An exploratory design is used among undergraduate students using purposive random sampling technique. In this case, two questionnaires are administered, Self-esteem is assessed by using the Rosenberg selfesteem scale (1965) and English version of Resilience Scale - RS-14 is also used in this study (Wagnild, 2010). Correlational and regression analysis shows statistically significant relationships between resilience and self-esteem (r=0.24**, P<0.01). Self-esteem can be considered a predictor of resilience, which suggests resilience based intervention, should be provided for the students to improve their self-esteem.

— Review of literature is an integral part of a research process. It gives researcher lots of inputs and information from a variety of perspectives, angles and viewpoints on the area of research that the researcher is working on apart from the adjacent areas concerning the same. The review of literature also helps the researcher to gain a new direction for the research and also in even formulating the research problem. Apart from the aforementioned aspects, the review of literature also gives a broader and deeper understanding to the researcher to look at the areas and aspects of research that were done by various scholars cutting across geographies around the world. The aspect of describing and writing the review of literature varies in a multitude of forms and dimensions across various streams. There are also differences especially with respect to the subjects concerning the research stream. This research paper is envisioned to establish the differences between the description of review of literature in social sciences and applied sciences.

Quantitative research as the name suggests is about quantities i.e. numbers. Qualitative research is about relating to quality or kind. Surveys, questionnaires are some of the popular quantitative research approaches. Film analysis, pictorial analysis are some of the popular qualitative research approaches. There are rigid methods under which quantitative research studies are confined to and mostly do not venture into other branches of studies. Qualitative research have more scope and depth when venturing into other areas such as semiotics, iconography, designing etc. The researcher can venture and get a much deeper understanding in areas more in qualitative research than in quantitative research. This research paper is envisioned to establish a comparison between quantitative and qualitative research in the stream of social sciences.

The empowerment of women is one of the central issues in the process of development of countries all over the world. Tamil Nadu has a glorious tradition of recognizing the importance of empowering women over several centuries now. There is an acute need among the poor for credit, both for consumption and production, which often forms the declining line between survival and succumbing to poverty. Dr. Jaya Arunachalam initiated a social organization, Working Women's Forum (India) in 1978 to develop the total human resource potential of very poor women workers in the informal sector. Working Women's Forum (India) which provides an organized platform, access to credit, education, healthcare, training/orientation towards promoting social and financial independence to fight poverty and gender discrimination, matching the Millennium Development Goals of the UN. The paper is based on annual reports and articles on WWF. The paper makes an attempt to understand the services of WWF that illustrates poor women to move out of poverty and dehumanization. This paper also attempts to analyze women‘s role as leaders.

The Triple Layered Business Model Canvas is a platform for experimenting with new business models that are focused on sustainability. It adds two levels to the original business model canvas: an environmental layer based on a lifecycle perspective and a social layer based on stakeholder perspectives (Cardeal, Höse, Ribeiro, & Götze, 2020). The three layers of the business model, when examined collectively, make clear how an organization generates different sorts of value – economic, environmental, and social. Visually depicting a business model using this canvas tool aids in establishing and communicating a more holistic and integrated perspective of a business model, as well as in creatively innovating towards more sustainable business models (Daou, et al., 2020). This review article analyzes the triple layer business model canvas tool and highlights its essential characteristics. By providing a design tool that structures sustainability challenges in business model innovation, this tool adds to sustainable business model research. References

Electoral victory is based on the decision of voters in any democratic society. Voting behaviour is a form of election behaviour. Elections must represent the free expression of the people’s will to be considered credible. As a result, elections must be open to everyone, inclusive, and responsible. In this aspect, this research paper observes that the electors’ decision regarding Scheduled Tribes candidates in various political parties in 2019 assemble elections and provides the finding of the study.

Participation of workers in management is a key component of industrial democracy. Workers’ participation in management is founded on the Human Relations approach to management, which introduced a new set of values to both labour and management. Workers’ participation in management entails their mental and emotional involvement in the enterprise’s administration. It is viewed as a method that allows workers to participate in decision-making. Participation refers to the mental and emotional involvement of a person in a group setting that encourages him or her to contribute to the group’s goals and share responsibility for profit. It is also known as labour participation or employee participation in the management. Also known as staff participation or employee participation in management. The International Labour Organization has been urging member states to promote a participatory management system. It provides scope for the employees in decision making of the organization and includes the willingness to share the responsibility of the organization by the workers. This study helps to understand the relationship between workers & management at Aavin, Trichirappalli District Co-operative milk producers, Union ltd.
