Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, persepsi harga terhadap niat beli ulang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di apotek K24 cabang Gubug. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan apotek K24 cabang Gubug. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dengan KMO (Kaiser Mayer Olkin) dan loading factor (matriks komponen), uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach alpha dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang, kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat beli ulang, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli ulang. kata kunci :Citra Merek, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Persepsi Harga, dan Niat Beli Ulang.

Kinerja indeks saham ISSI di Indonesia sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Harga closing indeks saham ISSI mingguan di Bursa Efek Indonesia digunakan dalam analisis ini. Analisis ini menggunakan dua situasi yang berbeda, yaitu sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dan selama pandemi di Indonesia, untuk mengkaji perubahan kondisi tersebut menggunakan pendekatan penelitian berdasarkan hipotesis. Teknik penelitian analisis deskriptif komparatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data penelitian diperoleh dari sumber sekunder dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 25 dan uji yang digunakan adalah uji Mann-Whitney. Ada perubahan yang tidak signifikan secara statistik pada kinerja return dan risk saham ISSI sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19, menurut temuan tersebut. Tingkat return indeks saham ISSI meningkat selama pandemi Covid-19. Uniknya tingkat risk ditemukan juga ikut meningkat.

Kebangkrutan merupakan hal yang tidak diinginkan oleh pengusaha manapun dan umumnya terjadi ketika perusahaan menghadapi kesulitan keuangan (financial distress). Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui, menganalisis serta menjelaskan faktor internal maupun eksternal yang mengakibatkan financial distress pada sektor transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan (CR, DER, TATO, dan ROA), kepemilikan saham (manajerial dan institusional), dan indikator makroekonomi (inflasi dan kurs) untuk memprediksi financial distress. Altman Z-Score dimanfaatkan sebagai parameter financial distress. Metode pada penelitian ini ialah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Periode penelitian selama 2015-2019 dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan pusposive sampling. Pengolahan data memanfaatkan aplikasi SPSS 25 dengan analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan DER, TATO, kepemilikan manajerial, dan kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial distress. Sedangkan faktor CR, ROA, inflasi, dan kurs tidak signifikan mempengaruhi financial distress. Serta secara simultan segala faktor tersebut signifikan mempengaruhi financial distress, dibuktikan sebesar 61,2% faktor dalam penelitian mempengaruhi financial distress.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial compensation and teaching motivation on the performance of SK Wahid Hasyim Glagah teachers considering the importance of human resource potential in a school operating system. This research was conducted at the Wahid Hasyim Glagah vocational school, the sample used was 100% of the number of teachers and used quantitative methods. The data were obtained statistically with the SPSS for windows 26.0 program. The results of the study simultaneously financial compensation and teaching motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMK Wahid Hasyim Glagah teachers. Partially, financial compensation and teaching motivation have a significant effect on the teacher's performance at SMK Wahid Hasyim Glagah.

Ethical investment has experienced very fast and high growth over the last decade. The growth and development of this investment occurs both at the local (Indonesian) level and at the global level. In Indonesia, the growth and development of ethical investment can be seen from the increasing number of ethical-based stock indices and the value of stock market capitalization in each of these indices. Meanwhile at the global level, it can be seen from the increase in the value of ethical investments, especially in the five main world markets, namely Europe, the United States, Japan, Canada and Australia and New Zealand. Underlying this phenomenon needs to be explored further on the issue of ethical investment. This article tries to explore more deeply ethical investing, especially regarding the concepts, basis for decisions and approaches (strategies) in ethical investment activities.

In this study, the formulation of the problem "Is there an Effect of Marketing Mix on Customer Loyalty in TIP TOP Restaurant, Saombo Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City?"This research aims: a. to find out and obtain data about the implementation of the marketing mix carried out at the TIP TOP Restaurant, Saombo Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City. b. to find out and obtain data about customer loyalty at TIP TOP Restaurant, Saombo Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City. c. to find out how much influence the marketing mix has on customer loyalty at the TIP TOP Restaurant, Saombo Village, Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City.The sample in this study was taken from the entire population of 97 people, the method used in this research is quantitative research methods (Inferest), where the data collected is verified, validated, and tested for the hypothesis using the t test.Processing data distribution t with dk = 95 and a significant level of 5% obtained t table = 1.661. Thus, tcount>ttable (10.626>1.661), with a correlation coefficient of 0.737.The results obtained by testing the coefficient of determination are 54%, the effect of the marketing mix on customer loyalty, while other factors that are not discussed in this study are 46%. This study aims to describe the effectiveness and obstacles or constraints of the application of the village financial system application (siskeudes) in financial management in Banyudono Village, Dukun District. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type of research. The data used comes from the results of interviews with the Banyudono Village. The data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results show that the application of the village financial system application (siskeudes) in Banyudono Village, Dukun District has implemented this application since 2018. For its application it has been quite effective in helping in financial management and in its management it is in accordance with village financial management procedures or standards, but in operation there are still obstacles that do not have a significant effect, one of which is the existence of an error system when it is being used. The village financial system is very important in village governance where a good village financial management system will create optimal accountability and transparency.

Pada era 4.0 persaingan dalam dunia usaha semakin tinggi, semua pelaku usaha berlomba-lomba untuk meningkatkan penjualan usahanya. usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah misalnya. Banyaknya usaha yang dibangun akan menimbulkan permasalahan yang pasti dialami setiap pelaku usaha, Kebaruan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat variabel yang lebih banyak untuk diteliti. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Kuntitatif dengan jumlah sampel 131 dan metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis yaitu SEM dengan alat Smart PLS versi 3.0. uji yang digunakan adalah uji Outer Model, Uji Inner Model, Uji Mediasi dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji Validitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai Loading Faktor leboih dari 0,7 dan nilai AVE lebih dari 0,5 dinyatakan valid, pada uji Reliabilitas nilai Composite Reliability dan Cronbach’s Alpha diatas 0,7 dikatakan Reliable. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Customer Relationship Marketing (X3)dan kepercayaan (X4) berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan (Y).Variabel persepsi harga (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan (Y). Sedangkan kualitas pelayanan (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan (Y). Dalam uji Mediasi variabel Persepsi Harga terhadap peningkatan penjualan dimediasi Loyalitas pelanggan dikatakan Non Mediation. Variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap peningkatan penjualan dimediasi Loyalitas pelanggn dikatakan Full Mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach emphasizing the analysis on numerical data that is processed by statistical methods. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product attributes, including product quality, design, brand, price and service, simultaneously and partially influence customer loyalty in Gorontalo Post newspaper and analyze the dominant variables affecting customer loyalty. The research results obtained are Simultaneously product attributes consisting of product quality, product style and design, product prices, product brands, product services have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty Gorontalo Post. Partially, each of the independent variables studied, namely product quality, product style and design, product price, product brand, product service has an influence on Gorontalo Post customer loyalty. The dominant indicator in the formation of product quality is the indicator of completeness of news. The dominant indicator in shaping the style and design of Gorontalo Post products is the polite language style indicator. Indicators that have a dominant contribution in product prices are indicators of price conformity with quality. The dominant indicator in shaping the product brand in Gorontalo Post is the easily recognizable brand indicator. The dominant indicator in shaping the Gorontalo Post product service is the Gorontalo Post delivery indicator that is always on time. The product quality variable applied by Gorontalo Post has the most dominant effect on customer loyalty.
