Pendidikan Karakter sudah mulai hilang dari diri peserta didik. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter melalui keterampilan berbicara. Keterampilan berbicara dibuat dalam dua metode, yaitu metode bercerita dan berpidato. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara, beserta dokumentasi yang merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomelogi. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan dengan triangulasi. Dari Sembilan pendidikan karakter yang dirumuskan Indonesia Heritage Foundation (IHF) ada tujuh pendidikan karakter yang ditemukan pada peserta didik di MDTA Muhammadiyah Pijorkoling. Pendidikan karakter itu terdiri dari kejujuran, cinta kepada Allah, kemandirian, kreatif, rendah hati, percaya diri, hormat, dan santun. adapun faktor yang menghambat implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui keterampilan berbicara yaitu dari lingkungan eksternal seperti tidak adanya dukungan keluarga, pandemi covid-19 yang membuat tatap muka berkurang, tontontan televise dan media sosial yang tak dipantau. Kemudian faktor-faktor yang mendukung implementasi yaitu dukungan dari sekolah dan pihak eksternal sekolah yang harus bekerja sama. Dengan demikian, implementasi pendidikan karakter melalui keterampilan berbicara perlu dilakukan secara signifikan dan berulang-ulang. Secara otomatis, pendidikan karakter tersebut akan teritegrasi pada peserta didik sebagai cikal-bakal masa depan anak bangsa.

This study focuses on explaining the correlation between earnings management, tax avoidance, and the mechanism of corporate governance of public listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Disclosure of corporate social responsibility is the dependent variable tested, while the independent variables used include earnings management, tax avoidance, corporate governance and ownership structure. Company size and leverage are the control variables used in this test. This research was conducted using secondary data and panel regression methods. This study uses statistical programs such as SPSS and eviews. The research sample amounted to 2,160 data or equivalent to 432 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 periods. The results of this study shows that the independent director variable, company size, leverage and foreign ownership had a significant effect, while earnings management, tax avoidance, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the size of the board of directors and commissioners did not each have a significant effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility.

Kinerja karyawan merupakan hasil dari apa yang telah dicapai di tempat kerja dan sangat bergantung pada tingkat kinerja individu. Masalah krusial yang terkait dengan manajemen talenta di berbagai organisasi muncul sebagai tantangan sumber daya manusia utama yang dihadapi perusahaan di berbagai industri. Perusahaan penyedia jasa periklanan atau advertising agency, sebelum pandemic Covid ini memang berkembang cukup pesat di Batam. Pada saat ini di Indonesia dapat dengan mudah menemukan perusahaan advertising agency ini yang biasanya menyediakan jasa untuk perusahaan maupun perorangan untuk mempromosikan produk usahanya. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden yang bekerja pada perusahaan agen periklanan di Batam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada semua variabel independen dan dependen yang diuji.

The financial statements presented must have the quality of information as contained in the principles and applicable laws. To maintain the quality of financial reports, it is necessary to manage regional assets, human resource competencies, and use information technology. This study aims to determine the effect of regional asset management, human resource competence, and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports. This research is quantitative. The population consists of 35 employees of the Surakarta City Tourism Office. The number of samples is 35 people with saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This research is indicated by the results of Result of t count > t table (3.327 > 2.040), sig. of 0.002 < 0.05, meaning that the management of regional assets affects the quality of financial reports at the Surakarta City Tourism Office. Hypothesis 1 is proven true. The result of t count > t table (2,453 > 2,040), sig. of 0.020 < 0.05, it means that H2 is accepted, meaning that human resource competence affects the quality of financial reports at the Surakarta City Tourism Office. Hypothesis 2 is proven true. The importance of paying attention to employee organizational commitment because employees are the main resource and important asset in the company. Companies must be able to maintain or even improve the quality of their employees so that their employees can produce good organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work environment and career development effect on organizational commitment partially and simultaneously. The research used is research with quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing with SPSS 22 software. The population in this study was 56 employees at PT. Tigaraksa Satria. From the research results obtained tcount < ttable (6.606 > 1.68), meaning that the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise with the career development variable obtained tcount < ttable (7.144 > 1.68), meaning that career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Fcount > Ftable (41.716 > 3.26) and a value of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that simultaneously the work environment and career development have a significant effect on organizational commitment.

Kemajuan teknologi telah memberikan kesempatan bagi lembaga perbankan untuk memperkenalkan layanan baru kepada masyarakat. Layanan terbaru, yang kini tersedia di lembaga perbankan di Indonesia adalah layanan mobile banking (m-banking). Ini adalah salah satu pendekatan terbaru untuk pembentukan layanan keuangan melalui teknologi komputer informasi, yang dimungkinkan oleh penggunaan ponsel secara luas. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden yaitu nasabah bank yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile banking di Batam berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Setelah uji data diketahui bahwa hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perceived ease of use dan perceived trust terhadap minat untuk menggunakan mobile banking sementara itu perceived usefulness dan perceived risk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan mobile banking.

Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen berdasarkan uji t diperoleh sebesar thitung > ttabel (5,637 > 1,984) (Sig 0.000 < α0.05). dengan demikian Ho ditolak. kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan promosi terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi kualitas jaringan provider berdasarkan uji t diperoleh sebesar thitung > ttabel (5,555< 1,984) (Sig 0.000 < α0.05). dengan demikian H0 ditolak. kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan kualitas jaringan provider terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada PT. Koperasi simpan pinjam memainkan peranan yang penting terhadap perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat di Indonesia. Tujuan utama didirikannya koperasi adalah menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi nasional adalah untuk melindungi kesejahteraan masyarakat dan telah memperluas pendiriannya hingga saat ini. Dengan tujuan membantu anggotanya, koperasi perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun ada beberapa kendala yang muncul terkait kelemahannya, terutama dalam pengelolaan, keuangan dan partisipasi anggota. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerjanya melalui perencanaan strategis dan partisipasi anggota.

Tujuan utama didirikannya koperasi adalah menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi nasional adalah untuk melindungi kesejahteraan masyarakat dan telah memperluas pendiriannya hingga saat ini. Dengan tujuan membantu anggotanya, koperasi perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun ada beberapa kendala yang muncul terkait kelemahannya, terutama dalam pengelolaan, keuangan dan partisipasi anggota. Employee performance is very dependent on the input generated by the employee and the output unit produced by the employee. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze communication, motivation and work environment influence on performance partially and simultaneously. The research used is research with quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing with SPSS 22 software. The population in this study was 83 employees at PT. Nutrifood Medan. Based on the results of this study, the significance value of communication on performance based on the t test was obtained for tcount > ttable (3.857 > 2.001). thus the conclusion: communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the results of this study, the significance value of motivation based on the t-test was obtained at tcount > ttable (4.912 > 2.001). thus the conclusion: motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. based on the t test, it was obtained that tcount > ttable (2,661 > 2,001). thus H1 is accepted. the conclusion: the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Nutrifood Medan. based on the results of the F test above, the value of Fcount > Ftable is (25,636 > 3.16) (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), thus the conclusion: communication, employee placement and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the work environment and career development effect on organizational commitment partially and simultaneously. The research used is research with quantitative methods. The technique of collecting data in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing with SPSS 22 software. The population in this study was 56 employees at PT. Nusantara Auto Parts. From the research results obtained tcount < ttable (6.606 > 1.68), meaning that the work environment has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Likewise with the career development variable obtained tcount < ttable (7.144 > 1.68), meaning that career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that Fcount > Ftable (41.716 > 3.26) and a value of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that simultaneously the work environment and career development have a significant effect on organizational commitment.
