Performance is the process of someone's behavior to create something that is the goal of his work. Performance can be affected by a number of factors, including the implementation of SIMDA finance, competence and training. This study aims to determine the effect of implementing SIMDA finance, competence and training on employee performance. This research is quantitative. The number of samples is 60 employees at the Surakarta DPRD Secretariat who were selected using saturated sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique. This research is indicated by the results of t arithmetic > t table (2,638 > 2.003) and sig. of 0.011 <0.05, meaning that it accepts H1, meaning that the implementation of financial SIMDA has an effect on employee performance. So that there is a significant influence between the implementation of financial SIMDA on the performance of the Surakarta DPRD secretariat employees, which is proven to be true. The results of the calculation of the value of t arithmetic > t table (5.259 > 2.003) and sig. of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that it accepts H2, namely competence has an effect on employee performance. So that there is a significant influence between competence on the performance of the Surakarta DPRD secretariat employees, which is proven to be true. The calculation value of t count > t table (3.517 > 2.003) and sig. of 0, < 0.05, it means accepting H3, that is, training has an effect on employee performance. So that there is a significant influence between competence on the performance of the Surakarta DPRD secretariat employees, which is proven to be true. The conclusion of this study is that the application of SIMDA finance, competence, and training has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the Surakarta DPRD secretariat.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar dampak kualitas produk, persepsi konsumen dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk endorsement pada masyarakat di Medan dengan menggunakan word of mouth sebagai variabel moderasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebesar 100 orang responden dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kualitas produk, persepsi konsumen dan brand image berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk endorsement pada masyarakat di Medan. Lebih lanjut, word of mouth tidak memoderasi kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dan juga tidak memoderasi persepsi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian namun word of mouth memoderasi brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian produk endorsement bagi masyarakat di Medan.

Organizations in achieving goals with all the processes require a leadership role. Through capable leaders, they can directly monitor and direct and provide positive input for their employees. This will raise the interest of employees to work harder and produce maximum work results. The work environment needs to be considered to improve performance, because agencies that have a good and comfortable work environment will motivate their employees to work more enthusiastically and passionately. In addition, work facilities are also very necessary in improving the performance of village officials, with complete work facilities, it is hoped that it will be very helpful in completing office tasks so that the resulting performance will be maximal. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of leadership, work environment, and office facilities on the performance of village officials in Kampar District. The population in this study were all village officials in the Kampar sub-district, as many as 189 village officials. While the samples taken were 128 village officials obtained from the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive percentage analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test analysis, and hypothesis testing analysis with the help of SPSS program. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership, work environment and office facilities on the performance of village officials in Kampar District. Suggestions in this study are suggested to village officials to optimize the use of windows as air ventilation and village office buildings in Kampar District need to be equipped with soundproofing. In addition, it is recommended that the village head completes and repairs social facilities that are felt to be lacking or have been damaged.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and training on the passing rate of teacher certification and its impact on teacher performance at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota and teachers of SMAN 2 Bangkinang Kota which were known to be 112 teachers. In this study, the entire population was sampled, so the number of samples in this study amounted to 112 respondents, the sampling technique was called the saturated census technique. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire, research files and interviews and data analysis techniques used in this study used descriptive analysis, questionnaire feasibility test and structural equation analysis with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that competence had an effect on the passing rate of teacher certification at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota, training had an effect on the passing rate for teacher certification at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota, competence had an effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota, training had an effect on teacher performance in SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota and the passing rate of teacher certification have an effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri in Bangkinang Kota.

Para pelaku bisnis UMKM harus mampu mempertahankan usahanya agar tidak bangkrut dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Pandemi membuat keadaan harus berjalan dengan aturan protokol kesehatan. Aturan menjaga jarak membuat konsumen kesulitan untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya secara leluasa, begitupun dengan pelaku usaha kesulitan menjual produknya. Dengan adanya teknologi yang dapat digunakan seperti media sosial dapat sebagai sarana pemasaran dan promosi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penggunaan teknologi komunikasi dengan pendekatan UTAUT (Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology) pada UMKM khususnya yang mengolah produk dari bahan sapi. UMKM yang dipilh pada penelitian ini yaitu Abon Gajah Inggil. UTAUT merupakan sebuah model untuk menjelaskan perilaku pengguna terhadap teknologi informasi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh informasi yang lebih mendalam dari key informant. Tahapan penelitiannya antara lain perencanaan, pengumpulan data, analisa serta kesimpulan dan rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan pemanfaatan media sosial seperti WA dan IG sangat berperan dalam peningkatan kinerja UMKM khususnya bidang promosi yang menjadikan produk dikenal lebih luas. Pelaku usaha tetap memanfaatkan media WA dan IG karena mudah digunakan dan merasa yakin untuk terus menerus memanfaatkan media tersebut. Hal ini karena adanya bantuan dari pihak ketiga serta adanya dukungan dari internal perusahaan dalam menyiapkan baik perangkat keras maupun jaringan internetnya Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi bahwa dengan memanfaatkan teknologi akan dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan.

Performance appraisal is an important thing for every leader of an organization, both public and private organizations. Many factors affect performance either directly or indirectly. This research was conducted at UPT Sungai Duku Pekanbaru and this study aims to determine the effect of motivation on performance, motivation on organizational commitment and the effect of organizational commitment on performance. This study uses primary data and secondary data, where primary data were obtained from seventy-three employees as samples. Data was collected by means of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the SEM (Structural Equition Model) method and assisted by the SmartPLS version 3.00 program. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant influence of the motivational variable on performance, a significant influence of motivation on organizational commitment and there is a significant influence of organizational commitment on performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, self control, and e-money usage on consumptive behavior of PT Pertamina Balikpapan production workers. Consumptive behavior (Y) is the dependent variable while financial literacy (X1), self control (X2), and e-money usage (X3) are independent variables. The results of the classical assumption test state that this study is free from multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The results of multiple linear regression obtained the results Y = 14,883 - 0,354X1 - 0,173X2 + 0,303X3 + e. The results of hypothesis testing with the f test show the results of f count (26,139) > f table (2,67) and the significance level is 0,000 < 0.05, so the first hypothesis is accepted. While the results of the t test show that partially financial literacy is the most dominant independent variable with the results of -t count (-4,454) < -t table (-1,9785) and the significance level is 0,00 < 0,05 so the second hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determination showed R2 = 0.364, which means contribution of independent variables 36.4%, while the remaining 63.6% is explained by other variation that is not examined in this study.
