This proceeding includes original and peer-reviewed research papers from the 4th International Workshop on Education Reform and Social Sciences (ERSS 2021), held from November 27-28, 2021 in Chengdu City, China. The aim of ERSS 2021 is to provide a platform for educators, scholars, managers and graduate students from different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss research, developments and innovations in the fields of Education Reform & Social Science. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. ERSS 2021 received 147 manuscripts. And 53 submissions had been accepted by our reviewers. By submitting a paper to ERSS 2021, the authors agreed to the review process and understood that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts were reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who gave detailed comments and-if the submission was accepted the authors would submit a revised version that considered this feedback. All papers were reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors declared their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers did not know each other’s identities, nor did the authors receive information about who had reviewed their manuscript. The Committees of ERSS 2021 invested great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit. With our warmest regards, Yang Zhou Pin Wang Qi Xia Conference Organizing Committees

In the new period, in order to solve the employment problem of college students, vocal school actively promotes the work of enterprise education, and pays attention to continuously improving the entrepreneurial ability and innovative ability of college students. Innovation and entrepreneurship are a new development demand for the cultivation of talents' quality under the social environment of the new era, and it also provides an important target orientation for the in-depth innovation of education. Innovation and entrepreneurship are a new development demand for the cultivation of talents' quality under the social environment of the new era, and it also provides an important target orientation for the in-depth innovation of education. Only by guiding college students to establish a correct concept of employment, helping them to find jobs through multiple channels, and stimulating entrepreneurship to drive employment, can we fundamentally alleviate the employment problem. This paper will analyze the connotation of vocal school enterprise education and ideology, and explore the unique points of its educational integration, to explore the effective strategies for the integration of vocal school enterprise education and ideology education from its content and positive role.

To evaluate the health index of education systems in different countries, the is paper establishes a higher education system health index evaluation model through principal component analysis. Five relevant indicators of six countries were selected for principal component analysis. Through annual relevant data of universities in six different countries in the past ten years, we obtained three indicators that mainly affect the health index of higher education, Cumulative contribution rate reached 93.67%, namely, the proportion of education expenditure, the proportion of international students and the rate of higher education enrollment. Then based on the contribution rate of the three main indexes, we constructed a principal component comprehensive evaluation health index model and obtained the health index of the higher education system in six countries. Among them, India and Brazil have the lowest health index scores, respectively 0.4106 and 0.4183. Therefore, the higher education systems of India and Brazil have a lot of room for improvement. Based on the empirical results, we put forward targeted improvement plans and systems.

In the process of students’ learning English pronunciation, some pronunciation errors caused by the negative transfer of Chinese are caused. If these negative transfer effects of Chinese cannot be overcome, it will hinder the improvement of students’ listening and speaking skills. This article analyzes the impact of negative dialect transfer on English phonetics learning from three aspects: phoneme, coherent pronunciation and intonation, and proposes some coping strategies, hoping to instruct teachers to help students overcome the impact of negative dialect transfer and improve their English pronunciation level during the listening and speaking teaching process.

The signing of Abraham Accords can promote the realization of the common interests among countries to a certain extent. However, it may also trigger some conflicts among nations. This paper mainly analyzes the important factors contributing to the signing of the Abraham Accords from three perspectives: (1) the external factors -- the intervention of the US; (2) the internal factors -- the Arab and Israel’s adaptation to the current international situations; (3) other factors -- the impact of COVID-19, the dictatorship of Arab leaders, and the personal political pursuits of the leaders from other nations. In this paper, Classical Realism is used to analyze the interests between countries, and the influence of some political decisions made by relevant state leaders is supplemented by Neo-realism. Additionally, in this paper, Neoliberalism and Constructivism are also employed to analyze the negotiations between national interests, including compromise, containment, and obstruction, as well as how negotiations promote the realization of common interests. It is expected that this paper can be of some reference significance to future research on the interests between nations as well as their cooperation and conflicts in the context of globalization.

Global warming is accelerating the speed of sea level rise, and more and more island countries are under threat. In our essay, we build the model and develop the environmentally displaced persons allocation policy and cultural protection policy. We use the data from 43 island countries that most at risk of cultural loss to predict changes in environmentally displaced persons population. The sea level submergence model is built by simplifying complex 3D model and computer simulation. Through the model, the environmentally displaced persons population is predicted to reach 6.3 million in 100 years. Therefore, we need to combine the efforts of the international community and NGOs to help environmentally displaced persons.

Purpose: To reduce people’s cognitive anxiety during the special period of the epidemic through the use of information visualization methods, and to build a psychological construction for correct understanding of the epidemic. Methods: Analyze the causes of cognitive anxiety, and propose to reduce cognitive anxiety through data screening and display and visualization design in information visualization design, to reduce people’s cognitive anxiety in emergencies. Conclusion: Through the design of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic data visualization network platform, it provides a valuable model for the research on how to reduce cognitive anxiety through information visualization design.

In this work, I examined different perspectives on the film Your Name, accompanying these notions by the theme of gender opposition and its relation to the ideas of body swap and time travel. The main conclusions are drawn as follows: The concept of ‘body swap’ in Your Name give ‘time travel’ a new definition. It helps the two characters to have recognition to their identities. Gender stereotypes in Japanese lead to the protagonists being questioned because of body exchange, which promotes the growth of the role. Hence, in Your Name, the idea of body swap does not only refer to gender and identities or time swap. It is the exchange from environments to characters’ mental state to traditions, Shinkai motivates the audiences to have a transpositional consideration.

As a new learning method rooted in the Internet and big data, knowledge graph can exercise people's sensitivity and activity of thinking, and plays an important role in cultivating students' innovation ability. However, at present, there are few studies on the combination of knowledge graph and innovation ability. Therefore, this study chooses to combine knowledge graph with college physical education (P.E.) students' innovation ability to carry out research in the field of education. In college P.E., by analyzing the factors that restrict the cultivation of students' innovative ability, this paper puts forward some methods to cultivate students' innovative ability, such as changing educational concepts, innovating teaching contents and teaching methods, adjusting evaluation methods, and innovating teaching modes, to make students become high-quality talents with all-round physical and mental development and the needs of modern society. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously deepen the educational reform, so that students can continuously improve their interest in P.E. and their innovative ability can be stimulated to a greater extent.
