autoencoder, data augmentation and minimization of parameters were used to achieve an effective solution at minimal cost.

The Analysis of the Internal Restructuring Method Efficiency Used For a More Compact Representation of the Encoded Data 为更紧凑的编码数据表示而使用的内部重构方法效率分析

A principally new approach to restructuring a data proposed – namely – an internal data restructuring, the essence of which is to identify patterns in the internal data structure of an information resource based on a quantitative sign. Here the quantitative characteristic, namely the characteristic of the number of series units (NSU), is the instrument used to carry out the data restructuring. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the developed method of internal restructuring from the standpoint of a more compact representation of the encoded data is carried out. A statistical approach based on the classical Huffman algorithm is used as a coding tool. The developed method of internal restructuring allows to solve an urgent scientific and applied problem associated with increasing efficiency of information resource data (IRD) entropy coding in terms of information presentation length reduction.

An Approach to Better Portable Graphics (BPG) Compression with Providing a Desired Quality 一种提供理想质量的更好的便携式图形(BPG)压缩方法

image compression is getting more importance for numerous applications like high resolution cameras, computer vision devices, portable instruments, remote sensing imagers, etc. To be useful for practice, an image compression method has to meet several requirements including high compression rate and visual quality, speed of compression and decompression, etc. A novel perspective approach called Better Portable Graphics (BPG) has been proposed recently. Although it aims at providing a desired visual quality using a parameter Q, accuracy of producing this quality is still worth improving. An approach proposed in this paper employs a two-step procedure based on averaged characteristics of the BPG image compression encoder. Experiments have been carried out for a set of different grayscale images. The experimental results show that the proposed approach is able to quickly and efficiently provide a desired visual quality of BPG compressed images with considerably improved accuracy.

Synthesis of High-Speed Neuro-Fuzzy-ControllersBased on FPGA 基于FPGA的高速神经模糊控制器合成

In this paper presents the technology of synthesis and implementation of fuzzy controllers based on neural network with hardware implementation on FPGA, designed for systems of control of high-speed objects and processes of millisecond level. The described technology of synthesis of LFDs based on FPGA neural network allows to implement simple in structure regulators that provide search for control solutions in a time (0.0001… 0.0003) sec, which allows to control objects and processes with order speed (0.5…1.0) 10 −3sec.

Hierarchical Model OF A Complex of IoT Devices Based on the Use of a Wireless Sensor Network 基于无线传感器网络的物联网设备复合体分层模型

Studies of the leading trends in the development of telecommunications show that networks are the basis for building any communication system. The document discusses the problem of providing control of various IoT devices, the diagrams of which are functional elements of a single hierarchical model based on a wireless sensor network. A feature of the hierarchical model is the use of the same type of elements at different levels of the hierarchy. The article presents a technique for constructing a mesh-network, based on the complex application of modern element base, software components and an interface for preparing the system for operation, its use and data analysis. The presented model and its practical implementation can be used as a basis for the IoT laboratory and other applications.

Modeling the Characteristics of the Stabilization Circuit of a Hypothetical Dynamic System 一个假想动态系统的稳定电路特性建模

In the article presents the process of modeling the characteristics of the stabilization chain of a hypothetical dynamic system, based on solving a system of dynamic and kinematic differential equations. The application of this model makes it possible to determine the requirements for aerodynamic, traction and mass-inertial characteristics, improve the control algorithm, develop requirements for the control system components, adjust the control algorithm taking into account the real characteristics of control systems and the guidance scheme of a hypothetical dynamic system. The authors obtained the structure and parameters of a robust controller in the control object pitch angle stabilization loop. The article presents the results of mathematical and software modeling of the dynamic characteristics of the stabilization circuit when changing the parameters of the control object.

Analysis of the Calculus Basis Boundary for Redundant Codes 冗余码的微积分基边界分析

The paper describes an analysis of the calculus basis boundary for redundant codes, needed to protect data from distortions in communication channel. Here the criteria of minimum code distance limit for the codec quality rating was used, excluding the impact of the data transmission medium and modem properties to the data transmission efficiency estimation. It is implied here boundaries of Gilbert-Varshamov, Hamming, Plotkin and Elias.

Analysis of Methods for Creating Media for Long-Term Data Storage 长期数据存储介质创建方法分析

Long-term storage of electronic documents is essential for successful development in various fields of economy, science, and culture. While producing enormous amounts of data, modern society faces challenges related to creating systems for long-term data storage, as well as methods for securing these storages against unauthorised access. As the body of knowledge available to humanity continues to expand, and so do data recording technologies, the importance of developing long-term storage methods increases. We need to ensure long-term storage of genetic and medical and biological information, storing data from routine environmental monitoring, including data from hydro-meteorological monitoring for long periods, seismic tomography data, government records, scientific heritage data, namely published results of scientific research and experiments, bibliographic and factual databases, information about scientists, their scientific activities, publications, projects, etc., information related to complex engineered facilities, and information on cultural heritage of humanity. Several types of data require continuous storage for decades, like archival storage, and even for hundreds or thousands of years, when dealing with genetic data or data that can impact the survival of future generations [3]. Special media for data storage are an important element of systems for long-term storage of electronic documents. Therefore, development of such media represents a scientific and technological problem of high importance. Its urgency is due to the fact that no existing technical means can ensure long-term data storage

While producing enormous amounts of data, modern society faces challenges related to creating systems for long-term data storage, as well as methods for securing these storages against unauthorised access. As the body of knowledge available to humanity continues to expand, and so do data recording technologies, the importance of developing long-term storage methods increases. We need to ensure long-term storage of genetic and medical and biological information, storing data from routine environmental monitoring, including data from hydro-meteorological monitoring for long periods, seismic tomography data, government records, scientific heritage data, namely published results of scientific research and experiments, bibliographic and factual databases, information about scientists, their scientific activities, publications, projects, etc., information related to complex engineered facilities, and information on cultural heritage of humanity. Several types of data require continuous storage for decades, like archival storage, and even for hundreds or thousands of years, when dealing with genetic data or data that can impact the survival of future generations [3].
